- "We stopped in for one night on our way through and it the property was a dream! A peaceful oasis with very kind staff." - "This space is absolutely wonderful. We had an amazing time at this beachfront resort. We stayed in a poolside cabin. The bed was the most comfortable of my 4 different locations this trip. It was well appointed with extra pillows, speakers, lamps, outdoor sink and a close line. The AC worked great and was much needed. We enjoyed the salt water pool, the drop in yoga sessions lasting 1.5 hrs and all of the ocean front seating/lounging options. Their chef is amazing! All of the food was top notch, no matter what time of day. Even if you are not a guest here, I would take the time to eat at this restaurant. They have live music on Thursdays from 4-6 with a discounted happy hour. Some local artists set up the wares to shop as well. Communication was excellent both pre-stay and during. They were extremely helpful with directing and assisting us to local tours and setting up our own private driver, Andrea. The black sand beach is beautiful, not crowed and stretches forever. Sunset is a must. During the day that sand is blistering hot, wear flops or run for the water line. Tiffany works really hard to ensure her guests are comfortable, have their needs met, all while directing the beehive of cleanliness and service. Everyone's energy here is very special. They feel like a lovely family and not just staff working a job, EVERYONE! I would recommend this space to anyone, especially those not interested in the hubbub of Jaco. This space is created with love to share with others. Yessss"

- "This was a great place to get away from the touristy areas and enjoy a relaxing week on a quiet beach. The house was definitely rustic but in a good way. The most rustic part was having no A/C so make sure you are comfortable at night sleeping with fans blowing to try and keep things cool. Having the pool was wonderful as it helped cool things off after being on the beach all day. The kitchen was well stocked and we were relieved that the blender worked well. This might sound trivial, but we like to make smoothies from all of the fresh fruit and having a good blender is key. We cooked meals in the house half of the time and is was never a problem finding the dishes, pots or utensils to complete the job. Jose the caretaker set up the horseback ride for us was available if we needed something. I had to work while I was here and the internet worked fairly well as I was able to navigate most websites quickly and use applications from work without lag. I did run into problems with wifi calling on my cellphone which was unstable for several phone calls. Overall great stay and we would go back in a heartbeat."

Casa Angelina is decorated in a modern style and features original art work from Costa Rican artist Felix Murillo and from Bali, Indonesia.

With granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances throughout, the galley kitchen has all the amenities you will need to cook a wonderful gourmet meal.

Del Pacifico is situated next to one of the most spectacular beaches in all of Costa Rica and truly one of the special places on the planet. The beach stretches for miles. The surf is always spectacular. Spectacular surf on one side and a palm-fringed beach on the other. Truly paradise found. One can walk for hours and pass only a handful of people. If you wade across the shallow stream to the south, you will likely have a 3km beach all to yourself, save that is for the pelicans, wading birds running in and out of the surf or perhaps a sloth moving through the branches in one of the trees at the edge of the beach.

Our favorite time on the beach is early morning and late afternoon. It’s a fifteen minute stroll from Playa Bejuco to various hotels on the beach that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is nothing nicer than taking a stroll up to the beach for breakfast at one of the open air restaurants overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Yoga and fitness classes are available at Encantada Ocean Cottages and The Pelican Hotel. The Alma del Pacifico also has a fantastic spa offering an extensive menu of Costa Rican spa treatments combining professional, personal care and a beautiful seaside setting, which creates an experience of peace, wellness and rejuvenation.

The villa is a 3000 SF one-level, custom-designed home with soaring ceilings. The numerous French doors open from the living quarters to a colonnade oriented towards a landscaped garden and an in-ground, infinity-edge private swimming pool.

The location was close to multiple restaurants, beaches, shops, and an easy drive to Manuel Antonio National Park. The host communicated well and the photos matched the location. Costa Rica is truly an amazing country. Their culture is pure and everyone is so friendly and helpful towards each other. The beautiful hacienda style villa is nestled between the forest and the ocean. It is located in the best area if you wish to explore the biodiversity of Costa Rica for both ocean and land. Everyday, from outside the villa we saw squirrel monkeys swinging from the palm trees, beautiful macaws fly in pairs almost every evening from the pool (known as Lapas in CR). The iguanas are around, our kids had fun feeding them bananas. If you are a bird watcher you will have a field day here. The diversity of the birds and their colors is truly amazing to experience. We basically experienced the Costa Rican biodiversity right from the villa. The host Sam and the property manager Khety are excellent. The communication was on point and they were extremely helpful. There is a small plaza right outside the security gate, (Edwin is the security officer, he was so kind and had a smile every time we entered or exited the gate. We loved treating him for coffee! We got amazing coffee and pastries at the Danish Valhalla bakery, you have to try their sourdough bread! So delicious! The kids wanted pizza one night, so we ordered from the La Trattoria Italiana located in the plaza as well and it was great! Venture out and experience their typical foods which are amazing! Try Soda Margarita and Almendros! 🙌 10/10!"

