Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.Close to Atlantic City and Ocean City beaches, boardwalk, casinos , golf courses, convention center, ACY airport, arcade games and amusement parks. Very close to shopping malls, hospital and grocery stores.

This fenced rancher house has 2 bedrooms 1 full bathroom , full kitchen, living room , 6 seater dining table with smart washer and dryer. Plenty of backyard space to enjoy nature .

You may access the whole house and its surroundings except the closets in the hallway and laundry room.

I will not be present during your stay . I am available by text or phone call between 8AM and 8PM.
1. You will abide by Federal, State, and Local laws.
2. Absolutely NO smoking or drug use on-premises. A $500.00 fine will be billed to you if you do not abide by this rule. Tampering, and removing smoke and fire alarm detectors will cause automatic removal from the property without a refund. There will be a charge of 100 dollars for replacement.
3. My place is not appropriate for parties and events. Must be 18 years old or older to check-in and stay the entire time of the booking. Quiet time is between 1OPM and 9 AM. Please be courteous to everyone.
4. Subletting or subleasing of my place is not permitted. No pets of any kind are allowed in the unit.
6. If checking out before 1O AM please text to let me know yo let cleaners aware.
8. No bikes in the house.
There is a security/surveillance camera for safety by the front door and backdoor.
9. Store all beach chairs and other beach paraphernalia in the trunk of your car.

11. Check-out is at 10AM. There will be a $100 charge every hour until you check out. We can accommodate the off-season if possible an extra fee and are not in busy summer months
12. The front door key will be locked inside your unit. The card key will access the building after 7 PM. Please leave the key locked in the unit when you check out. There will be a $100.00 charge to replace it if it is lost.
13. Bring your beach towels.
14. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes. Empty dishwasher after use.
15. If you need to do laundry, you will need soap and a credit card for the laundry room use instead of quarters.
16. My unit is not hypoallergenic. Cleaners use bleach wipes and thoroughly sanitize units after every new set of guests.
18. Do not remove shower towels in the unit.
19. You may leave the bed you use unmade.
20. Keurig dual coffee maker will be supplied with some pods to get started. You may bring your favorite coffee pods and grounds to brew and please clean them after use.
21. You will be charged a replacement cost for anything missing from my unit.
22. We have street parking only.
23. Stove, refrigerator and microwave in the unit for hotdogs.soda, water, etc.

I layed on top. Tv is old no wifi. No channels really. I hit my bad ankle on a metal stick sticking out from the bed several times so watch out. The curtains do nothing for the bright azz lights that shine through during the night. The neighbors are noisy and pretty sure some live there. Huge rat holes but didnt see any visitors. Ive been bitten by so many things but couldnt see them. Wear shower shoes in the shower. Location is perfect. Staff are wonderful you get what you pay for. Might be back but only if im broke. I was only out here for work. If you are booshy dont bother staying here. Also the seagulls were laughing outside my window all day. Tf is so funny? P.s. the management office smells like farts in a bucket. "

My family uses this as a vacation home throughout the year, so it has most amenities. Completely remodeled after Superstorm Sandy with personal touches. As a Coast Guard Family, we hope you enjoy and respect the personal nautical decor!

While listed as a whole house, you will ONLY have full access to all downstairs. Although we do not live here, upstairs is for private use and will be off limits-sorry. VRBO does not provide for a description of this type of set up.

Interaction with guests

Minimal to no interaction with quest, however, I am available at anytime for whatever your needs via my cell phone. We will never be sharing the home with guest.

Other things to note

This area is known for watersports such as: championship windsurfing, kitesurfing, kite flying kayaking, boating, paddleboarding, and fishing. The area is tidal, however, at low tide you will have easy access to a free secluded beach!

Corner property across the street from a bike path. It is minutes away from the beach and 15 minutes away from Atlantic City Casinos. This rancher has a large covered porch with a large dining table, a love seat, and two comfy oversized chairs. A small deck houses two rockers that face the afternoon sun after taking an outdoor shower. The kitchen overlooks the porch with a peninsula that seats 6/8. Large dining room that comfortably seats 8. The dining space opens to the living room with a comfortable sectional that seats 5 to 6 along with a comfortable chair and ottoman. An office space houses a desk couch and chair. There are two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and one small bedroom with two single beds. The fourth room has a Peloton (bring your own shows) and room to roll out a queen magnetic topper if need be. The second queen bedroom has an elliptical trainer. There are plenty of opportunities to stay physically while visiting our Peloton Beach Bungalow. We also have his and her bikes available to ride the quite lengthy path.

