The Fisher Cottage offers a beautiful fenced in yard with swimming, kayaking, crabbing right off the dock in the back yard. There is plenty of outdoor space, a fire pit ,dock your boat or jet ski during your stay. You can take a short walk to a wonderful waterfront restaurant, walk to the end of the beach, enjoy the views, a park for the kids and sometimes local entertainment. Atlantic City is a 30 minute drive and Long Beach Island about a 20 minute drive from the house.

Our newly remodeled bungalow is situated in Little egg harbor -Tuckerton area. This area is truly now up and coming you must come visit to see for yourself. We are 20 minutes from Long Beach island and 30 minutes from Atlantic City. It is a very nice quiet area away from all the hustle and bustle. Great for bike riding. I love riding my bike to 7 bridges it is all wild life preserve love 7 bridges the scenery is gorgeous you can't get that in LBI . Kayaking and fishing/ crabbing right in our back yard and there is a local bay beach that you can either ride your bike too or a 5 minute car drive away. There are many great restaurants nearby. Our home is very cozy with 3 bedrooms, full kitchen with all amenities needed for cooking, one full bath and an outdoor shower which is my favorite. We have a covered gazebo with comfy furniture and a fire pit with a grill for grilling. This is a great area for fishing. There is an area for boat launching if you want to bring your boat. They call little egg egg harbor boaters world. We have put a lot of love in this home and we know you will truly enjoy and will come back year after year.

We recently updated this already beautiful home with new kitchen cabinets and countertops and a vanity in the guest bathroom. We also replaced the floating dock and ramp. This beautiful property just keeps getting better and it is shore to please located right on the bay. Enjoy all this house has to offer. During the day enjoy the weather and the fenced in backyard without worry about the kids getting into to much trouble. Sit out on one of the hammock chairs, or enjoy some time on the bay and take out one of the two SUPs (stand up paddle-board) or one of the two kayaks.
Brand new kitchen appliances help you to enjoy breakfast on the deck or in the panoramic sunroom looking out over the lagoon. Stay in and fire up the BBQ for some fresh local seafood. Don’t feel like cooking (it is a vacation) within a short 1/2 mile walk you can enjoy some local delicious Seafood with a view of the bay at Sunset Seafood (reservations recommended and it's BYOB) or head to Stewarts (about 2 miles away) and enjoy something more casual and top it off with a root beer float or an ice cream cone. Want more options, jump in the car for dinner in LBI just 30 minutes away.
Whether you are looking to relax or play in the bay this house is sure to please. Includes everything you need paddle boards, kayaks, beach towels, all linens provided as well because who wants to pack sheets and towels for vacation. So much to mention like the enclosed garage and additional downstairs bathroom so you don’t have to hike back up stairs when hanging in the yard or bay, and an outside shower as well. The house highlights 4 BR, 3.5 BA and two separate living spaces. Relax with the adults upstairs, while the kids enjoy a movie, play Xbox One, PS4 or miscellaneous games downstairs. (Both video game consoles have two controllers each and a few games to choose from as well)

Besides the generous deck space, our home has many other hidden treasures. It includes several gathering areas: two sitting areas both with fire pits on the rooftop deck, an outside covered seating area with a fire pit, 2 living rooms and a vast kitchen/dining area. It also offers a grill, an outdoor shower, electric car charger, 3 kayaks and 1 paddle board, corn hole, can-can, 4 beach cruiser bikes, keypad entry, plentiful parking, and a second microwave and refrigerator conveniently located on the first floor. Enjoy swimming, fishing or crabbing right from the 25ft floating dock.

The house is located within a 3-minute drive or a 7-minute bike ride to Graveling Point, a fantastic bay beach that is wonderful for sitting, swimming and tanning. It is also within walking distance to wildlife preserves, walking paths, ice cream shop, luncheonette and a coffee shop. Acme, Walmart, restaurants and shopping all within a 10-minute drive. There is even a museum (Tuckerton Seaport and Baymen Museum) that tells you all about the rich history behind this scenic town. Further, there is a sand boat ramp for small boats (35' or less) and jet skis located two blocks away at the end of Playhouse Drive. You can dock your boat (35' or less) or jet ski right at our floating dock off of the back yard. The locals are some of the friendliest people you will meet.

