This two story townhouse on the south side of Milwaukee in Greenfield, WI has been completely updated from top to bottom and is located in a residential family neighborhood. The townhouse includes three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top) and two full baths on the second floor and a living room with pull out couch full bed, dining room, kitchen, and powder room on the first floor. Outside, you can relax on the patio with a cocktail or sit quietly in the gazebo for your morning coffee. Since we are in a residential neighborhood, patio/hot tub usage is not allowed after 11:00 p.m.

For security and liability purposes, surveillance devices have been installed at the front door, driveway, and patio area including the hot tub. Please be assured that these devices are used strictly by the owners for security and liability only. Data is deleted once no longer needed.

Other things to note
Our property features living spaces on the first floor, and bedrooms and bathroom upstairs on the second floor. There is off street parking for 2 cars comfortably in the driveway, with additional parking on the street if necessary. Street parking should be avoided if possible. The large corner lot offers a great amount of outdoor space for kids or a dog. It is not fenced but is mostly surrounded by hedges and trees. This home does not have central AC, but during the warm season we install window units in the living room and two main bedrooms upstairs.

I am a live in host. I have three dogs that live upstairs with me. They are extremely friendly.. there is a gate for when im not home.. it is a shared entrance, but live on different levels of the house. The space is in the refinished basement. I just love the large open concept. A cozy sitting area to watch TV or just read a book. Has a newly remodeled bath. A kitchen table if you need a place to do some office work on the computer. If you like to save money there is a coffee bar with a mini refrigerator, microwave, and a toaster oven for some cooking. I do have a full kitchen upstairs if you need to cook or need more refrigerator space. The area is full of delicious restaurants and carry out dinning. Just 10 minutes from downtown Milwaukee in a nice safe subdivision. Have parking on the driveway…
