Watched the sun set and met the neighbors at the bay just around the corner. Luckily the weather was magnificent, but if not there’s a sectional couch big enough to hold the whole family! We loved being close to How You Brewin, ice cream shops, bike rentals, and restaurants. Excellent Location! Our two small suggestions would be: 1. watch out for the outdoor shower head! It sprays out in all directions…. And 2. Be careful with the interior doors! The bedroom and bathroom doors do not shut well and are very squeaky! Overall it was a wonderful stay! Beautifully appointed first-floor unit located in The Fishery condo complex on Ocean Avenue in Ship Bottom. The unit is on the north end of the complex consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Interior access to the pool and ocean. Nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen.
Beach and pool passes are included with the rental. Blankets and pillows are provided. Linens and towels are NOT provided. Beach chairs, towels, and beach umbrellas are NOT provided. All bedrooms have TV's with streaming services. The Master bedroom has cable TV as well.
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday is required during the in-season. Off-season rentals please contact the owner.

We had some rain during our week, and it was nice that they had a cabinet filled with games and books- I actually read one of the novels. Condo is very secured- door codes required to enter the parking, building, and pool areas. I want to compliment the Ship Bottom lifeguards and beach patrol- everyone was so friendly smiling and waving when you walked by. My only recommendation (really for the condo owner on the upper level) is for them to install some area rugs to muffle their footsteps. Overall a great stay and I would return."
