Room heater was relatively quiet and was regulated with a wall thermostat. Bathroom had a night light in the outlet - a nice touch. The sink, however, is higher than most. Fine for tall adults, but it would be a challenge for children. It is close to Interstate-80 exit, so if your room faces north, you will have more highway noise than a south room that faces Target. Close by are several restaurants, all within walking distance."
