This beautiful House sits just 1 mile outside of Hopeland in the small neighborhood of Clay. It features a Big front yard, as well as a deck with Big Back Yard, 3 bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, a Semi Stocked Kitchen, (Kitchen, Dining, and Living Room) is open area, with a office/den area to the side of Dining area. Bedroom # 1 has attached bathroom with a Whirlpool, and shower. Bath # 2 has Tub with shower, and is also where the washer & dryer is located. . Entire house and grounds is accessible to our guests except for the garage, and basement. An accessible and open floor plan is great for larger groups as well as small!

We understand that you may be coming to our Airbnb to have a good time and enjoy yourself, however, we ask that you respect our neighbors and refrain from loud partying, playing loud music, or any other disruptive behavior that could disturb the peace of the neighborhood. We want to be sure to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the area and ensure our neighbors are not disturbed. Those who do not listen will be subject to the removal of the property by the police. Thank you for your understanding and respect.

6. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

7. Please do NOT use the grill inside the Pool House. We provide a grill outside that you are welcome to use.

8. The basement and living room fireplaces are NOT available for use.

9. The driveway is pretty steep and not level. It is paved the entire way up to the cabin. It may be smart to have Four Wheel Drive during the winter months.

11. Swim at your own risk. Please note, the pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. We keep it closed for the Winter season after Labor Day. Please be sure to plan your vacation accordingly.

This gorgeous mountain home rests on 105 acres, so you can enjoy a relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle but still be close to all the local amenities and attractions. Walking in, you are met with a very spacious great room which includes plenty of entertaining space. It includes a pool table, indoor fireplace, a roomy kitchen with a flat top stove and plenty of seating. There are five bedrooms. Two have a King sized bed in each, and the other three have two single beds in each. Enjoy a nice relaxing fire in the outdoor firepit (firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace only) and enjoy the view from the balcony in our 7 person hot tub or go for a hike on one of the hiking trails around the property! Some things to note would be that the driveway is very long (approximately 1/4 mile long), but there are markers that will direct you back to the lodge. The property is also very secluded.

- "We had a great time at this property. Family came from NY, VA, and ME for a wedding. There were nine of us - all relatives of the groom - from both sides. So the five bedrooms and four baths were perfect for our needs. Everyone had space and bathrooms for showers - getting ready for the big day. The pool table was great entertainment for us every day that we were there. Everyone also enjoyed the screened in porch - mainly for a relaxing place to have their morning coffee with a great view before starting a busy day. The kitchen is great and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils, two refrigerators, and two ovens, etc. Some of us also took walks on the trails around the lodge for some exercise and mountain fresh air. This place is well worth the money - you will have a great time as well. I think everyone who stayed - would recommend it."

Our home is set on a quiet, 1.25 acre lot in Lancaster County. We finished building The Clay House June, 2020, and made sure that the rooms have extra insulation between the walls. All three bedrooms are upstairs, each with a private bathroom. The Farmhouse, Rustic, and Eclectic rooms each have a queen size bed and several amenities to make your stay comfortable. My husband and I love treating our guests with the complimentary espresso bar, along with making our guests a hot breakfast each morning.

Lancaster is 14.9 miles from The Clay House BnB, while Paradise is 17.4 miles from the property. The nearest airport is Harrisburg International Airport, 28 miles from the property.

The quaint town of Lititz is just 20 minutes from us, and Ephrata/ Adamstown antiques is just 10-15minutes.

We are a 5 minute walk from Refreshing Mountain Activity Center which has several outdoor adventures such as ziplining, escape rooms, hiking, and swimming (summer only). For other outdoor adventures such kayaking, birding, or scenic trails, Middle Creek is just a 5 minute drive from our B&B.

Our newly renovated chalet is the perfect destination for a relaxing time away from home. The house is tastefully decorated and designed with a combination of mid-century modern & a cozy cabin feel. We want this space to feel like a sanctuary for you.

