Very small hotel without much standoff from the road, you'll hear traffic....but not a lot of traffic goes by. Only complaint: Black out curtains would make this place perfect for the price. The two curtains that don't quite mate up and billow out when the HVAC is on make it impossible to truly block out the sun in the morning, plus you don't feel quite as private as you'd like on the ground floor. Beautiful lake front cottage located 40 miles or less from Green Bay, Appleton, and Oshkosh, WI. Two bedrooms, located on quiet private road.

The lakes are very clean and the fishing and boating are fantastic. There's a public sand beach for swimming and the lake association has a no wake time before 10AM and again after 6PM. Water ski and jet ski all day and enjoy quiet fishing times in the early morning and evening. There is a 40 foot pier to park your boat or jet ski.

There are two taverns in the area that serve food. One with lake front access. Three lakes are connected for a total of 235 acres. There's a variety of fish including Muskie, Northern, Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and Sunfish. Our fire pit is by the water and firewood is provided. The large deck has a patio table for convenient outdoor dining.

The cottage is located near the 'Gibson Island' that is available for hiking and site seeing. Island is accessible from the road or a short five minute canoe (provided) ride from the cottage.

- "Our family of 7 (two middle-aged parents, our three young adult kids, and two boyfriends) had such a wonderful time at Dana's lake retreat. We spent most of our time out on the water and greatly enjoyed the freedom the pontoon boat gave us to find the best swimming and fishing spots. We also enjoyed the stand-up paddleboards and kayak. The three lakes are wonderful, with great clear water for swimming in, and lots of fish, too. A favorite memory is floating in the water and watching a bald eagle fly overhead. Except for one of us, this was our first time in Wisconsin, and our first lake vacation (we go to the beach usually). Our Wisconsin guy guided us to go to a local Supper Club, found a local place with wonderful cheeses (including squeaky cheese curds), and cooked up a big fish fry at the end of the week; he was also our expert on boating/fishing. Dana was a wonderful, informative host who responded quickly to questions. The upstairs three bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for our group and we loved cooking and being able to do laundry. The downstairs sleeping spaces are appropriate for agile young people who can navigate the basement stairs and low ceilings. The downstairs big sleeping space is a walk-through space, so no privacy there (no problem for us, we didn't need that space). We all loved sitting out on the decks, star-gazing, and talking around the fire at night. We fell in love with vacationing like this and would love to come back!"

Private dock right outside to tie up your boat and a swim dock available for your enjoyment!! Kayaks and paddle boards are available to use along with a lily pad to play on the water (my kids favorite)! After a long day of enjoying the lake, sit back and relax by the the fire pit and roast some marshmallows and hotdogs!!

Lots of great local establishments near by if you get hungry! The local watering holes are a short drive (or even walk). Great pizza and burgers! If cooking at home is your style, we do have a full kitchen, a 36” blackstone, and a propane grill that can be used as well!

Explore the hiking trails surround the area, a couple close places to enjoy are: Maple Hills & Gibson Island. If you need something more exciting, UTV, 4-wheeler, and snowmobile trails are abundant! The roadways are 4 wheeler & UTV friendly.

When the leaves start changing come see the magnificent color changes that are happening right outside the patio doors!!

As the season gets colder, snowmobile trails will open depending on snow accumulation! My place is right off the trail system! Enjoy a week or a long weekend chasing fresh powder on your sleds! Or enjoy the ice fishing on the three lakes!! After you are done warm up by the living room fireplace or the fire pit outside!

Close to Shawano, so we took advantage of tubing on the Wolf River, visited the Twig’s beverage museum, shopped the farmer’s market & the shops on the main drag and finally visited Doc’s Harley Davidson store & zoo. Situated on the Cloverleaf Lakes, which are located in central Wisconsin. 2 and 1/2 hour drive from Milwaukee, 35 minutes from the Appleton area and 45 minutes from Green Bay.

The lakes are very clean and the fishing and boating are fantastic. There's a public sand beach for swimming and the lake association has a no wake time before 10AM and again after 6PM. Water ski and jet ski all day and enjoy quiet fishing times in the early morning and evening.

One restaurant/tavern on the lake with great food. In addition, a supper club is also located on the lake and it too has a full menu and bar area. The home is on city sewer system making the lakes very clean. Three lakes are connected for a total of 235 acres. There's a variety of fish including Muskie, Northern, Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and Sunfish. Our fire pit is by the water and firewood is provided. The large deck has a patio table with seating for 6 and extra chairs for a total of seating 12 people. Canoe and paddleboat available for our guests. Detached guest house (no A/C) contains a set of bunk beds for extra sleeping. Please check with us for availability and rates.

Swimming is not great (weedy) in front but the sandbar and Sandy Beach has excellent swimming! In the summer, a dock is available, so feel free to bring your boat!

Simple 3 bedroom cabin built in the 60’s on two waterfront lots. Master bedroom features lake views and a Serta I Comfort mattress. Plenty of room for parking all your toys and for pitching up tents. A private trail leads to a small beach area for children to swim and play. Motorless lake allows for a nice quiet get away with superior fishing right off the dock. Rental includes a row boat to access the rest of the lake. Sleeps 8

- "This little cabin is not done justice by the pictures. It is cute, clean and spacious. The host makes sure you have everything that you need from tp to fishing poles to movies, books and board games. The fishing was great. They were small but we're biting. We saw so much wildlife. We saw deer, turkeys, turtles, chipmunks, squirrels and all kinds of birds. It is quite and they have a great fire pit with comfy seating for at night. They even had wood ready for you!!! Overall great experience and wonderful stay with excitement and relaxation for all."
