The location is good for hiking right outside the door or an easy drive to other public footpaths and quaint English towns. There is a co-op grocery store just a few miles away where we were able to get supplies for our stay. The owners were kind enough to have cereal, milk, bread, and jam for our arrival. We would definitely consider staying here again if we were visiting the national park again. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay."

A perfect place for walkers as well as those wanting to get away to the countryside. The Barn is close to Settle and only a few miles away is Kendal.

The Barn boasts a large living room with a log fire, large dining kitchen with modern appliances, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. We warmly welcome 8 guests plus 2 dogs. Parking for two cars is included.
The Barn is located in the picturesque hamlet of Selside, right in the middle of the Yorkshire peaks.

The property sometimes requires a helping hand from guests but we are on hand to assist.

There are some house rules to note especially regarding dogs. This, along with detailed parking instructions will be issued when you book.
