The condominium is a wonderful get away for a family vacation, girls weekend or the Wine Fest weekend. The private beach is perfectly maintained with beach chairs available. The volleyball nets and fire pits provide fun throughout the day and into the evening. Everyone gathers by the fire for smores and scary stories.
The indoor pool is clean, well maintained and inviting. The pool is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. The floor is tile so there is no concern about sand or wet bathing suits. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed, armoire, dresser and two night stands. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser, night stand and table. The mattresses are one of Levin's best. We have a sectional sleeper sofa in the living room with a double pull out bed. The unit sleeps 6 nicely, but could sleep more if they are little ones.
The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances. We have all the basics such as coffee pot, toaster, blender, microwave and we have also provided a George Foreman grill and Magic Bullet for fun meals and quick clean up.
The living room has a large sleeper sectional sofa that can easily and comfortably seat 6 to 8. The entertainment center has a 60' smart TV and a bluray player. The premium cable package includes high definition channels and 4 premium channels (HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, and Stars). A foosball table for a little friendly competition.
We furnished the unit with the goal of providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The views are sensational - second to none. The condo is air conditioned but some nights it is so pleasant to just open the sliding door, and windows and hear the waves and feel the breeze.

RENTAL RULES FOR ALL RENTERS AT LAKE ERIE VISTA
Lake Erie Vista's building is a private residence and "home" to many owners. Lake Erie Vista is not a commercial motel/hotel operation. Each and every homeowner here maintains not only their personal unit, but also the public facilities through HOAC dues. To maintain this property and for the intended safety of all those who live at and rent units at the Lake Erie Vista Condominium Association, the Association has adopted the following rules to which you must consent and by which you must abide. By placing your initials in the space provided next to each rule and by placing your signature (s) at the end of this document, you attest that you, those in your rental party, those in your or your rental party's care, custody and/or supervision (including but not limited to minors for whom you or those in your rental party have responsibility as parent or legal guardian) are not only informed of these rules, but will also comply with them in their entirety. These rules are for your benefit, as well as for the benefit of those who permanently reside at Lake Erie Vista.
In these rules, the term renter (s) includes those persons you listed in the rental agreement with the unit owner (s) from whom/which you are renting (i.e. you and those in your rental party) and who will be occupying the rental unit. No outside guests are permitted. Only renters and those who are specifically listed in your rental contract as part of your rental party are permitted to occupy and use the rental unit and Lake Erie Vista Condominium Association facilities (including but limited to) the rented unit, pool, fitness equipment, parking lot and beach/pier.
_______1. Children who are minors must be supervised at all times.
_______2. No child who is a minor is to use the pool, exercise equipment or swim in the lake without adult supervision by a parent or legal guardian.
_______3. Renter(s) must stay within the pier rails and stay off break wall rocks. Jumping/diving off the pier, dangling over the pier rails or playing on break wall is prohibited.
_______4. Renter(s) swim at their own risk(s) in the pool and/or lake. There is no lifeguard provided either for the pool or the lake. Do not dive into the lake or pool. Do not swim without a capable partner or parent/legal guardian and do not swim in the lake when there are white caps on the waves. Before swimming in the lake, be aware of rip currents, undertows and any warnings about dangerous levels of bacteria that may be issued.
_______5. No running is allowed in the building, around the pool, patio or premises.
_______6. Renter(s) risk eviction and forfeiture of all monies deposited if they allow any persons on the premises of Lake Erie Vista other than those occupants listed in your rental agreement.
_______7. Quiet hours are designated from 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. within and outside of the building. Please have respect for others concerning voices, television, music and general noise during these hours.
_______8. The pool is open to renters from 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
_______9. The cost of any damage done to the property and/or furnishings in both the rental unit and public areas of the building by renter(s) will be deducted from the security/damage deposit. If additional damage beyond the deposit is found, you will be responsible for paying additional damages. You are required to use the facilities, equipment, furnishings and appliances for their intended normal use.
_______10. Smoking within the building or a rental unit by renter(s) is prohibited and will result in a forfeiture of renter(s) damage deposit. If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing cigarette butts. Do not throw butts on the beach, Condominium grounds or planters.
_______11. Pets are NOT allowed in rental units, the Condominium Building or premises. Renter(s) will forfeit their damage deposit if they allow a pet onto the grounds.
_______12. A dumpster for trash is provided on the east side of the parking lot. Renter(s) shall not leave trash/garbage bags or other refuse in public areas. Renter(s) may not use waste receptacles in the lobby, entrance, pool or patio for unit trash. Renter(s) must place trash inside the dumpster, not on top of the lids or the surrounding areas. After placing trash in the dumpster, renter(s) shall close the lid.
_______13. Before entering the pool, renter(s) must rinse the sand off their bodies by using the hose provided on the east side of the patio. This will allow others to enjoy a clear and clean pool, as well.
_______14. Parking in the parking lot is limited to two vehicles per rental party; one space per vehicle. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. No bailment is created between renter(s) and the Lake Erie Vista Condominium Association and/or unit owners with respect to vehicles parked on the premises. Neither Lake Erie Vista Condominium Association nor the rental unit owner shall be responsible for theft of vehicle or contents, or damage to vehicles/contents.
_______15. The grills, beach chairs, patio chairs/table(s) and fire pits are provided for your use. (Firewood can be purchased across the street). After use, all beach furniture should be placed up by the breakers in good repair. Please clean up the area that you used.
_______16. The balcony rails must be kept clear of people and items. Do not sit/straddle, stand upon or jump from the rail. Do not hang towels or any other objects from the rail.
_______17. Hallways must be kept clear. No equipment or bikes can be stored in hallways or in the units that are being rented. Bikes can be locked on the racks provided at the entrance and east side of the building. No bailment is created between the renter(s) and Lake Erie Vista Condominium Association and/or the rental unit owner(s) by placing bikes in the rack (s) provided on the premises. Neither Lake Erie Vista Condominium Association nor the Owner(s) of the rental unit shall be responsible for theft or damage to bikes.
_______18. Basket carts and hand trucks (which are convertible to flat trucks) are provided for your convenience. After use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners. Neither Lake Erie Vista Condominium Association nor the owner(s) of the rental unit shall be responsible for injury to person and/or property (including but not limited to vehicles, boats or trailers) caused by the use of the carts/hand trucks by renter(s).
I have reviewed the rules above, will inform all of those in my rental party of these rules and agree to comply with all of the rules stated above. Failure to abide by rules may result in forfeiture of my security deposit and potential liability for additional damages. By paying through VRBO or HomeAway or others you agree and e-sign.

