Watched the sun set and met the neighbors at the bay just around the corner. Luckily the weather was magnificent, but if not there’s a sectional couch big enough to hold the whole family! We loved being close to How You Brewin, ice cream shops, bike rentals, and restaurants. Excellent Location! Our two small suggestions would be: 1. watch out for the outdoor shower head! It sprays out in all directions…. And 2. Be careful with the interior doors! The bedroom and bathroom doors do not shut well and are very squeaky! Overall it was a wonderful stay! We had some rain during our week, and it was nice that they had a cabinet filled with games and books- I actually read one of the novels. Condo is very secured- door codes required to enter the parking, building, and pool areas. I want to compliment the Ship Bottom lifeguards and beach patrol- everyone was so friendly smiling and waving when you walked by. My only recommendation (really for the condo owner on the upper level) is for them to install some area rugs to muffle their footsteps. Overall a great stay and I would return."

The great room upstairs is open concept complete with a kitchen, dining area and additional outdoor dining space on the balcony overlooking the beach. A master bedroom suite, a bedroom ensuite, 4 additional guest bedrooms, 3-stop elevator from garage to the great room, two family rooms and great room. Laundry room on the mid-level. Roof top deck to see the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the bay. There is a bonus second kitchen on the first level that has a full size second refrigerator, small dishwasher, sink and cabinets full of outdoor dishes and serving ware. Two slider doors open to a private pool. A large TV is affixed to the wall and an outdoor table that seats 6, making it a great spot for watching sports or a place for kids to eat lunch in their beach attire. In the pool area off of the kitchen, there is an outdoor shower, lounge furniture, deck box full of pool toys, grill and hose for washing off beach gear.

Everything in this home is new, from furnishings to linens to beach gear. The house is equipped with everything you may need for a beach vacation, including access to baby/toddler items as we have our own toddler. Super cute summer bungalow!! 3 rd house from the beach with lots of outdoor space great for a small family. Living Room open to the kitchen and there is a great bonus/family room behind the kitchen that leads to the large patio and yard.
