The back yard was perfect for entertaining and have for family bbq'ing. Now, if they added a pool (hint.. hint), I probably would not have left. The house has several places to hang out. Downstairs is great for kids and adults! Kitchen is perfect for cooking and chatting. The house is set up nicely for entertaining. The house's location is perfect. Easy access to highway (maybe they call them interstate), grocery stores, Sam's Club and a nice resort (Grand Resort). If you love to golf, there's a nice golf course close by. There are also nice fine dining places within a few minutes. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. My parents enjoyed their morning walks around the neighborhood. Communication with the owners were easy and nice. You know you have a great stay when you do not need to bother the owners for anything."

There's a place to play volleyball, have a fire going, a place to fish, use a paddle boat, and swim, a grill, a pavilion with tables, and a forest to walk through. It was extremely easy to find and the owner, Kathleen was as sweet and accommodating as can be! We also were given cookies that were AMAZING! This place is so cozy and comfortable, we will definitely be back! She also provided a pitcher with a filter and water bottles which is awesome because I can't have tap water lol. She had provided tooth brushes and tooth paste in case we forgot any which is such a nice touch. It's the little things that really make you feel valued as a customer of these places. Beyond worth what we paid for it and so excited that we found it! 💚 my husband and my father in law and mother in law stayed with us and it was just enough room for all of us, a little on the tight side but we didn't mind at all 😁 it was so much fun and very relaxing! Maplewood Farmhouse is a lovely home on a working horse farm. Located in Fowler, OH, about twenty minutes from Youngstown and YSU and three miles from the Youngstown Air Reserve Station. Maplewood Farmhouse is sparkling clean and tastefully decorated and is the perfect gathering place for families. On the main floor there is a bedroom with a king sized bed, a full bathroom, a living room with lots of natural light, a laundry room, and a fully furnished kitchen and a beautiful dining room. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms with queen sized beds, one bedroom with a set of single bunks, and a full bathroom. Outdoors is a lovely patio area with a hot tub and nice front yard for your enjoyment. Since we are an equine boarding facility, we ask that guests refrain from entering any of the other buildings on the farm.

**Work Group Terms** We welcome workgroups working in the area. When you are booking the reservation for your workers and not planning on staying at The Railroad Ranch yourself, the following three requests are required:

1. ID and contact information of the foreman to be shared with the host.
2. A 45.00 non-refundable damage waiver or refundable 300 deposit is required to secure the reservation.
3. The host will perform a video walkthrough at check-in and check-out when applicable.
4. If this is a last-minute booking, access to Midwest Getaway will be granted once the first two requirements are met.

The guest and workgroup agree to the Work Group Terms when a reservation is booked, and a reservation code has been assigned. Please complete requests 1-3 before check-in to avoid a cancellation performed by the guest, not to affect the host's cancellation status on the platform.

The home is great, has everything you need and is central to almost everything in Niles. There is a convenience store right across the street for quick things you may need, a Dunkin Donuts right down the street, and a local gym just a minute's drive away next to Dunkin. My wife's father's side of the family is from Niles and we will stay here again when we return. Communications with the property manager were fantastic! The pool table was a lot of fun and the fireplace added some ambiance. The neighborhood is urban but it added to the character. I also loved that it was right across the street from Dave Grohl alley which I went and checked out. Everything from the hard wood floors to the paintings and furniture and windows …. I kinda felt like a traveled back through time in a classy apartment. "