Our Lyons Cove cottage is a ranch-style home, with a loft and its own private front and back entrances. The space includes a living room, eat-in kitchen, 2 downstairs bedrooms (1 queen and 1 king), 1 loft bedroom (queen), 1 full bathroom downstairs and 1 half bathroom in the loft bedroom. The loft bedroom offers a cozy balcony, with stairs to the spacious front porch. The yard is generous, extending all around the house and it is privately fenced in.

The living room features a reclining couch, stylish seating and a smart TV. Guests can log into their preferred streaming apps. (Don’t forget to log out before your departure). The master bedroom features a Cal king bed, with a vanity and closet space. Across the hallway, the Queen bedroom has a dedicated working space and a spacious drawer dresser. Nightstands in both bedrooms are equipped with USB ports and plugs. The loft bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, with a private half bathroom and a futon.

We do not provide cable television services.

This studio is attached to our main home separated by a locked door off of the kitchen. You may occasionally hear our children getting ready in the morning for school or after dinner but it will be quiet after 8pm.
While we are not likely to be onsite to welcome you or during your stay, we are easily accessible and timely in responding via the booking platform website/apps between 6am to 9pm EST. We can also be reached via text message or phone call in the event of an emergency. Our phone number will be provided prior to check in.
One block away is a bike path that runs to Ocean City. Within walking distance are several breakfast, lunch and dinner options, a coffee shop and gym. A quick bike ride will take you to Ocean City , a yoga studio, additional restaurants and bars, etc. Atlantic City casinos, shows, beaches, and boardwalks are just a short drive!

Linwood is an extremely quiet, slow, clean town centrally located between Atlantic City and Ocean City.
Please park on Oak Grove Avenue, just around the intersection off of Poplar. There is no parking in front of the home on Poplar. (You can park about 20 feet after you turn the corner)

You will access the space via a private exterior entrance. There is one step up from the sidewalk into the unit and then a flat level living area once inside.

The door uses the August Home smart lock and can be accessed by sending us your cellphone information prior to check in. Once you provide your cellphone and we add your number, you will receive a text message with additional instructions on how to download the app. Upon arrival to the front door, simply open the August Home app and press the circle to unlock the front door (the phone will sense the door lock via Bluetooth). We will also send you a unique pin pad code either as a backup or for primary use if you prefer not to download the door lock app.

In the event that technology fails, we have a backup lockbox hidden on site for emergency access.
As you enter the studio space, you will see the bathroom to the right with a sliding barn door for privacy. The unit then opens into a kitchenette/living room area with a small couch, coffee table, and wall mounted smart tv where you can stream any services you may subscribe to. There is also a small office desk and chair in this area.

The kitchenette has a full size microwave, two burner electric cooktop, mini fridge and sink. (The kitchenette does not include a dishwasher or laundry machine)

The bed is queen sized and comfortable. There is an area to hang clothes and also pull out storage under the bed.

No exterior space is provided with this studio rental but we are friendly if you see us outside and want to say hi and chat!
There is a bus stop at the end of the street. Your private vehicle is recommended. Our home is 15 minutes from Atlantic City International Airport and just over an hour from Philadelphia International Airport.

Parking is street parking adjacent to the studio entrance.

We often use the back sliding door of the property because it is closer to where the car is parked but the only entrance that has smart access is the front door.

This is a two storey home with all bedrooms located upstairs.
As you enter from the front porch you will enter the living room off to the left. In this space is a couch and loveseat and smart tv where you can stream any services you may subscribe to. The living room opens to the kitchen and dining area which has dining table seating for four and three bar stool areas at the granite countertop. The kitchen is equipped with newer Samsung appliances and most items you would need for a preparing most meals.

Steps down to the basement laundry machine are located off of the kitchen. Also adjacent to the kitchen is the sunroom and office desk area and a full bathroom (shower). The sunroom has a large sliding door that leads into the landscaped backyard to a seating area and barbecue grill.

Retracing your steps back to the front door, you will see a staircase leading upstairs. At the top of the steps you will find the upstairs bathroom (bath/shower combo) and the three bedrooms. The first bedroom you see contains two queen beds. The second bedroom is on the smaller side and is currently set up as a kid's room with small children beds (we can also convert this back to a twin bed). The third bedroom contains a king sized bed.

This is a spacious and comfortable 5-bedroom house, perfect for large groups! The house boasts 4 bathrooms, ensuring that guests will have plenty of space to get ready in the mornings or freshen up after a long day of exploring.

The space

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests need to cook their own meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. There's also plenty of counter space and a large dining table, making it easy for guests to prepare and enjoy meals together.

This home has an additional apartment attached. Guests might encounter our long-term tenant but only outside/in the driveway. The other apartment is fully separate and it does not have access to hot tub or patio. Your family’s privacy is guaranteed.
