The space is enormous and all bedrooms are excellent sizes. All beds are brand new and fixtures are of high quality. The house is extremely comfortable with dedicated workspaces in multiple areas. There are 4 full bedrooms, a bonus room that serves as an office (or kids room) which includes two extra beds, living room, dining room, den with a piano for entertaining, basement gym and a great kitchen to cook. Family friendly with pack-n-play and crib. 3 full bathrooms and a half bath conveniently located by the entrance.

The backyard is extremely private surrounded by beautiful trees and great space to enjoy the seasons with a shaded deck, heated salt water pool and bbq grill. You pay for propane to heat the pool. The pool is open from mid-May through mid-October.

There are lots of activities to do both at the house and in the surrounding area. We especially enjoyed kayaking all the way to Dune Road! The location is amazing - overlooking the bay with access to a waterway next to protected wetlands that you are able to access via a private dock and set of kayaks. There are all sorts of birds and natural wildlife to see. From the upstairs bedroom balcony, you can look out at the water while enjoying a cup of coffee. And the inside of the home was beautifully decorated and really comfortable for our whole family (I was traveling with my husband, 6-year old son and in-laws). While the house and views are beautiful, the real draw is the heated pool and deck for lounging outside complete with a hot tub, all of which we enjoyed every day of the trip! We also took advantage of borrowing Bruce's bikes and biking to the beach and we played lots of ping pong on the table out on the lawn. The kitchen was great for cooking and we also took advantage of the grill. My husband and I visited a couple of local restaurants -the outdoor patios at Mary's and Buoy1 were both great. Also, would absolutely recommend the food truck and outdoor tables at Dockers, which Bruce recommended. Speaking of, Bruce was a great host -he showed us around when we first arrived and was accessible throughout if we had any questions. I would absolutely recommend this house and owner!!"

- "We just got back from two weeks at this property. The house looks exactly like the listing. It was located on a double-yellow line road, but the road was never busy and cars did not drive fast down it. The kitchen was modern and had everything we could need. The backyard was also just as is pictured, but the wooden patio around the pool was worn and had some holes in it...my kids had to be very careful not to fall. A big surprise to us was that there are 8 tennis courts across the street from the house, as well as a track and a basketball court. My husband and I were able to play tennis every morning while our kids were safely across the street watching tv. We were also able to take our kids to the fields to play sports. It added a lot to the experience and I think families and athletes of all ages should know about that. The in-room AC units worked very well and the house was always cool. Whenever we had a question, Christian responded over text very quickly, even though he was on vacation himself! While the house is walking distance to town, it was a bit far for my kids to walk but it was about a 2 minute drive and maybe 5 minute bike ride to town - super convenient. 5-10 minutes drive to the beach and we parked on the street. The location was really great for getting to some wonderful places like Dockers (waterfront food and kayaking/paddleboarding) and Oaklands (fantastic restaurant on a marina in Hampton Bays). Overall, this was a comfortable home base from which to explore Westhampton and the nearby towns, with an attentive owner."

- "We rented this house for the month of July for my wife and I and our two adult daughters. The spacious, well laid out house was perfect for us and our guests. The well-equipped kitchen, large dining table and huge grill made home entertaining a pleasure. The beautiful pool and well-kept backyard provided easy recreation. The house is well located: a short ( 5 minute) drive from town and the supermarket; 15 minutes to Pike's Beach; a half -mile from the train station and a half-mile from the high school with tennis and basketball courts (the house has a basket as well). The house was clean and in good condition-good Wi-Fi. Beds are comfortable, rooms are big and the house came equipped with beach chairs and bikes. The rental process was simple and straightforward and the owner was extremely responsive. Would definitely go back."

- "We have enjoyed our time in Russ's house (Aug 2020) a lot. The house is spacious (5 bedrooms!) with a large living space, a nice deck, and a pool. Plenty of kitchenware and a relatively new grill supported our culinary explorations. The pool is not heated, but it was hot enough and the swims were refreshing - lots of fun for the kids. There are a couple of beaches about 20 min away we were able to go to and enjoy. Russ has beach chairs and boogie-boards in the house, which was a plus. We have not taken advantage of the tennis court, but it is there along with rackets and plenty of balls! Communications with Russ were great and he was very helpful with explaining how things worked and took care of the property maintenance while we were there. Will definitely consider this property in the future! "

Payment/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, all payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners'). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

Note: All payments must be made prior to check-in.

Hot Tub Disclaimer: Memorial Day to Labor Day

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, all payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners'). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

Note: All payments must be made prior to check-in

Payment Method: Balance payments made with credit card are capped at $3,500. Payments over $3,500 shall be made by check, ACH or wire.

Security Deposit Disclaimer: Although rare, accidental damage does happen during a stay. In lieu of a security deposit, guests can rest easy knowing that this property is covered with up to $5,000 of damage protection. Coverage details are provided in the booking agreement.

The guest experience for this property is managed by StayMarquis, a local vacation rental management company. By booking this property, you will receive a dedicated "Guest Experience Manager" who can help facilitate any request, from grocery shopping to organizing a private chef. You will also have access to 24/7 support that can assist with any question that might arise during your stay. It is important to note that any maintenance tasks are performed by the owner of this property.
