This is a beautiful family cabin with 2 bedrooms, 1 king bed, and 1 queen bed. The additional loft has 2 x-long twins. The sleeping accommodations include 1.5 baths. This quaint cabin, with a brand new relaxing deck, is nestled among pine trees in a quiet neighborhood and 1.7 miles to Lake Tahoe. This cabin accommodates a max. of 4 people with no smoking and no pets. A nearby year-round creek can be heard from the cabin's large deck, just last fall recently remodeled. Sitting in the upstairs loft is a great place to relax and view the mountains and the huge pines. In winter, the view is spectacular with snowy peaks and a view of distant ski runs. The best sandy beaches on Lake Tahoe are in Incline Village side of the lake: Burnt Cedar Beach, Ski Beach and Incline Beach. (The private Incline beaches are closed to renters during this 2021-25 summer. SORRY) However, these private beaches are open to all during late fall and winter for beautiful lake views. The Sand Harbor public beach is the BEST on the whole lake and is just 4 miles from the cabin but you need to get there early! There also is a great path along the lake, starting at Tunnel Creek in Incline, where you can walk or bike to Sand Harbor beach.
This beautiful Sand Harbor Beach has giant lake boulders, picnic tables, and a snack bar. Rather than going to the beach you can always relax on the cabin's large peaceful and relaxing deck with a creek nearby!
Incline Village also has wonderful hiking and biking paths, many with beautiful views of the lake. Incline has two great golf courses just a mile from the cabin. If you are into hiking or cross-country skiing, the Tahoe Rim Trail and the Mt. Rose Meadow is about 10 minutes from the cabin. The best sledding and snow play area around with views of the lake. For gamblers, the Hyatt Casino/Resort is 1 mile down the mountain with the beautiful Lone Eagle Grill overlooking the lake. If you want to visit Reno, 30 minutes down the mountain on the picturesque Mt. Rose Hwy will get you there.
Tahoe is known for its many ski resorts. Diamond Peak is 5 minutes away, Mt. Rose 10 minutes, Northstar 20 minutes, Squaw Valley 35 minutes. After skiing, there are numerous restaurants that you can enjoy a great meal overlooking Lake Tahoe with surrounding mountains. With the cabin's peaceful and beautiful mountain environment, close to Lake Tahoe and the playground of the Sierras, this cabin is a very enjoyable vacation home base.
The basic rate is $240/night with a 3+ night minimum. Holiday rates are higher than standard/night rate. (During this COVID time period we are requiring more days between renters to make sure our cabin is disinfected and cleaned thoroughly.)

With quiet, full-time owners throughout the semi-secluded complex, this convenient, free-standing (no shared walls) cabin is a "getaway from it all" gem. We have been property owners here since the early 80's!
This is bear country, so you might just see our local friend, Bernie the Bear. As long as you do not leave any food (or trash with any smells) outside the cabin, in your car, or near an open door/window, Bernie is just a huge (kinda smelly) fuzzball who ambles by on the hunt for a picnic basket. He does know how to open unlocked car doors, pesky little guy.
Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find a quiet, semi-private forest setting with a year-round creek where you can soak up a little bit of the magic that makes up the Tahoe National Forest. It is a neighborhood favorite!
Centrally located, we're just a few minutes' drive away from the center of town, where you'll find coffee, groceries, shopping, and restaurants! Be sure to stop at the Potlatch store in Raley's center - they have a great selection of Tahoe memorabilia.

