The faucet fixture in the bathroom sink was loose but it functioned. The door into the room lacked insulation and let noise from the hallway into the room. The heat pump when it was cooling made a loud sound that was annoying. I had to turn off the cooling and only let the fan run in order to sleep. I would probably not stay here again due to the noises of the hallway and the heat pump."

Also, great Museums including the Geronimo Museum which we highly recommend as well as Hot Springs! They are known as the fountain of youth! There are several of them downtown Truth or Consequences! Just 10 minutes away! There are also quaint, unique shopping stores downtown Truth or Consequences along with many great Restaurants! Including a well known steakhouse called Los Arcos! If you are looking for a great Pizza we highly recommend Outer edge pizza!

The spacious master suite features a queen-sized bed, 60 inch Smart TV, and a private bathroom, thoughtfully situated on one side of the home for added privacy. On the opposite side, you'll find two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds—perfect for families or groups.

Enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the house and a brand new Samsung Smart TV in the living room for all your streaming and entertainment needs. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, with ample seating at the bar and around the large dining room table for gathering and conversation.

A washer and dryer are available for your convenience during longer stays. Step through the sliding glass door to a cozy backyard where you might spot quail roaming and take in New Mexico’s beautiful blue skies and stunning starry nights.

Guests have access to four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, laundry room, backyard, gazebo, and BBQ grill. There is plenty of room to park your toys directly in front of the residence. The adjacent vacant desert lot next to our backyard is owned by our neighbors. Enjoy the desert wildlife and the scenery, but please respect their privacy and do not trespass onto their property. The interior locked storage room and the garage next door are private property and not accessible to guests. Please do not park your vehicles in any way that would block either garage door.
