This historic single family home has been in our family for over 100 years. You will be steps from the mystic river, downtown shopping and restaurants. It has been rejuvenated and given fresh paint, new furniture and charming decor.

The home is located on a quiet side street a minute's walk from the best restaurants and attractions in town. It comes with a queen bed, queen sized sleeper sofa, washer, dryer, walk-in closet, full bath, full kitchen, dining area and back deck with a yard and garden. Guests with small children will find a pack-n-play, toys, cups, plates, and utensils all suitable for little hands.

Select rooms feature a fireplace. The Whaler’s Inn is located a half mile from Mystic Seaport Museum of America and the Sea and the Mystic Aquarium is a mere 6-minute drive. The property will be undergoing exterior renovations starting in January, with expected completion in March 2023. This lovely 2 bed / 2 bath Victorian townhouse has just been remodeled to a high standard. The highlights of the property are two luxurious bathrooms, one featuring a gorgeous copper soaker-tub, and the other featuring sumptuous marble tiling and a walk-in rain shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with a large variety of good quality toiletries and quality towels.

The home comes equipped with most of the things needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, notably a fully-equipped kitchen including a Delonghi espresso maker, French press, pour-over set up, blender, slow cooker, ample pots and pans, a full knife and cutlery set, plenty of dishware, and essential items for meal prep including olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a fully-loaded spice rack. There is a also a brand new full-sized LG stacked washer and dryer set in the kitchen.

The main living space features lots of comfortable seating, including the dining table, which is an excellent space for working from home. There is also a 55-inch HDTV with a Roku sound bar, as well as a Marshall's bluetooth speaker, assorted games and puzzles, including family-friendly and adult-themed party games, and a cocktail making set. For guests over 4 people, there is a queen air mattress that can be set up in the living room to sleep an additional 2 people.

The principal bedroom features a king bed with a high quality mattress and boxspring, a Brooklinen down comforter and high-thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. The smaller bedroom has a 12 inch queen memory foam mattress and 550 thread count Supima cotton sheets.

The outdoor space is comprised of a private side porch with comfortable seating for four people, as well as a shaded backyard with a table and chair set that seats six, as well as an easy to use electric Weber grill. If you feel like spending the day at the beach, we have everything you need for up to 6 people.

Please note that the property is a historic townhouse. The bedrooms are on the second level and the floors are wonky in places. It is not suitable for guests who have mobility challenges.
The townhouse is centrally located in downtown Mystic, a 10-minute walk to the Mystic Seaport, Amtrak station, and drawbridge. Parking is on the side street adjacent to the townhouse. There is room for two normal sized vehicles to park. We are not setup to accommodate boats, recreational vehicles, or more than two vehicles total.

This historic single family home has been in our family for over 100 years. You will be steps from the mystic river, downtown shopping and restaurants. It has been rejuvenated and given fresh paint, new furniture and charming decor.

The home is located on a quiet side street a minute's walk from the best restaurants and attractions in town. It comes with a queen bed, queen sized sleeper sofa, washer, dryer, walk-in closet, full bath, full kitchen, dining area and back deck with a yard and garden. Guests with small children will find a pack-n-play, toys, cups, plates, and utensils all suitable for little hands.

We love to host pets but they must be well-behaved, not excessively barky if left unattended, and leashed at all times while in the driveway and yard.

Our building is located on Old Stonington rd. This is a private rd that serves my business , the Dog Watch Barbecue restaurant just across the street and the newly developed Lambs Way subdivision, consisting of multimillion dollar homes at the end of the road. The Big Y super market is also next door hidden by the woods but just a short 5 minute walk if you choose.

Mystic Ct is a quant little town founded in the 1600’s as a fishing and whaling ship destination. Famous for the Mystic Seaport attraction and the Mystic aquarium. The train is not far from downtown and the famous Mystic drawbridge. It is an easy commute from New York and Boston by train. You can take a ferry from Long Island and Montauk point right into New London which is a 15 minute ride to Mystic. You can Uber, Limo or taxi right to our doorstep. You can drive just about anywhere you want to go. Mystic has lots of side streets to park on, in the downtown area. Downtown is 1 mile down Rt 1 and an easy bike ride or walk. There are no hills to climb if walking.

These apartments are above my floor covering company Mystic Coastal flooring. We are opened Tues-Fri 8-5, Sat 8-12 and we are closed Sunday and Monday. The premises have security cameras outside only and the building has state of the art fire, CO detection systems in place. Each unit along with the common areas are also sprinkler protected for your safety. Your families safety and well being is our number one priority.

Getting Around:
Mystic is easily accessible by way of car on I-95 and CT route 27. Also, Amtrak runs Northeast Regional trains daily from New York City to Boston along the coastline route all the way to Mystic. The train from New York City to Mystic is about 3 hours while the one from Boston is just 1.5 hours.
In terms of getting around once guests are already in Mystic, the area is very pedestrian-friendly and accessible.

Would not recommend with wheelchair or strollers - steep and uneven. Appreciated the instruction book with local recommendations. Would have loved a listening of local parks and playgrounds. It took us a few tries to locate basketball courts for teenage son. With all of the outdoor activity, walking, and good eating, it was so nice to fall into the cozy beds at the end of our days. They were very comfortable. We also worked while there and the wifi was quite reliable."

Our guests can have access to the entire property. The back is wooded with open space. it has a fenced in area with a gazebo, picnic table and Weber Grill for cookouts with family and friends.

Mystic CT is right on the the Mystic river at the mouth of Long Island sound. Founded in the 1600’s and developed into a ship building town. Famous for its draw bridge and mixture of fine shops downtown. Mystic seaport is a must destination for the kids and the Mystic Aquarium are both just a 5 Minute drive. There are great Restaurants everywhere. Mohegan sun and Foxwoods casino which are the largest on the east coast, are a 20 minute drive. There is so much to do for adults and children alike.

The Mystic train station is a 1/2 mile down the road and is a stop coming from New York and Boston. It’s just a quaint little station just outside of the draw bridge area. Easy in and out. Taxi’s, Uber or Limo to your destination. Interstate 95 is very close. Take the Long Island or Montauk ferry right into New London which is a15 minute drive to Mystic.

Harbor View Landing is located in the historic town of Mystic, CT.
The property is situated on one end of Willow Point, just a half mile outside of the downtown area. Our property consists of 4 waterfront cottages and 2 multi-unit homes. This property opened in June of 2019 and offers many included amenities such as a private dock with kayaks and paddle boards as well as complimentary bikes, fire pits and lawn games, all over looking the beautiful Connecticut coastline.

The Block Island unit boasts of a spacious queen-sized, one bedroom waterfront cottage, with separate living area and custom tiled private bathroom. This cottage comes equipped with retro mini-fridge, microwave, Nepresso coffee maker, HD TV, Amazon smart speaker, free wi-fi as well as a complimentary bottle of wine and water.