Casa Jenga is a roomy, 4-bedroom, 3-bath beachfront home located on Playa Esterillos Este. The home has a spectacular view of the ocean from the rancho, covered patio and pool. Listen to the waves roll in as you lull to sleep in the poolside hammock. Purchase fresh fish from local fishermen, and enjoy ocean breezes and spectacular sunsets while you dine outdoors at the picnic table or indoors at the dining room table! There is a covered patio with BBQ, in the backyard, too!

The house features a full kitchen, a comfortable dining and living room, and four private bedrooms. There are ceiling fans throughout the house, cable TV and high-speed internet.

This home is the perfect retreat for families wanting a private beachfront home. There is no road between the house and the beach...just walk out the back gate and you're on the beach. We have a couple of benches out on the beach to sit on and watch the sunset. It is a great beach for strolling...walk south along the beach to Playa Bejuco or north to Esterillos Centro, or Esterillos Oeste.

Very reasonably priced for the 4bdrm, 3bath oceanfront house. Diana, our vacation coordinator for this house, was prompt to respond to our calls/messages and provide for any of our needs. Flor, the house and grounds keeper/care giver was most helpfull when/if needed. We had an outstanding time at Casa Jenga in Esterillos Este, Costa Rica and plan to return!"

Lots of things to do around there; we never did find the pool because the ocean was a great substitute. View from the condo was a little less than we expected but the iguanas put on a great show for us. We were only there for 3 full days which was our mistake; a week would have been better. Great facilities were provided for enjoying the outside; loads of room for the 4 adults. Have to work on our Spanish so we can enjoy the TV which we found to be all incomprehensible--no English subtitles. All in all a great way to spend a vacation; also, close to other vacation areas and not too far from the San Jose airport"

The water was warm, the waves a ton of fun - we did some surfing on site, BUT you need to be cautious of tide flows if you go out a ways. Location was excellent. Roughly half way between Jaco and Quepos, very convenient. We could get into Quepos in 30-35 min, and Manuel Antonio in another 10-15. Loved eating on the hilltop at Emilio's or Aqua Azul. A couple of great adventures; diving with Oceans Unlimited, and mangrove kayaking with Nacarcosta (monkeys!)."

YOUR CONDOMINIUM

Casa Sophia is a spacious and luxurious condominium comprised of over 2000 square feet of living space. There are two bedrooms with king size beds, each with their own en suite bathroom and a third bedroom with twin beds. The third bathroom services as both the bathroom for the twin bedroom and the powder room for the living area. Casa Sophia is decorated in a modern style and features original art work from Costa Rican artist Felix Murillo and from Bali, Indonesia.

With granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances throughout, the galley kitchen has all the amenities you will need to cook a wonderful gourmet meal.
The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar.

The dining and living areas are spacious and interconnected. The living area is demarked by beautiful teak flooring, contrasting with the Italian tile flooring throughout the rest of the condominium. The seating area in the living room is perfect for conversation. relaxing or taking an afternoon siesta.

Floor to ceiling glass double doors from the living area open up onto the sheltered dining patio.

A once a week maid cleaning service is included in each weekly rental. Additional maid service can be provided as required.

We also offer a chef service for an intimate meal served in the condominium.

THE LOCAL BEACHES

Del Pacifico is situated next to one of the most spectacular beaches in all of Costa Rica and truly one of the special places on the planet. The beach stretches for miles. The surf is always spectacular. Spectacular surf on one side and a palm-fringed beach on the other. Truly paradise found. One can walk for hours and pass only a handful of people. If you wade across the shallow stream to the south, you will likely have a 3km beach all to yourself, save that is for the pelicans, wading birds running in and out of the surf or perhaps a sloth moving through the branches in one of the trees at the edge of the beach.

Our favorite time on the beach is early morning and late afternoon. It’s a fifteen minute stroll from Playa Bejuco to various hotels on the beach that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is nothing nicer than taking a stroll up to the beach for breakfast at one of the open air restaurants overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Yoga and fitness classes are available at Encantada Ocean Cottages and The Pelican Hotel. The Alma del Pacifico also has a fantastic spa offering an extensive menu of Costa Rican spa treatments combining professional, personal care and a beautiful seaside setting, which creates an experience of peace, wellness and rejuvenation.

• White water rafting trips run out of Quepos (20 minutes south), for the most adventurous try the Churro river, the highest class of rapid available to tourists in Costa Rica – you are not allowed to run it in the rainy season! For the less experienced rafter try the Savegre and Naranjo rivers. The rafting company H2O is fabulous and very safety conscious.
• A night out (or two) in Jaco (20 minutes north), great restaurants, bars shopping…. Something for everyone.
• Go Zip lining – there are a number of zip lines in close proximity to Del Pacifico.
• D18 hole Disc Golf in the Rain Forest.
• Sports Fishing - go catch Sailfish, Tuna, Mahi Mahi. The Costa Rica Pacific Coast is one of the top destinations in the world for sports fishing. Boats run out of Quepos and Los Suenos (30 Minutes North). You can also charter a simple fishing boat from Esterillos for a more low key fishing experience. Also fish off the beach for snook.
• Take a jet ski tour in the waters around Manual Antonio National Park.
• Try an ATV Adventure.
• Take a day trip to Manuel Antonio National Park. Go hiking, swimming and nature watching in this tropical paradise. Round off your day with a meal in one of the many great restaurants to be found in the area.