The home has 3 private bedrooms, in addition to the basement room which has a pullout couch. All bedrooms have queen sized beds.

There are 2 full baths, one is a tub/shower combo and the other has a walk in shower. Both bathrooms have a single bowl vanity.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all adjoined for an open concept space. The living room has a smart tv and a gas fireplace, with views of the surrounding woods. Sliding doors lead out to the front porch where there is a table and chairs. The full sized kitchen is outfitted with all you need to cook your own meals.

The basement is partially finished, the finished space having the pullout sofa. There is a wood fireplace in the basement room, however we do NOT allow any indoor fires in the fireplace!
The washer & dryer are also located in the basement and are available for your usage.

We also have a strict no pet policy out of respect of future guests.

Please note that while there is a garage, we do not allow guests to park in it.

Our 2-car garage is made into game room where you can spend hours playing games together, or sit out by the patio overlooking the grassy area watching as your children squeal with excitement on the swing set. As the sunsets you can find yourself around the campfire reminiscing about the "good ole days" or sitting in the hot tub relaxing with those you love.

We've got folding tables you can use to serve food outside along with some folding chairs.

There’s a beautiful horse barn on the property, as well as a meadow and racetrack for training. The horse barn is current off limits, but the meadow & racetrack is open for use.

Because we are so far back in there is lots of privacy, space to roam and have fun. However, with these kinds of properties we also find that the cellphone service & Wi-Fi isn't the best.

We welcome your family or group to our beautiful 13 acre horse ranch at the base of the Texter Mountain. Stay in the over 4000 Sq foot ranch style home nestled among lots of trees, a creek and pond for some rest and relaxation. This is a working horse farm with the opportunity for you to spend a few days surrounded by the tranquility of nature and animals.
The space
The home has 1 bedroom with a king size bed. 2 bedrooms with queen size beds a large loft bedroom overlooking the fish pond and horse arena with a total of 4 twin beds, 1 bunk bed and a pullout couch. A nursery room equipped with rocking chair & a pack & play for the baby. 3 full baths, 1 with a 1-2 person jacuzzi bath tub plus 2 half baths. Fully stocked kitchen with two ovens & cook top stove. A large dining area and a breakfast nook for breakfast or game time. Family room with a 70 inch TV. High speed Wifi. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your use. Two outside patios and camp fire setting next to the outside play area for children, next to the horse pastures.

It had plenty of beds and space and an amazing kitchen for team meals. The game room was such a fun touch to the weekend. They had great amenities with pots, pans, silverware and dishes available a kurig with k cups and towels and linens available as well as shampoos and soaps! The area is beautiful and the host were so kind and helpful with any questions we had! The checkin and check out instructions were easy to follow and easily available. We had an absolute blast and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for Vrbos in the Hersey area! We spent almost two years restoring an old mill in Lancaster County Pa . Originally an old grist (flour / corn ) mill it was built in 1777. After a fire in the 1800's it was rebuilt. We have worked to keep the original equipment intact. It is not a working mill but what a beautiful building ! Situated on two acres the Mill was originally fed by a pond, Now the pond is used for fishing! We also have a paddle boat and canoe ,
There are multiple floors - we call them "levels,
LEVEL 0 - -the tail raceway where the water left the Mill
LEVEL 1 - - nice kitchen with queen murphy bed and private bathroom
LEVEL 1,5 - Entry from front deck. Dining Table for 6 - view mill equipment. seating area
LEVEL 2.0 Full kitchen , bedroom with queen bed, washer / dryer. full bath with step in shower, seating area, private entry from exterior.
LEVEL 2.5 - View two millstones, over 100 board games, travel to Level 3.
LEVEL 3 - full bath with tub/shower. large seating area with 70" tv , one full bed and one king bed.
We are required by local regulations to list this a a three bedroom / three bath house - but based on each space it will feel like three apartments!
Maximum occupancy is 6 people - babies - non walking or crawling are permitted - ie under 1 year old