Enjoy the cozy living room, featuring a sofa, two recliners, a Smart TV, and a gas stove. The open floor plan features an adjacent dining area and kitchen. With multiple windows in the main living area, you'll find it light and comfy, with lovely views of the trees.
The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee pot, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, electric stove, and oven. Although there are typically some spices and condiments, we are unable to guarantee the quantity, quality, or variety. Please bring any must-have ingredients for your home-cooked meals. We provide a few starter pods of coffee to get you started.
The sunny, first-floor, large primary bedroom has a California King bed (and another Smart TV) - it's an amazing spot to wake up in every day with a large window that looks out into the trees right off the back deck. The bathroom is just steps away.
The one full bath is located just across the hall from the primary bedroom, offering a tub/shower combo. Bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for two people are provided. There is a starter supply of toilet paper (3 rolls), as well as some shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, and hand soap.
Relax on the sofa upstairs in the forward loft while reading, gaming, or watching a movie on the Smart TV. It's a lovely space that's open to the first floor, with high ceilings that highlight the floor-to-ceiling windows. Take it from us, it's a great place to nap too!
Wifi download speeds of 300 Mbps make it possible for Zoom calls with a virtual background (hint: so your boss won't even know you're in Tahoe!).
******* Most guests don’t use the upstairs back bedroom, so rather than inflating the cleaning fee for all guests, we simply charge an additional $25 cleaning fee if you use this bedroom. You’re absolutely welcome to enjoy this lovely, cozy space—it features a queen-size bed, a sitting area, and a sliding glass door that looks right out into the trees. Please let us know in advance of your check-out so we can ask the cleaning service to bring clean linens for that room when they clean the cabin after your departure. *****

The home is equipped with 2 decks - one with an outdoor dining table, patio chairs, and bright lake views. There's a warm living room for the family to watch sports, shows, or movies on the couch next to the fireplace.
It has a two car parking deck!
This home is only four miles to Diamond Peak Ski Resort, fourteen miles to Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area.
Please note this property does not come with access to private beaches, punch cards or dock access.

I normally do not like to cook on vacation but when we walked in and saw the kitchen we knew we would be cooking family meals and enjoying every minute of it. Morning coffee on the deck was my favorite. The view alone was worth booking this property. This was our first time to Lake Tahoe and we may have finally broken the Disney spell as my kids said they officially love Lake Tahoe more than Disneyland!! Iʻm okay with that."

This is a rural mountain property, and you may encounter some of Lake Tahoe’s native wildlife. Bears, coyotes, bobcats and small animals like field mice live in the area. While you may never see them, it's important not to leave food out or in your car that may attract wildlife. If wildlife sightings make you uncomfortable, this may not be the best fit for your stay.
Winter Travel Tips - Incline Village is a high-elevation, mountainous location, and winter snow is a given. A 4WD/AWD vehicle is highly recommended, and we provide regular snow removal for the driveway. However, be mindful that snow removal occurs only when there is more than 6 inches of accumulation.

Quiet hours mandated and enforced by the City are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

When the weather is nice, the large deck offers beautiful forest views and ample dining space to enjoy home-cooked meals prepared on the grill or in the beautifully updated kitchen. Golf lovers won't find a better location than this! The entrance to the Incline Village Championship Golf Course is only a few blocks away, and the home is located right on the course itself. Also close by is the city center (less than a mile away), which is rich with shops and restaurants. Summer can be spent swimming in Lake Tahoe and soaking up the sun on Incline Beach, less than two miles away. The area is also full of challenging hiking trails for those wanting to get away from town. Incline Village is a small beachside town on the serene Nevada side of North Lake Tahoe that caters to outdoor enthusiasts. The town was built around recreation and an active lifestyle. There are two (2) golf courses, a recreation center with a swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball courts, bike park, bocce ball park, disc golf course, fitness trail, and skate park. There are plenty of hiking and mountain biking trails in the area. In the summer, families enjoy time at the beach where they can kayak, sail, paddle board, swim and play in the pristine waters of Lake Tahoe. In the winter, guests enjoy a wonderland of activities including skiing, snowboarding, nordic or cross country skiing, sledding, snow shoeing, back country skiing, snow biking, and a whole lot of relaxing by the fireplace afterwards. We provide a foot massager after a long day on the slopes.
The neighbors in the community where the cabin is located are friendly and helpful. Raleys, Natural Grocers, and Grocery Outlet supermarkets are about a 5 minutes drive. You won't find any fast food chains in Incline Village, but there are a growing list of culinary options and a few favorite local restaurants that we love to support. THE NEIGHBORHOOD / AREA:
The cute town of Genoa is 1 mile South. Genoa is the home to Nevada's oldest thirst parlor - The Genoa Bar / established in 1853. It has a few restaurants to suit every budget/price point, a general store (sandwiches and ice cream), and a variety of shops. In the summer months, you may catch a concert or town celebration in one of the parks.
Enjoy the Carson Valley and 360 degrees of mountain living, while only being 25 minutes from South Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Mountain Resort.
Natural Hot Springs lovers will enjoy Mark Twain's hang-out at David Walley's Resort (3 miles away). There is also a restaurant and bar at David Wally's. Grover Hot Springs in the woods of Markleeville is 22 miles away.