Lake Erie Vista, built in 2011, is a condominium complex offering luxury and tranquility right on the shores of beautiful Lake Erie.

The condo is on the main level of a five-story, two-elevator serviced building. The Vista has a heated indoor pool which overlooks the Lake, its very own private beach with a fishing pier, and is just a short drive to "The Strip" (5 min) and Spire Institute (15 min). The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress accompanied by a walk-in closet, as well as a master bathroom with granite countertops and a spa shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The elegant kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, blender coffee maker (Keurig and Drip/traditional), electric oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, toaster, cookware/bakeware, glassware and dinnerware for 6. The great room and kitchen offer incredible views of the Lake. The great room has a sleeper sofa and a sectional sofa for up to 6 adults. Please Note: The cottage has a supply room that is only accessible to workers. We own several properties in the are and occasionally they will walk over to use this room. They will do their best not to bother you and will not need to access any part of the cottage that you will be renting. If you see a worker and need anything they can help you out as well.

Our 2 bedrooms are both adorned with pine ceilings, mid-century lighting, and retro decor. Both rooms include a queen bed and roomy closets. A recently added sleeping loft can accommodate 4, it has its own hangout spot with a TV, DVD player and an Xbox with a few games. This space is perfect for kids and teens. Please note it has low ceilings and has a ladder access that may not be suitable for young children.

Our 1st of 2 full baths has a tub/shower combo with subway tile, marble accents and beautiful pebble flooring. The 2nd bath has a stand-up shower and also includes the commercial washer and dryer. Both are equipped with towels too!

Lake Erie Vistas Rules and Regulations
Effective May 31, 2019

Rule #1 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No behavior that is an unreasonable nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other occupants will be tolerated.

Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners.

Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways but must be parked in outside bike racks or in condominium units.

Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails.

Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight.

Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited. If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts.

Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed.

Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed.
For your safety:
*No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow.
*Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls.
*No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only.
*The lake is dangerous and can be lethal - please respect it.
Please respect our investment and be considerate of others:
*Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station.
*Clean up trash when leaving beach.
*Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks.
*Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides.

Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed.
For your safety:
*No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk.
*No unsupervised swimming.
*No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death.
*No running, jumping, dunking or horseplay in or around the pool
*No glass in pool area.
*Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained.

Rule #10 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use. Only electric grills and heaters permitted on balconies and patios.

We have a friendly and loving dog who lives in the attached home and utilizes the backyard, so we kindly ask you to limit your outdoor access to the loft's private rooftop deck and the fenced-in patio downstairs for your privacy and comfort.

We understand the importance of having essential supplies during your stay, which is why we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and basic coffee and creamer. If you happen to run out of these supplies, don't worry. We're just a few miles away from Dollar General and Giant Eagle. Rest easy knowing that we also provide fresh linens and towels to ensure a comfortable stay.

- "I highly recommend this apartment for a weekend get-away. I would definitely stay here again. The host was very welcoming, and the grounds are very beautiful and serene. The apartment was spacious, well decorated, very comfortable and included amenities that I hadn't expected. Both the bed and sleeper sofa were very comfortable. The bathroom towels were soft and luxurious. The entire apartment is very beautifully decorated. The owners included various items to enhance our stay. As we entered the kitchen we found a bowl of fresh fruit, a basket of various snacks, and a few chocolates. In addition to supplying kitchen necessities, they also provided a Nespresso coffee maker, pods, and a Nespresso frother. There was also a French press and gourmet ground coffee. In the refrigerator we found a complementary bottle of wine from a local winery, a variety of bottled waters, and milk for frothing. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a variety of flowers and various trees. Throughout the day several hummingbirds visited a bird feeder that hung outside our kitchen window. The beautiful Grand River could be viewed from the living room window. The apartment is located near many wineries. Our favorites were Grand River Cellars, Debonne Vineyards, Laurello, and M Cellars."

- "So happy I selected this ‘brand new built’ rental home! First, it’s extremely clean, very well appointed with beautiful decor, furniture and flooring. The living room offers a big comfortable sofa with a large screen tv. The kitchen is a nice size and has everything you could need to make a delicious meal. The bedrooms offer wonderful comfy mattresses for a great night’s sleep. All the windows in the house have blinds for a feeling of privacy. Plus, the living room, kitchen and both bedrooms offer a separate Heat/AC remote for each room. Such an outstanding feature esp. for sleeping at a desired temperature you like. The front porch is covered with outdoor furniture as well as a picnic table. Out back there’s a gas grill and there’s also a zippered screened canopy with seating and a gas fire-pit. Bonus was it’s on a nice street and was approx. a 10 minute walk to the strip. We walked it easily every day while there. The owners are very attentive to detail and obviously take great pride in their vacation rental! They want to make sure you enjoy your vacation and are readily available if you have any questions. Condo Rules

1. Children who are minors must be supervised at all times.

2. No child who is a minor is to use the pool, exercise equipment or swim in the lake without adult supervision by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Renter(s) must stay within the pier rails and stay off of break wall rocks. Jumping/diving off the pier, dangling over the pier rails or playing on break wall is prohibited.

4. Renter(s) swim at their own risk(s) in the pool and/or lake. There is no lifeguard provided either for the pool or the lake. Do not dive into the lake or pool. Do not swim without a capable partner or parent/legal guardian and do not swim in the lake when there are white caps on the waves. Before swimming in the lake, be aware of rip currents, undertows and any warnings about dangerous levels of bacteria that may be issued.

5. No running is allowed in the building, around the pool, patio or premises.

6. Renter(s) risk eviction and forfeiture of all monies deposited if they allow any persons on the premises of Lake Erie Vista other than those occupants listed in your rental agreement.

7. Quiet hours are designated from 10 pm- 8 am within and outside of the building. Please have respect for others concerning voices, television, music and general noise during these hours.

