Didn't realize that was part of the process here. As far as the property goes it was very nice, clean and well maintained. We had issues with the A/C but was corrected immediately. All in all we enjoyed the property and Genoa city."

The drive into South Lake Tahoe was beautiful and exciting. There were pathways around the property that allowed you to enjoy the crisp morning air while soaking up a mountain sunrise. There was even hot water bubbling up from the pathways in a few spots. This is definitely not your standard VRBO in that it was more like a hotel or condo. We liked the ease of check-in and -out. We enjoyed the amenities of the property. You can access the hot spring pools daily for a fee, which was not in the listing. Also, there’s a maid service, but I don’t know who it was for (time-share owners?). Anyhow, don’t expect the maids to make your bed or bring fresh towels. There were extra sheets and towels, so nothing to worry about there. We’ll definitely stay here again."

The main room is so wide and open so much space for everyone. Our master rooms were fully equipped with jet tubs, huge walk in shower, more gorgeous views and comfortable beds. The kitchen was my jam for sure. I love to cook so having the space and amenities was enjoyable for someone that likes to cook like myself and again the view! We also enjoyed the bbq area it had a nice size gas bon fire to enjoy during sunset. Lastly, the extra room on top was perfect for my dad who joined my family on vacation. He had his own little space.his own bedroom, living room, balcony bathroom washroom and small kitchen! We all were crying on the way out we could have stayed there forever. We hope to stay here again. 🥰"
