This is a peaceful neighborhood. Out of respect for the neighbors, parties or events involving guests not listed on the reservation are prohibited. Exceeding the guest limit or hosting parties on site may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.

Rental of this space includes all areas of the property and home, with the exception of the garage, the basement and all rooftops. These areas do not provide emergency egress, and are strictly off limits at all times. Doorways to these spaces are to remain locked. Alternative emergency egress is provided through other exterior doors and windows on the main floor and via windows and emergency ladders provided in each upstairs bedroom.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

On the main floor, you will find the 1st bedroom with a queen size bed behind double doors. Four bedrooms are situated on the 2nd floor, 3 of which are furnished with 2 queen size beds each. The master’s bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. All beds are incredibly comfy with bamboo high thread count linens. All bedrooms have blackout curtains as well. The house is designed with comfort and privacy in mind.

BATHROOMS

The main floor has 1 full bathroom, while the second floor has 2 full bathrooms. The master’s en-suite boasts dual sinks with an oversized shower and a bathtub. The guest bathroom on the second floor has a bathtub, while the guest bathroom on the main floor doubles as a powder room. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels are provided.

The house is bright and airy, thanks to an abundance of windows. Natural lighting complements the chic and modern interior, brand new furniture and furnishings, and charming touches that make the house a lovely space to unwind and spend time with loved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, new cookware, plenty of cabinet space, and everything you need to serve meals, bake cookies and casseroles, or host a potluck dinner. There is a dishwasher, microwave oven, stainless steel sink with garbage disposal, full-sized stove with oven, refrigerator and freezer. Other appliances are also provided, such as Keurig coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, electric wine opener, and slow cooker. Meal preparation just got better with our granite countertop island that can seat up 4 people.

This home has a living room open to the kitchen and dining room which provides a great way to socialize with and entertain people. The living room has a comfortable and plush sectional couch and a 65" Smart HD TV. The kitchen boasts a long island and a large adjoining dining room. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably, with 4 additional bar stools in the kitchen.

COVERED PATIO / BACKYARD

Adjacent to the living room is a French door that leads to a wonderful covered back patio with cozy outdoor seating and an outdoor fireplace. The fenced backyard is perfect for summer entertaining (and for all seasons too!). We have added a playground for the kids to enjoy. While the adults are having fun in the covered patio, they can watch over the kids playing.

LAUNDRY ROOM

The laundry room is complete with 5.2 CuFt Mega Capacity Washer with TurboWash Technology, 9.0 CuFt Mega Capacity Steam Dryer, and a fabric steamer. Laundry detergent is provided as well.

Q House has an attached 3 car garage with additional driveway parking. Please avoid parking on the shared driveway.

SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS

There is a Nest video doorbell located by the entrance, outside the house.
Surveillance cameras have motion sensors and records 24/7.
This is for the protection of both the host and the guests.
There are no cameras inside the house.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the whole house with 3 car-garage and additional driveway parking. Kids may also enjoy the playground located in the backyard. Please be mindful of noise levels so we can be considerate to our neighbors.

Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. We try our best to accommodate requests for early check-in and late check-out, however we cannot guarantee this. Early check-in and late check-out fee is $35/hour.

- "The unit needs to be upgraded, but it is a good value if you’re looking for a two bedroom with a large screen TV in a good and neighborhood at a decent price." - "This stay was entirely false advertisement. The kitchen and bathroom photographed in the ad were not the rooms that were in my apartment. I noticed that the pictures of MY bathroom and kitchen were in a different post showing that they were in a separate apartment also owned my the property owner. The images that show “exterior” and “property grounds” are not on the property at all. I was excited about the falsely advertised kitchen. You can see in the image that the kitchen shows and entirely different living area in the background. There was also a leak in the bathroom the entire stay that the landlord never repaired despite knowing of it. I also had people come to check on the leak (4-5x) who for whatever reason unplugged my fridge and could’ve expired all of my food. They also left my door unlocked and left miscellaneous items in my appt. "

- "This is 1st time I've ever given negative review on VRBO. Got there after all day trip. Bed had bugs and hairs - look like sheets hadn't been changed Host responded, but said they couldn't resolve issue that night. Course, we left and stayed at hotel - not sleeping in those conditions. Host will NOT refund hotel stay - unacceptable. Unsanitary conditions. There was also a dirty, wet towel in bathroom. Water stood in tub during shower - typically 4-6 inches. Hot water ran out one day - totally. Heater in bath coming off wall. Heaters in other rooms had black stuff - we're not sure if mold or what. Our family saw spots (Mold?) on wall literally during a facetime call ONLY 1 towel per person for 8 days. No bathmat (we had to use a dishtowel for floor). Doors in bedrooms swayed, off hinges - totally broken. Hook on back of bathroom door, holding a towel, broke off. While pictures might look fine, it's not. Especially bathroom. Didn't care that things were outdated or no dishwasher. No lamps on bedside tables. Cheap furniture. Nor no way for any ice. Horrible stay and worst of all, guess they expected us to sleep with bugs and hairs in bed. Totally didn't care. "

- "Great communication! The area is so beautiful, close to some beaches and not far from Puget sound! The rental was cute and the bed was super comfy. The area was a really good spot for our visit. TV stand falling apart when we arrived, picture in living area sitting on floor behind the couch, dirty socks, dust bunnies and water bottles under the bed. TV never worked the entire time. 90+ weather with no AC but there was a fan. Supplies like towels, paper towels and toilet tissue very skimpy and no normal supplies like salt, pepper or oil, etc. Host responsive but suggested we go to laundermat and wash the two towels we were provided for 4 nights. I felt like they were afraid we would steal from them. The host did have housekeeper deliver another roll of paper goods and 2 more towels the day before we left."
