The cottage is furnished to a high standard and has a modern, well-equipped kitchen. There is a large dining area and a comfortable living room, as well as a sun room with patio doors leading out onto a private south-facing sun terrace - an ideal place to relax on a sunny day.

Bedroom 1 has a superking bed but can also be made up as a twin - please let us know if you would like it as a twin. Bedroom 2 is a king room, and bedroom 3 has bunk beds which are suitable for adults as well as children - the bunks are rated up to 120kg per bunk. All bedrooms have blackout blinds and comfortable mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep.

There is a large family bathroom downstairs, as well as an extra WC upstairs (please note this has restricted head room).

The cottage has fast wifi throughout and there is off street parking for 2 cars, with further street parking available nearby if required.

You enter the property through a covered lobby area which is really useful for drying damp clothing and boots and there is also a bike rack for up to four bikes. The lobby can be locked so provides a secure location to store equipment. The apartment is very comfortably furnished with living room and separate dining room, kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom on the first floor; open stairs to the second floor where you’ll find the king size bedroom, morning room, shower room and terrace with barbecue which overlooks ancient roof tops. There is also the third bedroom which can be a single, twin or super king sized bed. All local amenities, shops and cafes are close by and there are multiple walks of varying distances right from the door. Dogs are welcome! Whilst we prefer that dogs are not to go on to furniture, we do realise that some of our furry visitors may be used to finding the most comfy spots. In this instance, please use the throws in the basket in the dining room to cover the sofas and/or the beds. There are also towels left in the lobby for drying down wet hounds before they come back in. We want you to feel totally at home and in return we just ask you to do us this courtesy. - "The cottage had pretty much everything we needed but there are a few issues. The sofas are very comfy and recline. The shower is electric and not powerful. The TV is Internet based channels only such as BBC I player. It also constantly wants to update. The tv remote had dead batteries. The pictures on the oven knob had worn away in places so you didnt know what function you were putting the oven on. There were no oven instructions and yet there was a folder full of instructions for everything else. The cottage is one of three in a pub courtyard so you do get pub noise. About 8.45am on a morning they crash the empty bottles into the bin. On a Friday there is a cask delivery. You are a few yards away from the outside smoking area so there is also noise from that on a night. Pateley bridge is a small town with a few gift shops. There are only 2 pubs. Lovely hot chocolate shop. The price we paid for our stay was very good value."

Town: The lovely Dales town of Pateley Bridge, which was named Great Britain's Best Village High Street in 2016, is located in the narrow valley of the River Nidd. Two award-winning butchers, a fishmonger, a bakery, and the oldest sweet shop in England are all located in charming tiny lanes and yards off the steep main street. There are also many places to dine and drink there. The local leisure centre has a swimming pool, and the riverfront park with a children's play area is not to be missed.
