The space
You have the entire home to yourself. The only thing that is shared about this property is the driveway is used from time to time to get to the pasture behind the house or to the smoke house located beside the home.

We provide a starter toiletry pack. This is includes toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, and trash bag. Any other toiletry is not provided in this starter pack.

Other things to note
**If your stay is longer than 14 days, we will provide a cleaner to come in at that 2 week mark to freshen the house. ie, fresh linens, bathroom clean up and kitchen cleanup** This will be a discounted cleaning charge of $50

This newly renovated 2 story home has 2 bedrooms upstairs with full bathroom in between them and the master is on main floor with full bathroom with bonus on main floor with 1/2 bath in laundry room with new washer/dryer on approximately 1 acre lot.
Guest access
Park around back near back door where you enter and feel free to park under the carport. The garage is not accessible. The access code will be provided before check in.
Other things to note
There is plenty of parking on the driveway. Please do not park in the grass in the backyard as that is where the septic/ pump system is located.
There is a pack n play on site for little ones.

This 18' foot tent is nestled in the woods near a wide typically shallow creek. Our guest also have access to the pool, walking trails and disc golf. The tent has a queen-size air mattress w/bedding. The site has a charcoal grill, stone firepit, outdoor furniture, hammock & camping toilet tent. A bundle of firewood (8-10 pieces) is provided at the site.

This site does not have electricity or water connections.
