Will book again soon." - "We booked this for a 2 week trip, and the apartment looked like the pictures. Everything was updated and clean. However, the split units didn’t provide much heat when the temperature dropped at night so the unit was rather cold throughout the night and in the mornings. The water heater also did not work very well, as we lost hot water after a 6 minute shower. The unit was also advertised to have a washer, but there wasn’t one, just a hole in the wall where the washer could connect (which let in cold air). Lastly, one of the units in the building was still under construction. There were people in that unit working as early as 7 AM and as late as 11 PM. The walls were very thin so we could hear them working as well as the saws and drills they were using. Overall, if there wasn’t construction going on and it wasn’t 20 degrees overnight, it was a clean space and the area was nice. "

Get all your work done in seconds on the most inspired working area located on the second bedroom. This condo is out of this worlds and you will never want to leave!

- "An older house has been subdivided and 4 condos have been put in. Everything is like new, it appears the renovations have recently been completed. The condo has a modern finish and is very nice. It has two parking spaces. The AC was very cold, and bed comfortable. Only issue was VRBO had this in Central El Paso, not West side, but actually worked for us, should be corrected by now. " - "Perfect" - "The property is a charming two-bedroom unit, possibly a duplex, which shares a small yard with the neighboring apartment. Our stay was brief, primarily for sleeping and showering during a family visit, but there were a few points to note.On the Fourth of July, the neighbors celebrated with loud music, which echoed into our unit. If you plan to stay during a holiday, keep this in mind; however, it didn’t bother us. In one bedroom, the TV required frequent resets for the volume and had an awkwardly positioned outlet, making it difficult to access. The living room TV also randomly turned on at high volume during the night, which led us to unplug it for better sleep. These issues are minor, and I’m sure they will be addressed for future guests. We didn’t report them, as we were only using the property for rest, but it’s something future guests might want to be aware of.I attempted to contact the host several times before our arrival for clarification on details and location, as I had noticed earlier comments regarding discrepancies in the location description. Unfortunately, I only received a response on the day of check-in. Overall, it was a nice place—beautifully decorated and situated in a good location."

- "This property is very sizeable with all the necessary items for a relaxed and easy stay. It is located near my mother's assisted living location, close to parks and restaurants and pet friendly. The pool table is a nice diversion and a break from television! The host was very good about communication. This location prevents a great deal of travel through the horrible construction on I'10. " - "The stay was okay. Coffee maker didn’t work. The filter for the water on the refrigerator needed to be changed. Alarm let us know we were being recorded every time we crossed the threshold. Property selling point was game room but you can’t have guest visit, so not sure what the point of a game room is. Paid 70 pet fee back yard full of goat heads that my pups got in there paws. Can wear shoes in carpeted areas but carpet is a little dirty. I will say that home is spacious and neighborhood is nice."

• Labels are placed on most items to indicate function or purpose.
• Trash goes out THURSDAY night for Friday morning pickup. Failure to comply will result in fees.
• Maintenance/Landscapers visit often. Pest control may enter the home with notice. Services are pet- and human-safe.

But don’t worry, optimal privacy for our guests is very important to us. Both units have their own private entrance, A/C units, kitchen, outdoor seating areas, washer and dryer, bedroom, bathroom, and there is NO access to it from the home. But because these two units share a front porch, you may see them occasionally. Don't be afraid to say hi, they are your neighbors after all. :)

We take our home's sanitation and cleaning procedures very seriously. All linens and bed quilts are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized with every clean!

There is an attached Guest Suite next to this home. We typically have it rented out one month at a time to local medical professionals. The main home shares some common walls with the guest suite, similar to an apartment or townhome.
