She finally came and had to assign us a room on another floor. The rooms on that floor were being painted so we smelled paint all night, and at first the lamps wouldn’t work until staff flipped a breaker back on. The bathroom needs updating and there were other minor issues, but the beds were comfortable and there was a free, full hot breakfast. When renovations are complete it will be much nicer."
