- "This is a great location and a spacious, clean house that is great for families. There are games in the closet for kids and, of course, the pool and hot tub for adults and kids to enjoy! The pool is large and relatively warm, and the hot tub was easy to use and set the temperature. The house is clean and with many bedrooms and bathrooms. There are actually two kitchens (which we didnt need, but nice for some families) one in the "mother in law" apartment downstairs and one upstairs. My dad uses a cane and has trouble with stairs which is why we booked this property, so he wouldn't have to go up stairs to the bedroom. We didnt get a chance to go to the Bay beach, but we drove about 20 min to Point Pleasant boardwalk which is basically a young child's wonderland -- rides, funhouse, games, beach, arcade, etc. We got delivery a couple of times and there are lots of options in the area."

- "My family and I stayed at this location for about 2 months, June-July. The hoouse was very clean and organized, and stocked with essentials such as soap/towels/linens/paper goods. The backyard is where the magic is! Calming water lapping right up to the bulkhead, great screened in porch are where we spent 90% of our time. We launched SUP and kayaks right from the backyard. The sunsets are positioned perfectly across the river, every night was a different artistic take on the sky. We did have some equipment/appliance problems such as massive plumbing flood and lack of hot water for 4-5 days. The landlord was always available to be reached, and did their best to get a plumber into the property for fixing as soon as possible. Communication from the landlord is 10/10. Check in / out was very easy. This is a great, quiet property to relax. Enjoy!"

Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space as desired, and conduct group activities and meals together comfortably as well. Aside from occasional boats & jetskis, the location was quiet and reasonably private. Pictures do not do justice to the view & the pool/deck area. Amenities were all as-advertised and in great condition. The host was available, responsive and very courteous. The nearby beach was beautiful, not crowded and convenient, although unfortunate weather during the week limited our experience there. Shopping for anything we needed was close by and reasonably priced including national chains and local options. All around fantastic location & property!"
