This is our lake house getaway for our family. There is a panoramic view of beautiful Mayfield Lake. There is a wrap-around deck on the upper level on three sides. We have furnished the 3090 square foot house to accommodate our ever-enlarging family. We have a garage with a 2-bedroom loft apartment next door (see vrbo 307616). Both the house and garage apartment are currently vacation properties. Between the two buildings, there are accommodations for 20+ people.

The house has 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 6 twin beds and 2 queen-size sleeper sofas. We fit a memory foam pad to the sofa mattresses to make them quite comfortable. The kitchen is set up to allow you to cook your meals or there are several restaurants within short driving distances.

The real opportunity of this location and setup is that this is a great place to stay and relax or be as active as you want to be. Mayfield Lake was formed when a dam was built on the Cowlitz River. Mayfield Lake offers boating, water sports, fishing (8 varieties), hunting, and Ike Kinswa State Park for swimming and other children's activities. The nearest boat launch and lake access is at the Ike Kinswa State Park, which is just a 2-mile drive from the house. A Discover Pass is required for parking at the state park. There is sport fishing on the Cowlitz (salmon and steelhead in season), hiking in the hills and mountains, skiing/boarding at White Pass winters, and sightseeing in the Cascade Range.

A drive to Randle, WA puts you nestled in the middle of Mt. Rainier, Mt. Adams, and Mt. St. Helens. The natural beauty of the area still puts me in awe after years of enjoyment. Casa De Gongas is the guesthouse on the same property as the homeowners. It is directly next to the main house. It is not attached and is its own separate home. The beginning of the driveway is a shared driveway and you will have your own parking next to the house.
The yard is a shared yard, however there is a blocked out area designated to our wonderful guests as Casa De Gongas

Experience the great outdoors in luxury! Vaulted ceilings and panoramic windows provide stunning lake views from this three-level, open-concept house. The home has everything you'll need for dining and entertaining from barware, dinnerware and utensils to cookware and cleaning supplies. Coffee, tea, and Breville espresso station including locally-sourced teas and coffees. The main level includes two bedrooms with queen beds, one bathroom with shower and tub, an open kitchen/dining room with desk space, and an open living room. The third floor features a primary bedroom and open loft seating area with a record player, Nintendo and smart TV. The primary bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom is outfitted in Pendleton bedding with organic cotton linens. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker, while the bathroom offers a hot shower to warm up after a day outdoors. The cozy loft is accessed by a sturdy wooden ladder with wide, non-slip steps, and several areas of the property include steps or uneven terrain, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Sleeping arrangements include four very comfortable queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa, though we recommend up to four guests for the best experience. Guests have full access to the property, including direct river access, the hot tub (heated and ready for your arrival), and outdoor fire areas.

A signed liability waiver is required prior to your stay to meet insurance requirements. Please note: the property is reserved for adult guests only.

- "A cute and clean cabin with a great deck area! The view of the river is wonderful. There is a hummingbird feeder provided great birding entertainment from the outdoor furnature. Even saw a bald eagle! The hot tub was greatnand we enjoyed using the fire table in the evening. Great for a couple or smaller family, since all the bedroom areas are in the open. Well stocked kitchen with all the spices. Very cute and the manager Paul is great to communicate witb. We had a great stay!"

- "The host thought of everything. Supplies were well stocked, and rental was very clean. The instructions for everything was very clear. There is some road noise, and bed is on the firm side. I would definitely stay here again." - "We moved out of the area 2 1/2 years ago and came back for a wedding. Friends offered places for us to stay but we wanted our own privacy. This tiny home is in a little wooded area that feels secluded but is right off a main road, yet it's still quiet. As soon as I walked in I said, "This is adorable!" It really is just like the pictures. It's cute, it's roomy and perfect for two people. It isn't like some tiny homes, it has a full size bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Every touch was provided. Coffee pods, water in the fridge, even a little ironing board and iron which I realized I was going to need for the wedding clothes so I was happy to see it in the cupboard. It was very clean, very well maintained. It's close to I-5 so it's an easy jump-on and off to go either direction quickly. We were so comfortable and enjoyed our stay so much that we definitely want to book it again when we decide to go back for a visit. It really was the perfect spot for us."