8. The pool is open to renters from 8am- 8pm.

9. The cost of any damage done to the property and/or furnishings in both the rental unit and public areas of the building by renter(s) will be deducted from the security/damage deposit. If additional damage beyond the deposit is found, you will be responsible for paying additional damages. You are required to use the facilities, equipment, furnishings and appliances for their intended normal use.

10. Smoking within the building or a rental unit by Renter(s) is prohibited and will result in a forfeiture of renter(s) damage deposit. If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing cigarette butts. Do not throw butts on the beach, Condominium grounds or planters.

11. Pets are NOT allowed in rental units, the Condominium Building or premises. Renter(s) will forfeit their damage deposit if they allow a pet onto the grounds.

12. A dumpster for trash is provided on the east side of the parking lot. Renter(s) shall not leave trash/garbage bags or other refuse in public areas. Renter(s) may not use waste receptacles in the lobby, entrance, pool or patio for unit trash. Renter(s) must place trash inside the dumpster, not on top of the lids or the surrounding areas. After placing trash in the dumpster, renter(s) shall close the lid.

13. Before entering the pool, Renter(s) must rinse the sand off their bodies by using the hose provided on the east side of the patio. This will allow others to enjoy a clear and clean pool, as well.

14. Parking in the parking lot is limited to two vehicles per rental party; one space per vehicle. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. No bailment is created between Renter(s) and the Lake Erie Vista Condominium Associated and/or unit owners with respect to vehicles parked on the premises. Neither Lake Erie Vista Condominium Association nor the rental unit owner shall be responsible for theft of vehicle or contents, or damage to vehicles/contents.

15. The grills, beach chairs, patio chairs/table(s) and fire pits are provided for your use. (Firewood can be purchased across the street). After use, all beach furniture should be placed up by the breakers in good repair. Please clean up the area that you used.

16. The balcony rails must be kept clear of people and items. Do not sit/straddle, stand upon or jump from the rail. Do not hang towels or any other objects from the rail.

17. Hallways must be kept clear. No equipment or bikes can be stored in hallways or in the units that are being rented. Bikes can be locked on the racks provided at the entrance and east side of building. No bailment is created between the renter(s) and
Lake Erie Vista Condominium Owners Association and/or the rental unit owner(s) by placing bikes in the rack(s) provided on the premises. Neither Lake Erie Vista Condominium Owners Association nor the Owner(s) of the rental unit shall be responsible for theft or damage to bikes.

18. Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat trucks) are provided for your convenience. After use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners. Neither Lake Erie Vista Condominium Owner’s Association nor the owner(s) of the rental unit shall be responsible for injury to person and/or property (including but not limited to vehicles, boats or trailers) caused by the use of the carts/hand trucks by renter(s).

Moonbeam is a two-bedroom cottage that was constructed in 1954. It was renovated to better-than-new condition in 2021.

Comfortable modern furnishings, ceiling fan, lots of windows, central air and heat, and beautiful surrounding woods make this the perfect getaway cottage!

Moonbeam is tucked away in a neighborhood on the east end of the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip (Ohio's oldest resort town). It is one block away from the beautiful waters of Lake Erie and the Township Park, and one block from the fun and excitement of the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip.

Moonbeam has two bedrooms, with a queen bed in each room, and one full bathroom. Bed linens and pillows are provided; bath towels, hand towels and beach towels are not provided. Full-size kitchen is equipped with all cookware and dishes. Maximum of four guests, please. Moonbeam is on a large private lot, with plenty of room for lawn sports and outdoor relaxation. No smoking. - "Great location within walking distance of the strip! Having dedicated driveway parking was great because it is at the end of a dead end street. The owner was responsive and provided coffee, water, and some snacks. Only a few minor concerns: there were some cobwebs on the ceiling (everything else was clean!), we were only given 4 towels for 5 guests (luckily less people went on the trip - otherwise I would've reached out), and the top bunk was difficult to get into because the ladders can't move and are against the wall (maybe a higher step stool would help!). Overall, I still recommend staying at the property because these are easy things to fix. We enjoyed our 1 night stay. Thanks!"