It is a 20–25-minute drive or a 20-minute boat ride to LBI, 30-minute drive to Atlantic City & Brigantine or a 40–45-minute drive to Ocean City and Seaside Heights. The House
Our first floor is on the ground level. Hate stairs???? Take the elevator! Our second floor has a large open floor plan with a large, updated kitchen including granite countertops, breakfast bar with 3 stools and beverage fridge. Don’t want to sit at the breakfast bar? Sit at our kitchen table that seats 6 or play a board game with friends and family on our large granite peninsula that seats 8. For those who may work while on vacation, we offer free Wi-Fi and a built-in desk and seat for your use. Kitchen has large sliding glass doors that open up to our deck featuring a brand-new grill, dining table with 6 chairs, and gas fire pit with 4 chairs overlooking our fenced in yard and lagoon. Some appliances our kitchen offers are: fridge with water and ice maker, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave above the stove, coffee maker, ninja blender and toaster. Living room has ample seating and 70-inch smart tv where you can watch Netflix or YouTube tv! Want some space for the kids away but near the adults? Have them hang out in our living room “nook” as we call it which includes a full sleeper sofa. Our half bath on this level features a brand-new full-size washer dryer.
Waterfront Retreat’s second floor offers 1 full bathroom in the hallway, 2 spacious guest rooms and 1 huge master suite, full bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower, and a “nook” featuring a full-size sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have smart TVs set up for Netflix and YouTube tv. 1 guest room has a queen bed, the other has 1 set of full bunk beds, and the master has a king bed PLUS the “nook” with a sleeper sofa. The nook is a great space for more family members to sleep if you choose to share your master suite. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the coffee bar located in the master suite with complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer. You don’t have to leave your room before having your first cup of coffee on the master balcony overlooking the bay with views of the Atlantic City Skyline and numerous wild birds to watch. Don’t worry, the other 2 guest rooms also have balconies! Those lucky guests get to wake up and sit on their large balcony overlooking the lagoon and watching the duck families dive for their morning breakfast!

Basically, anything you may need in the kitchen for your convenience. We also provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, 2 hairdryers, 1 iron and ironing board, 1 pack and play with mattress, all linens for beds, pillows, coffee, sugar, creamers, board games for some fun friend or family time, an ion portable speaker with Bluetooth, , 2 single adult Kayaks, 2 single children kayaks (pls bring your own life jackets), 2 adult beach cruisers, 2 youth bikes (please bring your own helmets) 3 zero gravity lounge chairs, 12 floats/large noodles, crab traps for crabbing right off our dock, and a plastic baby pool so your little one can play and keep busy while you relax!
We will supply 2 empty propane tanks for firepit and grill. Propane is not included with rental. Gas station on corner of Green St and Rt 9 swaps tanks.
Other things to note
You will fall in love with Waterfront Retreat and its location! Many people exercise, walk their dogs, ride bikes, and enjoy the park which is walking distance from our rental. The historic town of Tuckerton is about 1 mile away and has much to offer including: Tuckerton Seaport & Museum, Dynasty diner, Union Market (coffee shop), Stewarts Root Beer, tennis courts, fishing piers, shops, Wawa, Urgent Care, an animal hospital, nail salons, bars/restaurants, a Super Walmart, Acme, and so much more! So many local restaurants, one is a short walk away, and others that are a 5-minute drive away and every time we visit, we find another favorite! There is also a public golf course 10 minutes away and Viking Yachts Factory with a bar called Breezes that is a must see! Long Beach Island, Brigantine Beach, Atlantic City, Storybook Land, are just a few points of interest within a 25-mile drive away! We hope to host you soon!

This cozy Tuckerton Beach bungalow was newly renovated in 2011 with all new electric, plumbing, central heating & cooling, windows, bathroom, kitchen, fiberglass deck, and dock. Under the deck is a stamped concrete patio and a spacious outdoor shower!

The 1st bedroom has a Queen size bed; 2nd bedroom has a Full size bed; and the Living room has a pullout Queen sofa bed. This house has the ability to sleep a maximum of 6 people.

We love pets, however please note that due to other guests with allergies, NO PETS are allowed. For the same reason, absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere within or on this property. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Our "Changeover Day" is every SUNDAY.
We offer five (5) night minimum stays with lower weekly rates.
All five (5) and six (6) night stays must be booked within the same week, and your "Check-out" day must always be on or before Sunday morning at 11:00am. Your "Check-in" day may be adjusted as needed. “Check-in” days are Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays. “Check-out” days are Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays - - - all within the same week.

