Their sky bar/pool is nice and offers perfect sunset view but I personally didn't enjoy the music nor the menu so we decided to go out to eat (we don't like electronic music, it is a taste preference, nothing against; For me personally, jazz, bossa nova or piano would be a finishing touch to the luxury vibe it offers but I appreciate a lot of people prefer the night club vibe). Menu is Japanese focused, nothing local like Croquettes. Hotel room lacks amenities but if you call reception they will get all you need free of charge. Vallet service was also great, so overall I am happy and would recommend to everyone. Hotel is located within a walkable distance of famous Es Pujols beach which also has loads of restaurants and bars day and night. In front of hotel you will also find a Michelin rated Restaurant and hotel is just 7 minutes driving from Ses Illetes amazing beaches, so, honestly, you can't ask for a better location."

I would come back to Formentera just to stay at Blanco. Walking distance to all the action in Pujols. An absolute must place to stay.