Maps/GPS will bring you to the lower driveway on the property. Pass that driveway and take the second driveway on your left. The first parking area and cabin on your left is your cabin.
There are no stairs for you to go up or come down to get to your car. There are also no stairs in the cabin.

Welcome to a lake view cabin with great amenities and easy access to about everything you could want for a true Tahoe experience. The house is quiet and has easy access to Diamond Peak. We recommend a 5 minute walk to either the Big Water Grill or the many restaurants just down the hill surrounding the Hyatt Regency. Guests can enjoy many amenities just 15 minutes away including Sand Harbor State Park, State line casinos and world class golf and mountain biking.

We look forward to your arrival at our home. Please take the time to read and make your party aware of these rules as there can be fines imposed for not following certain rules. We expect that you have read and understand the house rules and you will follow the house rules.
Please supply a telephone number where you can be reached 24/7 during your rental through the AirBNB website.
NOISE. Our home is located in a quiet residential community in close proximity of many homes. Quiet hours are from 10pm-9am. Please be respectful and treat our neighbors as if they were your own. Our home is NOT a party home.
Loud noise from our home carries easily to the neighbors. In the summer, because most homes do not have air conditioning, people leave their windows open at night and they can hear noise coming from other houses very easily. The neighbors will call us, or the sheriff, if your group is being too loud, whether you are outside or inside the house. If you are on the deck past 10pm making noise, or even being too loud inside the home (ie. loud music) you will be in violation of the community rules and we will be notified.
We highly recommend that you bring your group inside at 10pm to avoid being disruptive to the neighbors. If our neighbors contact us to report that you are being loud past 10pm, or if the sheriff is called to our home due to a disturbance, you may be fined up to $250. If there is a second violation, you may be fined up to $500.
Swimming pool & hot tub hours are of 9AM to 10PM.
TRASH. Incline Village is a "no tolerance" community for waste disposal because of bears and we may be fined up to $1,000 by Incline Village for each violation and we will look to you to pay. There are bears in our community. They will seek out food if you leave it on the deck or in your car. Do not leave any food debris, or garbage anywhere outside of the house, or in any common area at the complex, like at the pool. There is a waste storage enclosure just up from the tennis courts where you must take all waste and recyclables.
PETS/ANIMALS. We do not allow pets.
PARKING. A maximum of 2 cars per chalet may be parked overnight in garage. Cars in excess of 2 are subject to towing at owner’s expense. If we are fined by the homeowner's association we will look to you to pay that in addition. Boats and recreational vehicles must be parked off the association property.

Parking is convenient, although the property is limited to a maximum of two parking spaces (parking permits required and provided). Once parked, it’s just a short walk up four stairs and along a paved pathway to reach the house.

Enjoy your stay at a comfy cabin located in one of the most beautiful settings in the world. Not just a rental, you will be staying at our family cabin so please be respectful of this space. Please note that we must now abide by County permitting regulations which limit my cabin occupancy to 4 guests maximum, including infants/children. Failure to comply may result in your group being asked to leave and possibly incurring a fine.

