She let me know about the free breakfast, details of the pool area, and possible ways to get to my room by stairs or elevator (she noticed my limp, but did not point it out). I loved the pool and hot tub area! There are towels there too use. They also have lifts for folks who can't/don't walk well to be able to get in the pool and hot tub. The vending areas more than met my expectations. The bed was so comfortable! The rooms have a larger screened TV than most in the area. As a solitary female traveler, I felt very safe in this hotel.
