- "First, host Kevin was great, really responsive and willing to help with our few needs and one problem we had was promptly resolved. Next, this is a fantastic option for longer stays, particularly if you prefer to do your own cooking. This was a really well equipped kitchen, including unusual things like a mandolin, hot water, kettle, coffee pot with plenty of coffee and filters already provided, tons of pots pans, and every other kitchen utensil you are likely to need. Well, this is a duplex, and it says the square footage is 1000 ft.², we found it quite comfortable, and it felt much more spacious than that. It was great to be able to park our car in a garage rather than out on the road. The property is well cared for and clean. The only potential drawback that I think other people, considering this property should know about is that the neighborhood is not particularly nice. And no way did we ever feel unsafe, I would just say that it is may be a lower middle class neighborhood and you’ll notice unkempt lawns, and things like that, but it did not feel like a dangerous or bad neighborhood in any way. We have family in Fort Smith, so will likely be returning for future visits, and given this past experience with sick out this specific property again in the future."

- "Great Rental!" - "I’d like to start off by saying how amazing Caleb, our host, was! After having booked a location for a small church retreat at a different location, we all of a sudden got a phone call that we were double booked so they had to cancel us 3 weeks out! I was frantically searching for a new location within our budget and am so grateful I was able to find this property. I messaged Caleb and he was very responsive and was able to accommodate our entire group. The first night we arrived at the property there was a pretty heavy storm (out of everyone’s control) the power went out. It was late when I messaged so we could report so I wasn’t expecting a call back until the morning. To my surprise, a few minutes later I got a phone call letting me know that the outage had been reported and if we needed anything like flashlights etc, to let them know - 10/10 on communication. Power came back on about an hour later! The property is just as described. The landscape is beautiful and very spacious for games and outdoor activities. Rooms are big and beds are very comfortable! In the kitchen there were plenty of utensils and kitchen supplies in stock so that was a plus as well. All in all it was a 1000/10 stay. We had a great time. Our group was very happy and I even had a few people ask for the link to get it booked so if you’re thinking about it just book it! You won’t regret it :)"

- "Wonderful location out in the woods! The kitchen had all the dishes we needed to do our cooking, and there were plenty of towels available. The host/hostess was very responsive to my questions, and provided me the door key as soon as I requested it. The inside is very well decorated and taken care of. We really enjoyed having the pool table and long kitchen table for family interaction. Note that aside from outdoors and the kitchen table, there is not really a place for everyone to gather around a TV (can fit about ~4-5 adults in front of the TV) -- this was not a problem for our party, but its something you may need to keep in mind. Our only complaint was the lack of wash clothes, but that was a very minor thing. We had a wonderful time!"

4 bedroom home with 4 queen beds and 1 king bed. Each bedroom has its own tv along with one in the living room. 2 full baths with shower and tub combos in each. Driveway is quite steep. You can park on the side where its a little less steep getting out of your vehicle. The garage is available but no remote will be supplied.

Guest Access:
You will be given a 4 digit code prior to check-in. This code will give you access during your stay. It controls the front door. You will only put in your code, you do not have to hit enter. When exiting, you can just press the lock symbol and the door will lock behind you.
