- "Getting in and out of the property was very difficult. All the codes for the front door did not work and we were on the phone for an hour trying to get in. We had to go through the rental company as the owner didn’t answer any of our calls or texts. Also, locking the front door was very problematic. None of the shampoo, conditioner, or soap dispensers worked. The sheets were so itchy and horrible that we had to switch from the queen bed to the twin beds. - "Awesome " - "I wasn’t sure what to expect of this property and I was pleasantly surprised. We were warmly greeted with well landscaped grounds and easily checked in. Plenty of parking just outside our room (#9). The room itself was clean and comfortable. Microwave, sizable refrigerator with charcoal grills and picnic tables designated for the unit (not sure this is the case with the main house units). We had a little porch with a couple of chairs, perfect for morning coffee (there is a drip coffee maker in the room). There were comfortable chairs and tables by the water and the pool looked great although we didn’t use it. They have portable fire pits and we had a great fire going Friday night. Less than a 5 minute drive is a market, bakery, bagel store - alll very convenient. It has all the basics, we would stay here again."

This 1930's carriage-house style apartment has been recently revitalized into a modern and comfortable space while still maintaining its original charm. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils and spices for us to prepare all of our meals. We had intended to go to a restaurant for dinner on one of the evenings but we were just too content and comfy that we didn't bother. Once we picked up a few incidentals at the nearby King Kullen supermarket, we never left the house again. We had everything we needed. Our son enjoyed playing with our dog in the large and fully fenced backyard. The television was loaded with all of the apps for viewing enjoyment. - "We had a great 10 days at this house, everything was great and had everything we needed. Amazing location and could walk to get coffee or dinner at nearby local places. The back yard was perfect for relaxing. Would definitely recommend!" - "We have stayed here from Memorial Day to Labor Day for the past 5 years so you know we love it. The landlord is wonderful, very responsive. Any little problem we've had he comes out immediately. He even came out to change a light bulb for us! It has a terrific large fenced in backyard which is the main reason we rented. It keeps the dog and grandkids fenced in! The location is perfect. One can walk or drive to a little local bay beach or drive over the bridge to the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors friendly. It's close to great restaurants and town, a terrific library where you can get books for .50 cents on Saturdays. There's a farmers market nearby, yard sales every weekend. A short drive to Riverhead - Tangers outlet, aquarium, Polish food! One can rent a bike in town or a kayak and take it to the bay. If you have little kids, the bay is a great place for them. The house has a great kitchen and the beds are comfortable. Oh and great seafood. If you want to grill there's a great seafood market nearby. On Wednesday evenings pack a picnic and take a short drive to Agawan park in Southampton for free concerts. I highly recommend this wonderful little house for a summer getaway. We loved just getting up in the morning and having breakfast on the back deck in our pjs. The grandkids, 4&7, loved playing in the backyard, sleeping in a bunk bed and playing in the bay. "

This recently updated, contemporary cottage is located just steps from the Peconic Bay, and minutes from beautiful Ponquogue Ocean Beach on the Atlantic. BRAND NEW AC and wireless internet available. Filling out your stay is a full kitchen and completely redone outdoor space with a firepit, dining area, and ample seating. Kayaks, beach toys, and beach chairs are also provided. Additionally, there is a private outdoor shower available to complement the full indoor bath. We are not currently stocking pantry items such as salt, pepper, and condiments however the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy your own meals. No Pets. Please limit cars to two per reservation.

The house is in very close proximity to other cottages. Not a ton of privacy. 3. We went to Cooper's beach Saturday morning afraid we would not find parking. We arrived around 10:15 am and had our choice of parking spot, I would guess that at least another 50-100 spots were open on a Saturday morning in prime time. The apartment is beautiful. Exactly as advertised or better. Everything is brand new. Little outside patio area is very quaint for morning coffee or dinner outside. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Last but most important. Linda is the best host I have ever stayed with. Her husband is also very kind and amiable. Linda was very hospitable, friendly, full of knowledge, and accommodating. The apartment is next door to her home, so if you stay, please treat this place as you would treat your own home (or your parents' home if you are a slob)! Front garden area is well kept and the views of the bay were nothing short of stunning. Central air made the house comfortable during the hotter days and cooler nights alike. Close proximity to the main shopping area of the township (about a 5 min drive), and we really enjoyed food from Rumba and Out of the Blue Seafood! Beautiful Ponquogue Beach is right down the road as well. Will definitely look to stay again!"
