The indoor and outdoor pools were both great although the indoor pool was a bit cold. Idk if it was heated or not. The bar inside was also incredible. A tad on the pricey side but was well worth what we paid for our drinks. All in all I rate this a 5 there wasn’t enough to have any complaints about to drop it anything below a 5. - "This home is TOP NOTCH!!!!!! Accommodated our 5 adults and 5 children with room to spare. Bitter cold (we’re from Florida and Texas) kept us inside A LOT, but the yard/grounds/view are lovely. Inside there was plenty to do from ping pong, an Awesome gym, toys for infants/toddlers (we had 4!), a piano, cozy bedrooms to escape from “the Littles”, and very convenient to Kroger, Walmart (needed winter clothes!) , and tons of restaurants if needed.Ruth, our host, was quick to respond to questions, like how to turn on the HUGE home theatre system. Fresh flowers, a big bowl of snacks, water, and a lovely thank you gift awaited us. We were joined by Cincy family during the day for cards, feasts! The shed out back houses 4 bikes so you can enjoy a ride through the quiet neighborhood. There are also lots of yard games including corn hole, a portable badminton net, horseshoes, croquet and more!

There's a fun surprise in the basement - a mini pickle ball court! Great to practice your dinks! Or share friendly competition on the electronic dart board, PacMan/ Galaga arcade game, Ping-Pong, foosball, air hockey and giant Connect 4 game. The main floor has a master bedroom with king bed (no steps!), gorgeous dining room that sits 8, living room with 20ft ceilings, mid-century modern breakfast area, a half bath, laundry room, and a big kitchen. You can access the patio through the sliding door in the breakfast area. The patio has a seating set and dining set for 8. Outdoor string LED lighting on the patio & big backyard for kids to play! (*note: the backyard is not completely fenced off)

The second floor has 3 rooms & 1 full bathroom: 1 queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 full beds, and 1 office with recliner, twin daybed with trundle, and changing table. Note that the office is open to the hallway with no door.

- "The Lookout - River Retreat: a beautifully decorated & roomy house! Loved all the ‘fish/river/outdoors’ theme throughout the house. The beds were very comfortable & overall the house was very clean. Plenty of towels/washcloths. It was at a convenient (to great restaurants & shopping in Loveland)/scenic location. We came to Ohio to visit family in various town in nearby areas & the house was located so that traveling was quite easy. It was a very easy check-in & check-out. There are TWO large fire pits, surrounded by adirondack chairs, to cozy up on cool nights. Fun Fact 1: 'The Heist' isn't just a cutesy name. This cabin, built in 1860, earned its place in Cincinnati lore for its role in a famous Rembrandt art heist (gone wrong); this 'Keystone Cops'-style caper started in 1973, at The Taft Art Museum and ended under the front porch of this cabin!

Please note, we do have a few house rules for you to follow:

We do NOT allow smoking of any kind on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, weed, or any type of illegal substance. If determined that smoking has occurred on the property during your stay, you as the listed guest will be subject to a $250 fine upon check out.

Per the City of Cincinnati and its ordinances, the number of people on the reservation must NOT be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host. If determined that an additional guest visited the property during your stay, you will be subject to a $500 fine upon check out.

Cameras that are on the exterior of the property are recording 24/7 and can be used to support host if needed. We have a zero tolerance policy. Please note that at anytime we find out that the connection point on the interior of the property has been adjusted, it would be subject to fine or removal from the property.

**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**

House Layout:

First floor has an open living room and dining room for 8. There are 2 bedrooms with Queen beds when you first walk into the house and a full bath. Laundry room is right by the 2 car garage. The living room has a 65" smart TV for watching games or a movie with the family.

The primary bedroom is located towards the back of the house and has a King bed with Molecule mattress. There is a huge walk in closet and a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub.

From the living room, you can access the outdoor seating area and has a wood burning firepit. The backyard has a fully fenced yard.

The basement has very tall ceilings and where the kids play area is located! We have a 55" Smart TV with seating, Nugget cushions, and a wooden playset. There is an office area, a full bathroom, and a Queen bedroom in the basement as well.

Right off the family room is the four seasons room, a big deck to hang out, and stairs leading to the fenced backyard. The deck has patio furniture and a propane fire pit. The laundry room and half bath are also on the 1st floor.

Second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom is super big with a King sized bed and newly renovated master bathroom. All other bedrooms are Queen sized beds.
There is a crib upstairs as well but we only provide the mattress protector. Please bring your own sheets!

Loveland & Mason are super close to 71, restaurants, grocery shopping, including Target and Costco, and a lot of places to take kids. It's 10 min away from Kings Island amusement park, Great Wolf Lodge indoor water park, and Downtown Loveland trails. Downtown Loveland is a trailhead for the Little Miami Trail, with trails, bike & kayak rentals, and by the Little Miami River. There's also a Loveland Castle Museum with a real castle!