- "We stayed at the Panasea for 5 weeks. Overall it matched the description and we had a wonderful time. It fit our family of 8 nicely and even accommodated for a friend’s family 1 night just fine. While there were some things that needed repair the owners and their team handled things promptly and kindly. We loved the open downstairs and the private bedrooms areas. The pool was welcomed throughout the day but especially in the shady afternoon after hot days. The outside entertaining area with bar was great to eat breakfast lunch or dinner or just relax in the evening. In the afternoon there were monkeys, birds, and other animals to watch!! We enjoyed the local iguanas and the abundance of fruit on the trees especially the coconuts! The location was safe and on a hilltop setting with private backyard. The only downside was not having a dishwasher and getting used to the slower plumbing in addition to the city shutting down the water during the hot season. Our family would stay again and would recommend it to other families looking for a place in paradise."

At only 5 minutes from Playa Esterillos Este and 20 minutes from downtown Jaco, Casa Lago is located in a large tropical garden beside a private lake.

The place offers peacefull and comfortable stay with it's five bedrooms, three of which have king sized bed, and two have two queen sized beds each. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, closet, ceiling fan and air conditioning.
Casa Lago also offers indoor and outdoor living rooms, a large private swimming pool, satellite TV, fiber optic internet connection and full equipped kitchen.
You can see a large variety of animals such as macaw parrots, oro pendulas, sloth, monkeys, crocodiles, iguanas and many more!

The main activities near the house are: surfing, horseback riding and canopy tours.
For those who want to go have dinner outside, there is a good variety of restaurants at 5 minutes driving. There you can find excellent local and international food.

They are native English speakers and fluent in Spanish (+ a little French too). They live minutes away and will be there to welcome you. TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS:
The homes are in Esterillos Este, only 1.5 HOUR from the SJO airport, on good roads.

We strongly recommend to have a transportation plan for your stay with us. The Estate is up a private road and it is not easy to call a local taxi and we do not have uber in our area. We recommend one of the following options.

CANCELLATIONS BETWEEN 90 DAYS AND 30 DAYS FROM ARRIVAL: Any prepaid monies are NOT refundable regardless of circumstances, including extenuating circumstances.. However, Guests will receive GOOD WILL CREDIT EQAUL TO 35% of prepaid monies towards a future stay of greater or equal value. Said credit is valid for one year from date of cancellation and is transferable.

CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 29 DAYS OF ARRIVAl: Any monies paid prior to such cancellation are NOT refundable regardless of circumstances, including extenuating circumstances and NO CREDIT will be given.

ELECTRICAL ALLOWANCE: Our rental rate includes a comfortable allowance of 50KW/Day/Home (100 KW/2Hms & 150 KW/3Hms). If any, EXCESS USAGE is due and payable at checkout and at the rate of $0.75USD/KW.

WEEKENDS & SHORT STAYS: (3-4 Nights) can only be booked within 60 or less days from arrival date.

POOL SAFETY: As in most Costa Rican homes, THE POOL AREA IS NOT FENCED UP. By making a reservation, travelers ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY ARE AWARE of that fact and that THEY ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY for any accident, even resulting in loss of life, and wether or not by negligence and that they will NOT HOLD OWNER AND/OR ITS AGENTS RESPONSIBLE.

QUIET HOURS: When renting this Estate, you may have one potential neighbor to the East of Casa Exotica. We therefore ask that you show respect, meaning no loud music or noises outside and/or in the covered terraces and ranchos of this particular home. The other two homes have no outside neighbors and are well suited for late events and celebrations. Our Normal Quite hours for amplified Music is 10pm-8:am (unless otherwise confirmed by our management team for a Wedding or event).

EVENTS: Events are allowed with APPROVAL PRIOR TO BOOKING and may result in additional charges. Additional guests must be registered and paid for and may NOT stay overnight only during the event.

SMOKING: Guests MAY SMOKE OUTSIDE the home as long as smoke does not enter inside. SMOKING INSIDE the home is PROHIBITED and may result in a substantial charge against the security deposit. .

PETS: One pet per/house is allowed but MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Only well behaved, house trained and non-threatening pets are allowed. Guests must be able to maintain their pet on the property and are encouraged to bring a harness and lead. There is a $100/PET FEE that will be collected at check in.

The rooms, pools, kitchens, and any other place you can think of was just everything you could imagine. Do you and your loved ones a favor and rent this. Every time it rained, water would pour out of the ceilings in some of the houses making the stairway very dangerous. You cannot flush toilet paper so you can imagine how badly it smelled when the housekeeping that was supposed to happen never did.
