This unit as at the back, so less noise but little view of the lake. We thought this might be more quiet being a block from the beach/ main st. with more people and cars. Large patio with table and seating. Smaller patio off bedroom. Also, on the 5th floor are BBQs and pool table and foosball. Nice touch. The not so nice. Cabinets and some furniture tired. Units can be noisy, as wood floors and people not taking shoes off is annoying. During our 1st night there were some girls staying in 201 and guys above us. They were yelling and running up and down until almost 11. My wife finally told them to take it down a notch. Also, they wanted money to park. First email said X for indoor. Then I got the online form and it said 3.5 times as much. I don't pay that in Vancouver. Also, said a lot per day for a pet! Sorry, won't let me put prices. Front door of the building says,"No Pets". Good news was midweek, not many people in the building, so much quieter. You can park on the street but st. gets busy on weekends. Other building we considered had free indoor parking with EV chargers. "

It is advertised as lake view but we looked out at the neighbouring trailer park. They never sent checkin information. You have to call an information phone number to get access codes, which is an extra hassle you don’t want when traveling. Kitchen is poorly stocked with old, broken and falling apart Dollar Store kitchen utensils, knives and supplies. It was hard to cook anything. Frying pans were so old with the Teflon flaking off, it was unusable. There was barely enough plates and cutlery for six people to eat. Garburator was broken and food from the previous visitors was still in the sink. Listing says pet friendly, which is great, but there are signs everywhere in the building saying no pets allowed. If you text the information number, they will send people to help. They were very friendly and did their best to help solve issues but it’s super annoying to have to call/text for basic items that should be stocked in a standard kitchen. Check in is late and check out is early, which takes away from the value and convenience of the booking. Listings says free parking but that’s only if you park on the street. If you want to park in the property’s garage, you have to pay an additional charge per night per car. "

- "This was a fun little condo to stay in Harrison Hot Springs. Can’t beat the location across the street from the beach. A couple blocks from an amazing little coffee shop. Easy to get in and out of. Has everything you need for your stay. A/C in the bedroom but with fans keep the whole place cool even in +30 temps. Full size fridge and stove in the compact kitchen. Bathroom is outdated but very functional although cozy. Spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed as well as a spacious living area. Couple nice chairs on the walkway to catch the lake views while sipping g your morning coffee or evening beverage. Parking included which is mostly shaded from the hot afternoon sun. Would totally stay here again. Totally worth it. Comparable in price if not cheaper than most of the hotels. Responsive hosts. Nice clean little unit."

This is in our humble opinion the best and most luxurious short term rental suite available in all of Harrison Hot Springs, an internationally recognized resort village.

A genuine leather couch and chair in front of a large multi colored electric fireplace provide a warm relaxed ambience. If needed the couch folds out into a double bed suitable for one adult or child.

A fully equipped modern kitchen along with two large bathrooms and a laundry room will make extended stays very comfortable.

This top floor penthouse also provides a large private and fully covered deck that was made to maximize views of the lake and surrounding mountains at any time of year, rain or shine. Harrison Hot Springs is a small village (population around 2,000) situated 1.5 hours away from Vancouver BC and 2.75 hours from Seattle WA. It is situated on the largest lake in the southern coast mountains of Canada. This beautiful glacier fed lake is about 250 square kilometers in area, 60 km in length and 9 kilometers in width. The village sits at the south end of the lake and is surrounded by mountains.

The areas scenic beauty, natural attractions and exhilarating outdoor adventures attracts tourists year round from all over the world. All village amenities are within walking distance from our suite.

The Oasis building anchors the eastern end of Esplanade Avenue, the main waterfront street facing the lake to the north. The western end of Esplanade Avenue is anchored by the Harrison Hot Springs resort hotel.

The flat 800 meter walk along Esplanade avenue between the Oasis and the Resort Hotel is a scenic stroll that can be enjoyed along a pedestrian only waterfront promenade abutting the lake and lagoon. The promenade is fully paved making it wheelchair and stroller friendly. It's a scenic stroll with a children's play park along the way.

Esplanade Avenue is home to restaurants, boutiques, cafes and shopping found within the village. While the village amenities are fully open most of the year some do close early during the off season so be sure to check online.

The Eagle's nest is the perfect weekend getaway from the city or a weeklong adventure base to the area.

Check with tourism Harrison online to learn of more activities, festivals, fishing excursions, hiking trails, golfing, eco tours, shops and galleries.

Accessible Activities also include:

- Rendall Park, your direct neighbor to the east. It is an ideal location for picnics, swimming or a gentle flat stroll along the lakefront.

- Harrison Eco Tours offers multiple activities including a bald Eagle boat tour.

- 'Healing Springs Spa' packages are available at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort. You do not have to be a hotel guest to book the spa. Please call the hotel for details if you are interested.

- The Harrison Hot Springs indoor mineral pool is open to the general public and frequented by local residents. It is an approximate 5 minute walk but please check online for specific hours and dates.

- Outdoor unmanaged hot springs are also available within a 15-20 minute walk west along the lakefront just past the resort hotel. Please note these particular hot springs are only available when the lake water levels permit access.

- Harrison Lake is a boating paradise with an immense shoreline to explore. Boats, sea doos, bumper boats and kayak rentals are all available.

- If you prefer to leave the boating to a professional several boat tours are available. You may enjoy a dinner cruise, a fishing charter or an eco tour. All start within walking distance from the suite.

- During summer the large Harrison Floating Waterpark is available for kids & adults alike.

- The village winter stroll along Esplanande Avenue offers a beautiful light display during the Holiday season.

- 'Lights by the Lake' returns November 2025 and you will delight in the warm glow of Christmas lights and charming winter window paintings from dusk until 11pm.

- Sasquatch Mountain Ski resort is a 50 min drive from Harrison. Please check online for more details.

- Harrison Resort Golf course is a mere 5 min drive away. It offers a 9 hole course over 90 acres.

- The Sandpiper Golf course is only 20 minutes away and it offers an 18 hole golf course nestled in a centuries old forest.

This condo has one of the best locations in the building and with its very own EV charger! On the east corner of the ground floor, the unit is directly across from the Rendall park beach, accessible from the patio door.

The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for preparing meals, and nearly every room boasts stunning views of Harrison Lake. The primary bedroom features a comfortable, new queen bed and an ensuite with a luxurious rainfall shower. The second bedroom, located across the hall from the second bathroom, also has a comfortable, new queen bed with crisp linens. A full size pullout couch in the living room provides additional sleeping space, perfect for two kids or one adult.

Relax in the living room or on the extra-large corner deck while enjoying the picturesque views of Harrison Lake. For entertainment, a SMART TV with high-speed internet access is mounted above the fireplace. Additional amenities include a full-sized washer and dryer, and air conditioning throughout. It also offers an assigned parking stall with an EV charger. With easy access to both the Harrison Lagoon and Lake, outdoor adventures are just steps away.

There is one assigned underground parking stall with a Flo EV charger. Additional free parking is available across the street if required.

The condo features two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and one pullout couch in the living room. The pullout couch is approximately the size of a double and is great for kids, but primary best for only 1 adult.

The Oasis at Harrison Lake is Harrison Hot Springs newest, short-term rental building in the Village. Please keep in mind that at Harrison all lakefront condos are across the street from the water. While our building is the closest you can get to the water, it is a short walk across the street to either the Lagoon, or the lake at Rendall Park.

Throughout the winter season, some shops and cafes such as Muddy Waters might be closed, but most restaurants, the mineral pool and Harrison Resort Spa are open.
