They were very accommodating. My only issue is for hotels.com. I’ve never been charged more than the hotel itself charged, but hotels.com profited by $106.74 I’ll never use that site again. The hotel charged $294.34accirding to my receipts for the two rooms. Hotels.com charged my credit card $401.08. The rooms were nice, but not as described by hotels.com. They described a very nice extra living space with all the kitchen amenities included there. That space also included a small sofa which ours did not. The bathroom had a lovely shower stall but no separate tub as described. I requested a refund but was denied. They told me the hotel was sent an email telling them to charge me the $401.08, but the hotel had no such email. I’m certainly not happy with this at all. "
