The views from your balcony of the ocean sunset or just a spectacular as any sunset restaurant you would go to. The service was great the animals on the property like monkeys on our balcony survived and others were able to see even before going to the park. - "Every staff are very helpful and their work,excellent!" - "This hotel was so lovely, I was so impressed by both the service and facilities. The check-in is at el Faro hotel but this is really very close, like next door close. The Faro restaurant and pools are fab and are up a small hill but the walk is perfectly fine for a normally fit person and the view is worth the climb. Room was great, clean, bigger than I expected with outdoor space. Bed was so comfy. Facilities in the room and hotel were impeccable and the location is the best in town. Right next to the national park and so close to the beach. I am not troubled by noise but you can't hear the street from the room or the next door room. There is currently some building work happening but if you are not out and about in the day on the beach or elsewhere there's a problem. It was no disturbance at all. I have stayed in another hotel at a similar cost in Manuel Antonio last year but Inn on the Park was so much better. Breakfast, food and restaurant are friendly and convenient and the pool is a massive plus! Really loved my stay here and met a few nice likeminded travellers here also. All fab, pura vida!"

Because of the unique location, you may not need rental cars which can save you over $1000! There is only one bus that runs through Manuel Antonio and it goes up and down the main road. The bus stop is 10 meters to the right. Bus is approximately 60 cents per person. Taxis are readily available and are couple dollars. Most everything is close 15-20 minute if you’re into some exercise!

- "We hosted our entire family (including adult kids, partners, younger kids, and grandkids) for a week. The home is clean, well laid out with plenty of space for being alone, as well as many areas to gather. The view is wonderful, as is the wildlife--admittedly, the howler monkeys were a surprise the first night. Our concierge helped us book all of our excursions including transport, and coordinated a photographer for a family photo session, and chef services for the week (breakfast & dinner). Maid service and maintenance were there daily to freshen up and take care of the pool and anything else that needed attention. NOTE: the maid will do your laundry if you leave it in the basket. Be cool and tip for that if you do it. You also have access to the washing machine and drier as well. There was easy transport by bus to Quepos and to the beach. If there's a word of caution it's that "walkable" in Costa Rica is not the same as "walkable" in the U.S. There are no sidewalks to speak of and the roads are narrow. It was a great experience--Costa Rica, and Casa Tolteca"

Walk up one level to the expansive master bedroom with two queen-sized beds, sliding doors to the wraparound deck, and massive windows for unobstructed views of the canopy wildlife. This level also has a full bathroom.

Walk up to another level to the fourth floor where there are two beautifully decorated bedrooms with king-size beds and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors on two walls providing access to the wraparound deck where there is a large outdoor chesterfield for quiet reading or siestas. Don’t be surprised if a monkey (or 10!) sneaks past. Stay still, and they will amble by looking to jump from the balcony to the nearest tree. You will be tempted to feed them, but please refrain – there is plenty of healthy food in the jungle.

The nearby beach is gorgeous and quiet (half a mile - 10/15 minutes walking distance). If you are in the mood for more people, funky bars, good restaurants, surf schools, groceries parasailing and fun shopping, just stroll 15 or 20 minutes along the white sand to Manuel Antonio.

We follow the COVID-19 heath and safety protocols, and we have two different COVID testing facilities within 10 minutes of the house. By booking in advance, it will also be possible to organize the test privately within the house's comfort.

Villa Bella Vista is a six bedroom house recently designed and built specifically as a luxurious, rental vacation home. - "We enjoyed our stay at Casa Bellamar. The house itself is quite nice, and the service from the house manager (Susan) was absolutely exceptional - help with check in, check out, and multiple tours/activities/etc in between. As described elsewhere, there are 3 en suite bedrooms plus a living area - each has its own A/C splitter (the living room can get a bit warm nonetheless, but closing the blinds during the day helps) and an open-air hallway to connect them. The pool/deck area is pleasant - and was regularly visited by large iguanas during our stay. The sounds of the jungle were great and the generally dark neighborhood makes for a clear view of the stars at night. The house is conveniently located - easy trips to Manuel Antonio and Quepos - and the daily maid service was a wonderful addition. The drive is dauntingly steep but workable (in a climate that doesn't see a day of ice, at least) - 4 wheel drive was helpful but perhaps not essential. We'd be quite happy to stay here again on a return trip."

