So please be prepared because we can’t provide refunds for cancellations due to storms and road closures.

- "The bed wasn't great and the place had no A/C, so in the summer I wouldn't want to stay for more than a night, but the grounds were lovely with a cute little waterfall right outside the front door. Check-in was a breeze (no idea why other reviewers complained about that). Room was warm overnight, even with the patio door open, but the grounds were very quiet so sleeping with the patio door open wasn't a problem. And we really enjoyed eating breakfast on the mini patio, while we watched a Steller's Jay preen on a nearby branch. Whole place was spotless. Kitchen was a bonus for the same price as a hotel room. We didn't cook, but we did use the sink, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. All worked well. It's no frills for sure: no K-cups, no ice maker, basic linens, and hot tub is TINY (and only open from 9-9). But for a simple overnight stay, I would definitely choose to stay here again over other similarly priced options in the area. Fabulous value for the location, with lots of tasty nearby food options/ATM/Raley's. (Jiffy's pizza was fast and yummy!)"

Check-in is after 4 p.m. but you can call 800-821-4912 or 800-788-4297 the day of your arrival to see if you can check in early, almost always you can. Be sure and get your free access Wi-Fi password at that time as well.

Also during check-in you will need a valid photo ID preferably driver's license, Military ID or something like that. It must have your photo and your name on it. And lastly you'll need a valid credit card for the $100 security deposit that will we be returned to you, when you leave the place damage free.

- "McCloud is a nice complex of apartments. We have stayed in the complex a couple of times. It is very convenient and within walking distance to most any location in Incline Village. We had a ground floor unit with two bedrooms and two baths. The unit was adequately furnished and had all the needed appliances. Parking in the garage space provided is really tight. The spaces are narrow and short. Fortunately there is outdoor parking in the complex, which is what we used. Overall, it was a good experience."

The main house is located on the other side of the property where the Host family resides. The RV garage and the pool are monitored via cameras for security and safety purposes. We will arrange required professional cleaning services for long term stays past 3 months. We included this cost in the daily rate and do not charge a fee in the cleaning section. We stay busy and the pool has a cover that requires us to be present to open it. The pool is not always heated year around. Therefore, we do not make the pool a guaranteed amenity.

We are less than a quarter mile from the Cave Rock boat ramp. Nearby you will also find kayak, canoe, and stand-up paddleboard rentals. Our home comes equipped with beach towels and chairs if you'd like to take a walk or drive to the beach. Only 10 minutes from South Lake Tahoe and 20 minutes from the North shore. Whether you come for the lake in the summer or to hit the slopes in the winter, this centrally-located stay hits all the marks.

Proximity to the lake also means proximity to hwy 50. With easy access to the highway, it's a short drive to many of the attractions around the Lake Tahoe basin (including Heavenly!). You will be staying in your own mother-in law apartment connected to but separate from the house. It is fully furnished, making it your very own personal space.
Provided is Wifi for your laptop work and the Roku Smart TV. There is a DVD player, along with misc. board games. A work area is waiting for you in the living room. The kitchen is set up with most anything you might need for cooking. There is coffee, a variety of teas, and some general spices to start you off. The bedroom has a queen bed, with a walk in closet, along with two dressers for extra drawer space. We provide a spa robe for your convenience. You will also find a iron along with an ironing board. In the bath room you will find misc. toiletries, in case you forget something or run out while you are here. The bath has a shower only with a earth friendly Bio-bidet on the commode.
Within a few steps from your front door, we have available for your private relaxation, a hot tub and Finlandia sauna. There is a stationary bike, elliptical, TV, magazines and some books in the exercise building and a massage table. We do have #'s of local mobile masseuse but due to Covid 19 at this time our masseuse's are not traveling.