Summer: The cabin does not have A/C however there are fans. We suggest that you open upstairs windows at night to cool the cabin, then close windows and lower shades when you head out each day.
WINTER CONSIDERATIONS:
GETTING TO TAHOE:
When heading to Tahoe in the winter, please be prepared.
Have 4 WD or carry chains -
The road leading to the cabin and the parking lot has a gradual slope and will require chains or 4WD in snowy conditions.
Monitor weather and road conditions. Have an emergency bag and carry food/water supplies should there be delays.
Keep your gas tank filled!!!
AT THE CABIN:
DEALING WITH SNOW:
There is a bucket of "ice melt" by the deck door. Please use if necessary to avoid icy conditions in and around the deck/stairs.
There is a shovel in the downstairs bedroom closet and there is also a shovel on the deck - please make sure that you put both back when you leave,
SOUNDS OF WINTER:
The snowplows come to clear the road whenever we have 3+ inches. This ensures we can get out and take advantage of the white fluffy stuff!!
So, don't be alarmed if your hear the equipment go by in the wee hours of the morning...this is winter's way of saying: "Powder Alert!"
DEALING WITH POWER OUTAGES:
During winter months, and especially during storms, it is possible we may have a power outage. Should this occur, the fireplace becomes the main source of heat, please bring your own wood or you can by some at the local Ace Hardware or Raleys. Hot water may not be available as it is sourced an heater.
Emergency lighting will come on if the power goes out. There are flashlights located in each room and several candles in the main room downstairs. Please do not use candles in the bedrooms and also make sure you put them out when you leave the cabin.
We will get notified by NV Energy regarding any power outages and estimated restoration time. We will pass this information along as it becomes available.
Please send me a quick text to advise us should a power outage occur.
NOTE: Due to the increased probability of power outages in winter, please remember to keep your cell phones charged as well as any other devices that may be helpful during a power outage.
As well, if a storm is forecasted, plan ahead....have food/beverages on hand to avoid having to go out to the grocery store in stormy driving conditions.

Incline Village is located in the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range and the area gets extreme weather. Always check weather reports and make sure you have AWD/4WD or carry chains during Fall & Winter months. Internet and power are very consistent but because of the infrastructure and terrain, outages do happen at a higher rate than most big cities are used to.

We invite you to be a guest at our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo, located in Incline Village just steps from the Championship Golf Course. Our goal is to make your vacation getaway relaxing and hassle free. The home is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy all of the amenities Lake Tahoe has to offer including new mattresses and can comfortably accommodate 2 families. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.
The space
Our 2 story condo has a 50 inch 4K definition TV in the living space which opens up to the dining area and granite tile kitchen. There is a 27 inch monitor with a universal usb and usb-c adapter so you can work and play from Tahoe. A half bathroom is located downstairs and includes a washer and dryer. Enjoy some privacy and store your outdoor equipment in our fenced-in backyard or spend a relaxing evening outdoors barbecuing on our paved stone deck. As you make your way upstairs, you will find a nice skylight which provides natural light and 3 rooms.
The master suite includes your own private bathroom and a King Bed with a new memory foam mattress to ensure you get a great nights sleep.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress and a jack and Jill bathroom.
Finally, the third bedroom is the perfect kids room. Up to 3 guests can sleep on our bunk bed which includes a twin bed on top and a full bed on the bottom.
We have wifi, cable including the major sports channels and premium channels such as HBO and also offer Apple TV.
Other things to note
Whether you like to golf, bike, hike, ski, swim, boat, gamble or relax and enjoy the beauty of Tahoe, you will find a variety of great things to do all within a 5 minute drive from the condo. Also, our condo is freestanding and does not share any walls. Upon request and availability, you and your family can get access to one of three private beaches in Incline Village. There is an additional fee charged by IVGID to access the private beaches.

