We arrived earlier in the day with intentions of hanging out on the beach before check-in. We were able to park in the hotel lot and our room ended up being ready a little bit early. The property was as expected for Misquamicut beach - relatively no frills, no on site restaurant (although they did have a soda vending machine and coffee available). It is not a luxury property no is it intended to be - you are there for the beach! The room and hotel in general were very clean. There is no closet in the room but there is a dresser and hooks to hang a few items. It was a great place to stay for 2-3 nights. If you are staying longer or traveling with more than 2 people, you may want to look for more spacious accomodations. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and will be back soon! "

A totally renovated 2 bedroom cottage with 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Brand new private wooden staircase to 50 feet of private beach. Outdoor seating area with a fire pit on top of the sea wall overlooking the Atlantic ocean. There is a brand new wood deck that follows the sea wall and holds a large table and umbrella with seating for 6. Also a natural gas grill for all of your grilling needs next to the outdoor shower. As you enter the 700 square foot 2 level cottage, there is a brand new high end kitchen with quartz countertops, Wolf dual fuel range, Subzero refrigerator and wine cooler, and Bosch dishwasher. The quartz island holds 3 stools and the table in the corner has seating for 4. The remainder of the downstairs living area has a 3 seat couch and a 48" flat screen Smart TV . Internet services provided.

There are ocean views on the first floor from the south side windows. A half bath and bedroom with 2 queen bunk beds, a twin pull out trundle bed and a washer and dryer that complete the first floor. As you climb the spiral staircase to the second floor loft/bedroom, there is a view of the Atlantic ocean from every window. This floor has a full bathroom with custom tile shower, rain shower head . The bedroom/loft has a queen bed with a large dresser.Every room in cottage provides high end paddle fan.
The street side of the yard has plush grass and new landscaping. The native pea gravel driveway with parking for 4 cars is lined with Belgian blocks. The entire property has been landscaped with native species including hydrangeas and peonies. There is natural rock stepping stones leading from the driveway to the main entrance of the house and also from the deck to the wooden staircase that leads down to the sandy beach.

You need to bring your own linens, pillow cases, sheets, towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels, etc. There are 3 queen beds and 1 twin size bed in the house.

This cottage is at the Watch Hill end of Westerly, far enough away from the traffic, but close enough to all of the amenities that Misquamicut Beach has to offer.

This beach rental is newly built and thoughtfully furnished to comfortably accommodate surf and sun loving individuals. The condo is located within easy walking distance to the beach, but you will be provided with a parking pass to the private Misquamicut Land Owners' beach.

Fabulous restaurants are within walking distance, but if you care to cook at home, the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishware, glassware, pots, pans, and appliances. A grilling/picnic area is available on a shared patio if you prefer a cookout.

Misquamicut Beach: Our beaches are family friendly, with plenty of children's activities and eating options. For mature, more adventurous vacationers there are beautiful, out of the way beaches in Weekapaug and Watch Hill that offer more privacy, the option to fish, walk, or surf. These beaches are only a 5-10 minute bicycle ride from the condo.

Historic Watch Hill and downtown Westerly are a short drive away offering shopping, sightseeing, and more restaurant choices. Watch Hill boasts a historic carousel, Taylor Swift's mansion, and beautiful Watch Hill Harbor. In downtown Westerly you’ll find our local-owned movie theater, plenty of shopping and great restaurants as well. Block Island, Newport, and Mystic, CT make great day trips. The Roger William's Zoo and Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Seaport provide more fun and educational experiences that will enhance your getaway.

Block Island: Westerly Airport offers flights, and a ferry sails every hour from Point Judith (20 minute drive) to this romantic get away. We absolutely recommend a day trip to this Island. It feels like you're in the Caribbean, surrounded by blue water, white sand, and rocky coastline. The island can by toured on rented bicycles or mopeds. It's also great for walking from beach to beach, exploring, and soaking in the beautiful views.

Newport: Mansions, shopping, sailing. This historic town is 40 minutes away, and a beautiful place to spend an afternoon.

You'll find that a week is too short to fit in all the things you'll want to do!