COVID CLEANING POLICY
We operate special protocols during the pandemic and the villa is closed for 24 hours prior to check in and post check out. All surfaces and equipment - tv remotes etc - are cleaned with organic sanitizer and all floors cleaned with bleach then alcohol. All staff wear masks at all times.

- "We just returned from our 6th trip to Costa Rica, it never fails to disappoint. Casa del Sol was a great option for our group of 8(2 families of 4 with 2 16 yo & 2-20 yo. The house was spacious enough for everyone to have their own rooms & each bedroom had air. The main rooms did not have air conditioning, but had ceiling fans everywhere & even on the hottest days, we were comfortable. The driveway was a bit steep,but the local taxis had no issue making their way to the house. For larger tour buses, we walked down to meet. The House manager (Amy) and the Concierge (Debby) were extremely responsive and helped us organize a wonderful week. The maintenance man was available to address any issue that we had in the house while we were there. The housekeeper kept the house tidy while we were there and was helpful in making sure we had beach towels. We had a Chef for the week who came to prepare Dinner daily and prepared us local Tico meals - each dinner was better than the last and the desserts were absolutely amazing. Debby helped us with tours - such as Whitewater Rafting, ATV and a Catamaran tour. She also helped us organize a mother/daughter spa afternoon & with taxis to get us wherever we needed to go. The house is centrally located so the drive time to tours,beaches and town were quick and there were tons of markets close by. We spent time in the late afternoons floating in pool and were treated to visits by Toucans, Iguanas, Monkeys and even a Coati one evening."

2. $500 Security Deposit Hold is required. A $37 one time Admin fee is included with all bookings. Quiet hrs strictly enforced from 8pm-6am.

3. Guests are responsible for locking all doors/windows in the villa when they are absent - safeguarding its contents, including guests' personal items.

4. I understand that because Costa Rica is a developing nation and can have torrential rain storms during rainy season, sometimes you will loose power. This is not unusual. Although it does not happen often, when it does it could be a few minutes or a couple hours. Do not be alarmed. There are emergency flashlights around the house for your use and you can contact your concierge if you have any questions. No refunds are given for acts of God.

5. I understand that the home is open air except for the bedrooms which have AC. The AC is fitted for the bedrooms only so the bedroom doors should never be left open. Additionally the AC should not be left running while no one is in the room.

6. Third party travel insurance is required to cover any cancellations outside of our cancellation policy.

7. No pets, smoking, loud music, commercial photography, parties or events

8. Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Important Notice About Local Wildlife and Insects

Our property is located in a natural setting, which means guests may encounter insects (such as ants, mosquitoes, or spiders) and possibly wildlife (including snakes, lizards, or other native animals). - "When we first arrived we were greeted by about 100 monkeys that were jumping from tree to tree in the backyard. We grabbed some drinks and lounged in the pool watching them until the sun set and it was amazing. My group cooked a lot of meals at the house because it had pretty much anything that you would need to cook some amazing meals. The supermarket that is nearby is reasonably priced and has a very good selection. The beaches are about a 5 minute drive depending on the traffic and are $6 dollars to park at but there are showers and it is right on the beach, worth it in my opinion. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked really well in the rooms, and the outdoor lounging area was perfect for tanning and reading. The staff (includes a maid and a concierge) was really helpful and always made sure that we had exactly what we needed. The house was very secure and I never felt like myself or my items were ever at risk. Overall, this house was well worth it my opinion and I would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a private place to stay in Manuel Antonio."
