The shower head holder was broken so the sprayer barely stayed in the holding cradle and we had no soap or shampoo in our room. The only staff I knew about was at another location 5 miles away, so I just bought some hand soap for ourselves. On the last day I saw a staff member and mentioned that there was no soap in our room upon arrival. She said if I had called the office they'd have sent it over, but I didn't want to bother them by then. "