The Loft is just a little over 1,000sq. ft. This guest house is attached to our shop with a separate and private entry. Located approximately 40ft from our home.

Feel free to park in front of any spots in front of the shop. There is also a large circle driveway so lots of room for parking or if towing anything.

There is a lighted covered porch that wraps around to the left you will find the front door entry into The Loft.

We are located 2 miles from the boat launch in Toledo on the Cowlitz River and 5.6 miles to the Blue Creek boat launch and hatchery. Our property is large enough to accommodate your truck and boat trailer.
If you love skydiving we are 5.5 miles away from Skydive Toledo at the Toledo airport.

We are able to offer nightly horse accommodation if needed in the barn that is located on the property. For more information on boarding please message me.

Our studio offers 2 beds, one queen and a twin. Private bathroom with a shower. A dining area with a table and chairs, 3/4 size refrigerator and freezer,microwave, newly added portable air conditioner and coffee pot with complimentary coffee, creamer and sugar.
A BBQ area is available for guest use. BBQ grill is charcoal fire. You will find bbq tools and charcoal briquettes in the studio dining area.
On clear nights you can star gaze while listening to the frogs croaking.
While on our farm please do not open any gates. We don’t want our 2 friendly dogs or any of the horses or miniature cows getting loose.
If you are interested in meeting some of the animals please let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate you.

- "3G farms is the kind of personal/cultural stays that can make a trip so so memorable. It is a working livestock farm of horses and cattle and Patti the host is fantastic. As a part of the stay she will take you on a tour of the her home and introduce you to her animals which are very much a part of her family. Don't skip this.... as it was really enlightnening and enjoyable, and Patti's energy and passion for what she does catching....This place is only three years in the making and she has so many ideas.... I can't wait to see how it grows. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed...she is going to add some more spaces soon as well. Beyond this, the Mount Saint Helens area is ... peaceful, and suprisingly beautiful, and so so worth a visit."

Nestled in the trees is our tiny, rustic 256 sq ft studio cabin on a large yard and lots of parking!
It's just a quick walk down the hill to use of our private dock or Lake Mayfield marina! Located right between Mt Rainier and Mt St Helens, the little cabin is a great place to retreat, BBQ/cook, enjoy a bonfire, and sleep!
This adorable original cabin has a beautiful pine ceiling and a brand new remodel! Enjoy the beautiful quartz countertop in the well-stocked kitchen with pull-out faucet, full-size fridge, microwave, and more! The remodeled bathroom includes full shower with amenities, toilet, and sink. Snuggle up in the queen bed or pull out the full/queen sofa bed! Cabin is perfect for one or two people, but could (at most) squeeze two more small kids onto pull-out sofa bed. Note: they're all in same room. You will be comfortable year-round with the heat/AC mini-split temperature control and new double pane windows just installed. Memories will be made around the fire pit with plenty of included firewood to roast your marshmallows. As our guests, you will have access to our kayaks and paddleboards (already at our private dock from June through September, you do not have to carry to lake!).

The cabin can be rented either separately or together with the house on the upper property. Both are clearly marked and separate. Those renting the cabin also have the option to rent the adjacent full hookup RV spot. We also offer boat moorage from our private dock, so you don't have to trailer your boat every night! Ask host about additional service fees for mooring boat or RV spot!

