Use of grill and deck (spectacular Long Island sound sunsets included!) with picnic table, 3 mountain bikes and two kayaks, all linen, cookware, dishware, silverware and basis cooking supplies are all included in rental. Full backyard is also for your use as well.

Located in the heart of downtown Mystic, a short walk to all of the shops and restaurants you are also 2 blocks from the Mystic River Park with a boardwalk along River with some activity going on almost every non winter weekend whether its a Mystic Eats, pirate festival, Blues concert or the famous Mystic Art Festival. Leave your car(s) in the driveway (if you don't take the train which is a short walk also!) and enjoy our vibrant community by the sea.