Small Boats (appoximately15’ or less) may be allowed to dock in front of the Homeowner’s boat at the floating dock. However, guests MUST discuss their intention to dock a boat with the Homeowner PRIOR TO CHECK-IN, and agree to pay the Dock Fee (per 1-2 week stay).

Tuckerton Beach is an amazing New Jersey Shore community. Located one exit past Long Beach Island it offers breath taking water views. It is one of the best kept secrets if your looking for that Shore getaway without all the congestion of other areas. Our home is a three bedroom, two bathroom waterfront property with lots of amenities for the entire family. This home has gorgeous, waterfront views, and plenty of room. We advertise 8 guests because we can sleep and dine 8 guests comfortably. There is plenty of seating for indoor and outdoor entertaining. Enjoy your morning coffee on our wrap around deck with views of the water unobstructed. The home also has a gas bbq, an outdoor shower, and a firepit with Adirondack chairs. All guests will have access to kayaks, paddle board, fishing and crabbing equipment, life jackets, snorkel equipment, and bicycles after a DocuSign waiver is completed.

The kids went crazy when they saw there were TWO bunkbeds because everyone always wants a top bunk! The views from the porch and the floating dock are stunning for sunsets. We spent almost an entire day just hanging out on the back porch, cooking local fish from the market Salvatore recommended, enjoying the kayaks. The kitchen was better-appointed than ours at home! Plenty of space for everyone. The bathroom with a jacuzzi tub was really lovely and enormous for our family of tall people. Welcome to Sunset Vista. A beautiful home with spectacular views, beautiful sunsets and now has a pool. Sunset Vista was built in 2018. It is a raised home. The first level of living which is the second level of the home has a master bedroom with an ensuite. A half bath. A laundry room. An open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with granite counter tops. Two sets of sliding doors. The first sliders lead into a sun room and the other slider leads to a deck area with table and chairs and new barbecue. The third level of the home has two bedrooms with a full bathroom between the two.
Two security cameras on property. One is located at the front of the house and the second is located at the rear. Only purpose is for security and safety.

A highlight was the canoe and we found it fun to get a closer look at the turtles and crabs. We brought fishing rods and took advantage of the dock in addition to trying our luck at crabbing. We enjoyed smores at the firepit by sunset. Overall, a really fun vacation. We explored a new area and the place exceeded expectations."

renovated and has brand-new, high-end furnishings, mattresses, and gaming equipment. The house is wifi enabled.

Pet are permitted, however, we only allow small to medium size dogs up to 35 lbs.

Outdoors:
The backyard is a lagoon-facing oasis. Great outdoor space to enjoy the sun, fishing, and enjoying the water. Relax in the morning with your cup of coffee and a drink on a beautiful outdoor dining table or sit on one of our outdoor sofa/chairs. We also have an outdoor grill available for use during your stay. There is a utility sink on the dock.

Bedrooms: There are a total of 3 comfortably sized bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. Two of the three
bedrooms have queen beds each. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed on
top and a full bed on the bottom. The sofa located in the sunroom can also be converted to a sleeper bed.

Living room: The living room is equipped with a brand new reclining sofa, a 65-inch smart
TV with Samsung + channels included, and a coffee table with a few games for kids.

Kitchen: Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, serving ware, bakeware, toaster,
coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, and microwave.

Dining area/Sunroom: There is a large dining area with a dining table for 6 and a sleeper sofa.
This room has plenty of area to walk around in and enjoy the back view with 3 patio
doors.

Garage: The garage has a washer/dryer, a Pool table/table tennis, a foosball table, and a
small bar area equipped with glasses, shot glasses, and a cocktail shaker set. There is
also a bicycle that can be used for the duration of the stay. *Any damage to the bike,
tires, or any part of the bike will be charged to the renters.
The garage also has a newly renovated half bathroom.

We do not have cable TV, however the TV in the living room is a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu and Disney +. Feel free to use your accounts. The TV in the bedrooms have Ruku sticks and you can access your streaming subscriptions from the app.

Prior to your arrival all towels, bedding and the house itself will be cleaned by a professional house cleaning company. I don't allow pets for renters but please note, for anyone who may be allergic, I do have a dog that comes with me when I stay in the house. You should leave the house as it was when you arrived. No need to vacuum, make beds, dust or wipe counters but nothing is to be left in the sink or dishwasher and on counter tops.

This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home is the perfect gathering spot for summer parties/bbq/graduation celebrations , weekend getaways to Atlantic City, LBI & Mystic Island or the perfect spot to dock your boat for the week and relax knowing you have ease of access to the bay.

