The girls and mom's who came made such great final Girl Scout Troop memories. Everything about the house and property was perfect. Everything we needed was there including so many fun games. The outdoor swing loungers were a huge hit and watching the deer on the beach and friendly neighborhood dogs, who came to make sure we were happy with everything, were amazing. We were up watching the sunrise almost every morning and found lots of sea glass that the girls collected to make into cool projects. All of us want to return someday if life allows us to. - "The property was an absolute blast to stay at. We attended to celebrate my wedding and I had a group of groomsmen and my Wife stay with me. It housed all 8 of us with ease, with room for more. Though I will say if you are looking to stay here with couples, it may not be ideal given the sizes of beds. The amenities were amazing, whether needing an EV charging station, a hot tub for late night relaxation, or a cozy piano corner to enjoy some calm melodies, you will have a fantastic stay with plenty of things to do. I would come to stay again if given the chance and I can’t wait to see their finished Dock being constructed. "

- "We have stayed in several places along the north east to visit family members with our dog, and the barn is our favorite so far. We didn’t want to leave. The attention to detail was so impressive. Spacious design, yet still warm and cozy, with gorgeous views from every tall window. Modern amenities and elegance meets rustic charm. We visited on a colder weekend in February, and can only imagine how nice it would be to stay in the warmer months to experience being so close to the water and enjoy the beautiful surroundings outside. A little too much traffic for long dog walks but there are plenty of great parks nearby. There's a very cute store right next door. It was centrally located to every where we wanted to be. Again, very good neighborhood and amazingly clean and bright space."

I live in this home with my daughter, dog, and cat and there are 4 rooms that can be rented daily, weekly, or monthly. I do live upstairs and your are welcome to use the dining and kitchen area. The downstairs guest room has its bathroom right out the hall. The king bedroom is a dream loud bed and has the largest room area. There is a foldable matress that can be used for kids. There is a queen bedroom with a soft nectar bed . Desk and office space can be made available . There is a TV and Wi-Fi. There is a washing machine and dryer upstairs. You can use the driveway and park there for free.
And there is a large amount of space in the garage. I do have an exercise bike you can use if you need. It is walking distance from Sentara hospital and Publix. Grocery store. Ideal for travel nurses in medical students. This is a family friendly home. The neighborhood is very quiet and it is safe. I do have ADT security. The neighborhood is very new as it is in development still.
And the blankets and sheets are super plush and comfortable.

- "Overall I thought it was fine but needed a few things. 1. It seemed that everything was fairly new had just about everything you needed but silver wear. Had to go out and buy some plastic to eat with 2. Would be nice to have a 10-12 cup coffee instead of the single cup 3. Perhaps look at replacing the mattress's since they wear really pads and not a true mattress. Would I stay there again yes with some of the changes suggested"