Rules:
1. The 4 outdoor cameras (both properties) are for safety and security; they record audio and video with motion. One at house front door, house back door, driveway, and at front of cabin. No tampering with cameras or wifi/wifi extender. If you are having any trouble with wifi, please message host immediately.
2. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, e-cigs, marijuana within 20 feet of house or cabin. Violation of this will result in fine of $500.
3. Well-behaved dogs are allowed with $75 pet fee, per dog, in advance. Please bring dog crate if you plan to leave dog in cabin alone. Pet cannot be left in cabin alone/unsupervised without being crated. Guests must pick up dog poop from yard, bags will be provided.
4. Parents must supervise children at all times. Property has stacked firewood/fire pits, an active creek (includes creek-bed with uneven rocks), and possible other hazards, and cabin is not child-proofed.
5. If excessive cleaning is necessary after your stay, prevailing hourly professional cleaning fees will apply.
6. Absolutely nothing but human waste and reasonable amounts of toilet paper in toilets. No grease down the sink. Plumber costs will passed along to violators.
7. Please no acne products, tanning products, hair color products, nor oil-based lube products, as they can permanently stain our linens.
8. If anything breaks or isn't working during your stay, guests must notify host as soon as possible. Host will attempt to remedy the problem immediately.
9. Please respect privacy of neighboring house rental if you haven't rented both; including quiet hours.
10. Guests are not allowed access to cabin storage box, "landscape shed" on property, nor locked "cleaning closet" in primary bath of main house.
11. Kayaks and paddle boards available (for use from June thru Sept) from our dock. Guests must advise host prior to use, and must wear life jackets at all times. All guests must agree to dock rules in advance of use.
12. All guests shall be registered to reservation and disclosed to host. Undisclosed people and pets will incur a fee of $50 per violation per day, and possible termination of the reservation without refund. We do not allow guests to have their own guests at the rental because the lines get uncertain.

Our home has everything you need for a fantastic getaway-winter or summer. Large Lakefront Yard with a huge dock that accommodate a boat.. Guests love Our newly remodeled and well equipped kitchen. We have a gas grill, Ice Maker, Fireplace, Outdoor Chiminea, A Picnic Table, Roku TV ,High Speed Internet, DVD's and a relaxing hammock made for two. On clear nights, enjoy the stars and the increasingly rare opportunity to enjoy seeing the Milky Way. Our porch has rocking chairs, an old fashioned sitting swing for two and picnic table, in addition to a table and chairs down by the lake.

Kara's home feels just like that - home. We would love to go back there next winter, or even during the summer to enjoy the lake. We highly recommend this place!"

Clean, quality custom home for you for your enjoyment complete with access to our boat slip at Mayfield Lake Marina less than a mile walk or ride down the hill.

On the ground level of the house is an oversized 2-car garage with 1/2 bath, with an additional garage bay for your ATV or golf cart. Through the front door you enter the Foyer with large windows and glass french doors which lead out to a dry patio space below the covered deck with furniture to help you lounge. The foyer also has heated tile flooring with a thermostat which makes the space very comfortable. The foyer has twin bunk beds and a large couch, as well as a large wall mounted TV making it a great spot to hang out with plenty of sunshine.

Upstairs has an open concept living and kitchen area. Spacious kitchen island, new kitchen appliances to include oven and convection microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and induction stove top with hood. Fully functional kitchen ready for your family meals. The living room includes a sectional with ottoman, large TV, coat closet and vaulted ceiling throughout this area. Off of this space the French doors lead you out to a 10'x28' covered deck with Infratech heaters that keep the deck very comfortable for your enjoyment after the sun sets. Expansive territorial views to include Mayfield lake complete this space with only the dramatic sunsets making it better.

The primary bedroom has its own bathroom with a large tiled shower, tiled and heated floor, and large vanity area. The bedroom has plenty of closet space and a wall mounted TV on a swivel.

Bedroom #2 is another good-sized bedroom with a view of Rainier outside the window, good closet space, wall TV and another comfortable bed. The guest bathroom is right outside of this bedroom and is a bathtub/shower combo, large vanity, tile floor and another view of Rainier.

The large laundry space is upstairs right outside these two bedrooms. All flooring upstairs is wide plank oak hardwoods which are soft under the feet. The house has heating and AC, as well as WIFI, Internet and satellite/cable TV. This house if fully furnished. The house rental comes with access to our boats slip 1 mile down the hill at the Mayfield Lake Marina.
