We are on holidays from Canada, why would we bring towels? Manager knew we were checking in, TURN ON THE HOT WATER- this place should Not be booked. "

No lift, no fridge and no safe in the room but they did have an on site washer/dryer so we were able to do our laundry while having a pint in their pub.