Although we may be new to this VRBO venture in the capacity as a host, we are not new to using VRBO as a guest. We have had the opportunity to compile all the things we loved about our previous hosts and implement them in this home.

As a brother and sister duo owning this home with seven kids between us ranging from 1 to 13 we got you covered in all areas of entertainment.. Video Games .. Ping Pong, Outdoor Rafts to attach to dock or boat, Kids Pools for backyard, 3 Kayaks- 2 Adult & 1 Kid/Small Adult (under 200lbs), Fire Pit, Crabbing and Fishing Gear, Beach Chairs, Kids Sand Toys, Lagoon Rafts, TV in every bedroom/Loft/Living Room, High Speed Internet, Board Games, Darts, Corn Hole, Darts, Ice Cream Rolling Machine and much more.. Rain or Shine all ages will have fun!

The garage is set up to entertain if its raining and for at night with a multitude of activities - Although not pictured because we are still in the garage renovation process there will be ping pong, dart board, Large checker board, blocks, bubbles, corn hole , kids table for crafts and coloring - in fact... Chalk our kids love it and on rainy days its always fun to color the ground and wash it away with the hose the next day....

Cribs, Pack and Plays, High Chairs, Toys, Outdoor and Indoor Kids Chairs & Boosters, Outdoor Toddler/Baby Pools, Outdoor/Indoor Large Playpen, Toys and much more.. Kitchen is ready to party at all times ! Your go to amenities at home for your social gatherings are already here.. platters, trays, serving dishes, large oversized pots and pans, baking essentials, cutlery, air fryer, make your own rolled ice cream machine, blender… want to make sure we have it- just ask!
The best part of this is the 2 additional Fridge/Freezer Combos in garage … traveling with food premade so you don’t need to cook or needing to store food for 16 ppl for a week NO PROBLEM! With a total of 3 fridge/ freezer combos we got you covered ! There is nothing more frustrating than having to stop enjoying your time to food shop every other day or so… Speaking of which - if you are looking for a “white glove” type ordeal where you can simply drop your bags and walk through the door to your food already in the house, everything put away, all your asked for specials laid out - it’s available , just ask and we can discuss pricing based on your needs .. Additional Folding Table /Chairs Onsite as well
Along that note - we can offer a variety of concierge services like transportation arrangements or car services set up, personal drivers (retired/current police officers) who use your car or theirs or a rental to take you and your family/friends out - Atlantic City for dinner and some fun or LBI for the day without having to worry about finding parking!! Looking for a babysitter but are not from the area , vetted and personally used sitters are available in the area. These sitters have experience with multiple children at one time, disabilities and ages ranging from newborn to teenage years… want the older kids to hit the boardwalk but you don’t want to go ? How about a “semi-not there but there” off duty police officer to drive and escort them ??
Want someone to come clean daily and change sheets, wash towels, wash and fold laundry ?!? No problem. Want someone to cook dinner , clean up and set up for the next day- absolutely !

The backyard is completely fenced in with access to the front of the property through the gate on the right side. Access to the interior can be done through the garage stairway or through the use of the exterior stairs which has entrance two ways through kitchen or sunroom.

Garage Stairs offer STAIR CHAIR !! This will provide access for those in need of assistance with stairs to the second floor(which is the main living area). If you are inclined to need this , owner must meet onsite with keys and explain how it operates.

Pets will be determined on a case by case decision - as pet owners ourselves we understand that they are part of the family and traveling with them can be important. We too have big dogs that are often discriminated against! For us its not the breed or the size we are concerned about - its the allergy factor! We have kids who have severe allergies so please understand if we say no to a pet - its not because we wouldn't love to have them, its because our own babies could have severe reactions. On that note - we may still be able to accommodate if willing to keep the potential allergies in the garage area and outside area! Just shoot us a message and well try to make it work

Short drive to variety of stores - Walmart, Food Stores, Deli, McDonalds etc.. If you have a boat you can dock it at the house, drive it over to Stuarts Root beer and have some lunch ... Rent a boat while your down here and head over to LBI for the day or Mystic Island .. take a ride to AC & test your luck?

Area is great for bike riding , walking, running and jogging.

Love to spend a few hours out on the bay? We offer a10 passenger chartered & Captained rental in a 2024 Bentley Ponton! The charter will include a minimum of 4hrs, and a seasoned Captain to ensure proper safety and boat operation. Please feel free to text/email with any rental questions.
