They have a shared full bath. Central air conditioning was recently added for your year round comfort!
Cleanliness is important, as we utilize an ozone sanitizing process in each room after it is cleaned, for ultimate in safety.

Casa Cactus is located in a residential neighborhood, family- friendly, and extremely safe. The residential complex has an outdoor park with playground, basketball hoops, and a skate park. There is also a trail around the neighborhood for walking, biking, running, etc.

Every room includes an office space, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, and TVs. Relax in the game room with a racing simulator or work using the dual monitor setup with sit/stand desk, the generous living room and kitchen, and the impressive pergola with open and closed BBQ options, a griddle, dining area (Seating for 12) , and a TV-equipped living room with seating for 12. On one side, find a beach volleyball setup (With Beach SAND!) and kids' toys; on the other, a grassy area with a kids' pool a net for soccer and T-Ball.
We also have a cooled garage with an extensive free weight setup!

- House Manual/Rental Agreement-

• No shoes in carpeted areas, no exceptions.
• Filtered water in the kitchen is Reverse Osmosis Water.
• Front door seals are new. Ensure door is fully closed before locking or unlocking with your code.
• Latches above front and back doors are like hotel latches—use them at night.
• Labels are placed on most items to indicate function or purpose.
• Trash goes out THURSDAY night for Friday morning pickup. Failure to comply will result in fees.
• Maintenance/Landscapers visit often. Pest control may enter the home with notice. Services are pet- and human-safe.

• $$Game Room$$ is for adults and supervised children. Handle all equipment with care. Do not lean on the racing wheel. Usage instructions are included.
• ##GYM## in the garage includes Smith Machine, free weights, and Roku TV. AC is available—please turn it off when finished.
• @@Tesla Charger@@ available (60A). Park on the address-numbered side and plug in. Tesla only unless you bring an adapter.
• Garage is not available for parking. Do not open the garage more than 3/4 height. Not meant for through traffic.
• Garage fridge is available—please unplug if not in use.
• Lights are controlled via GOVEE or KASA apps. Manual buttons available behind TV or pergola zip panel.
• --TVs-- Rooms 1-3 use Roku remotes. Samsung TVs may work better with SmartThings app.
• White towels for drying off only. Color towels available for spills etc. No makeup removal towels.

-Outdoor Stuff-

• Do NOT take indoor items outside. Return remotes after use.
• Close propane tank when not in use.
• Please clean BBQ after final use- Like cleaning kitchen after use.
• Use the water hose near the lawn or 4-way faucet for the kid pool.
• Cover outdoor furniture/TV nightly—weather can damage it. Charges apply for replacements. Severe weather patterns are common.
• Firepit available for use.
• Volleyball: twist poles into sand, wrap net ends, and enjoy. Let us know if parts are missing.

-General Visitors-

• Daytime visitors are allowed. Overnight visitors incur additional fees.
• For larger gatherings than the reservation size, contact us—fees apply.
• Visiting pets are NOT allowed. No exceptions.

-Outdoor Gatherings-

• Up to 16 guests (including visitors) are included in standard booking. Please max out guest counter to 16 for this as the base rate.
• Gatherings of 17–45 people require a $350 fee. 46–70 requires $500. Max 70 allowed.
• Visitors for outdoor events must remain outside except for restroom use.
• Visitors must not enter through the house—use side paths to reach the backyard.

-Indoor Gatherings-

• Up to 16 guests (including visitors) are included in standard booking. Please max out guest counter to 16 for this as the base rate.
• Max 30 people indoors with $350 fee.
• Restricted to common areas only—no access to rooms, game room, or private areas.
• Amenities are reserved for registered guests only.
• All damages must be reported and will be charged for replacement or repair paid by protection you purchased when booking. Stained linen or towels, and damage that is replaced does not necessarily mean it will lead to a bad review. Accidents happen.

Outside gazebo lights did not work and we had to thoroughly clean before we had a gathering. The dirty part is not really the home owners fault since the property backs up against an empty dirt lot. The El Paso wind probably makes it impossible to keep clean. Having to pay extra for a gathering was a bummer since we paid so much for the rental already and had to clean for it.
