It is so close to everything you could need that a car isn't even necessary. As an autistic woman who has her license, but no car & chooses not to drive (safety reasons) this area is perfect. Not only for me but for my neurodiverse son & fiance. We need the nature (which you get with the forest around the property & the park... But also the quiet/safety of a small area where everyone knows everyone. We keep to ourselves minus when we have to go into the real world to get our food & necessities or health care. Having a cool (or warm - depending on the time of the year) place to lay back wbile I work from home is ideal. The last property I lived at was unacceptable. Regular Schedule: Trash pickup is every Friday morning. Please place bins at the curb on Thursday night before collection.

Holiday Adjustments: If Friday is a holiday, trash pickup will be delayed by one day (Saturday instead of Friday).

If your checkout falls on Saturday after a holiday, please help by moving the bins to the curb before leaving.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This home is equipped with Noise detection monitors.

Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes.

- "The start was awesome. Nice neighborhood, clean home and enough amenities to keep everyone comfortable. Thank you" - "This is a nice single family home in a new development in suburban Milwaukee. The check-in / check-out process is very easy through an app that they provide. Overall, the house is clean and well equipped. All of the bathrooms had shampoo, soap, plenty of towels and the kitchen has plenty of plates, silverware, etc. The location is great, right near the highway. There is also access to the clubhouse and shared pool which was very nice. The only thing to note is that the listing does say that there is a patio / garden area - there is not. There is no yard at all, it's just the house and a driveway - which didn't affect our stay too much but just for reference. We did have one issue, and the communication from the property management company was very good and timely. Overall, I would definitely stay again."

Property with it all! Convenient location in a quiet suburb right next to the city. Spacious 3B/3.5B with sunroom, outdoor pool, and hot tub! Pool is fully fenced in and furnished with pool accessories, ample seating, and a grill. Two master suites with their own full bathroom attached. An additional bedroom with a full bath right next to it. All rooms have California closets in them. A sunroom that shows beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Each room has a ceiling fan, there are two fireplaces (one gas and one electric), 4 sky lights in the home to enjoy the beautiful sky, washer, dryer, clothes steamer, and drying rack. Kitchen is stocked with appliances and all utensils: Air Fryer, blenders, toaster, coffee maker that accommodates pods or fresh coffee in addition to other specialty drinks.

Queen size air mattress available for use for additional sleeping that can fit in the sunroom, living room, or bedrooms.

A full park is located behind the house. Park has courts, a playground, and a beautiful walkway for any type of exercise. Located under ten minutes from Drexel Square which has many restaurants, spas, and shopping. Under 15 minutes to downtown Milwaukee and under 10 minutes from Milwaukee airport. Desk with computer accessories (with usb hook up for laptop), elliptical and treadmill, or chairs can be moved to any room that is preferred.

Open to reasonable requests to provide preferred coffee, laundry detergent, or special needs, etc. All effort will be made to accommodate specialty requests but are not guaranteed.

A 3 bedrooms to fit 8 people comfortably. There are 2 full bathrooms, 1 on each level.
Stainless appliances including an outdoor pizza oven, and parking space for 6 cars. It has a yard space and a large fire pit to relax.
Located near the freeway, Ikea, town square with plenty of restaurants. 20min away from downtown MKE and 10 min away from MKE airport and 10 min from the beach.