The space
This 1540 sq. ft. A-frame condo has two levels. The entrance to the home is located up 4 stairs to the landing porch. The first floor hosts the living area, dining area, kitchen, laundry, a bedroom and full bathroom, as well as access to the outdoor deck. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms and another full bath. This home has been beautifully remodeled and furnished with Pottery Barn pieces. We are excited to share our home with you and hope you will feel right at home. We respectfully request that you treat our home as if it were your own.
The downstairs bedroom is equipped with a king bed and a 55” smart TV.
The adjacent full bath has a beautiful new walk-in shower with spa-like amenities.
The kitchen space has been updated with a gorgeous copper farmhouse sink, brand new oven, Moccamaster coffee maker and coffee grinder. In addition, you will find the kitchen is well stocked with most everything you will need including a crock pot, waffle maker, blender/food processor.
A large washer and dryer is also located alongside the kitchen.
Adjacent to the space is a small breakfast bar with 2 leather counter stools.
The dining area will easily accommodate your family or friends and seats up to 6.
The open floor plan allows the dining and living area to flow seamlessly. The focal point of the living area is a Mid-Century Modern free standing fireplace. The L-shaped sectional is situated to take advantage of the view out the large picture window, while enjoying the fire, playing a board game, or streaming a movie on the large 65” smart TV.
Upstairs you will find another spacious king bed. This bedroom also has a dedicated work space with a small desk and lamp. In addition, you will find a 43” smart TV. The third and final bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds. This bedroom has a lovely view out over the trees and golf course. The second full bath upstairs has an upscale walk-in shower with the same spa-like amenities.
During the warmer months (April–October) you can enjoy the expansive deck which is equipped with comfortable lounge seating. A Traeger grill is available for grilling/smoking as well during this time. From the deck, the magnificent walking paths (cart paths) on the golf course can be accessed when the course is closed after hours or during the winter months.
All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans to help keep guests comfortable during the summer. This home is not equipped with AC. A new furnace will keep you warm and cozy during the colder months.
Please Note: This unit is not equipped with cable TV. All of the streaming apps are available on the TVs if you elect to sign in to your account. In addition, you can stream any of the apps from your phone and cast them on the TVs.

The exterior of the property is monitored for safety by a Ring doorbell on the front of the house.
If you are hoping to enjoy the beautiful North Shore of Lake Tahoe, this cabin is ideally situated. Restaurants and shopping are about a mile away. If you are adventurous, it is an easy walk into town to grab a bite to eat. The Diamond Peak ski area is about 2 miles away. Within 30 minutes drive, you have access to Heavenly, Northstar, Tahoe Palisades, and Mount Rose ski resorts. There are numerous trails in the area for hiking or rent a bike and enjoy the East Shore Trail to Sand Harbor. Access to Incline beaches is generally limited to residents; however, King’s Beach and Sand Harbor are great nearby options. Note: Sand Harbor beach requires a reservation during the summer months.

The county has established a max occupancy of 4 due to 1 assigned parking space. We are not permitted to allow more than 4 guests.
We require a three night minimum for all major holidays and peak periods including MLK Day, Presidents’ Day, and ski week as well as the entire summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Lack of snow during ski season is NOT a refundable event. The cancellation policy will apply, however, we will allow you to alter your reservation to later dates providing you request this 14 days or more prior to check-in.
No Smoking, No Pets, HOA allows only owners to have pets in this condo.
You are in bear country. You will find a “Bear Smart” pamphlet in the condo. This is required reading for everyone in your party! Proper trash handling is of paramount importance. Dispose of trash quickly in the bear safe containers.

I allow pets to stay at my Cottages because I LOVE animals and I know you do, too! With that said, I need for you to abide by the following
"PET GUIDELINES" in order for the Cleaning Service and Future Guests to be able to keep up and occupy this space continuously. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
1) NEVER allow pets on furniture.
2) If pets get up on furniture it is your responsibility to remove all pet hair and paw prints from areas.
3) Upon Request, I provide pet beds and food/water bowls, pooh baggies & lint/hair remover as well as cleaning products, broom and vacuum cleaner to help you clean up after your own pets. Pease let me know if you prefer to use your own pet beds and bowls.
4) Please encourage your pets to use the woodchip area outside to go potty. If they do go on the faux grass, it is your responsibility to clean it up completely.
5) Never leave your pets in the home unattended unless the pet is in a crate or confined to the fenced in backyard.
6) Long term barking is NOT ALLOWED. If your dog barks continuously for more than 5 minutes you may be contacted & asked to quiet your dog. Most dogs do pretty well, but it has been my experience that some dogs will bark non-stop for hours. This is unacceptable as it disturbs other guests.
7) If the Cleaning Service finds excessive pet hair, urine, feces or vomit in the home, a "Deep Cleaning" fee may be charged.
8) You are responsible for any and all damages caused by your pet (or service animal) and will be charged through the Airbnb platform.

There are lots of public parks and beaches around Inclined Village. At the moment, public beaches are only available to residents with IVGID photo ID.

Winter Advisory:
During winter months, snow removal is weather-dependent. We will do our best to arrange one snow plow service for the driveway and front entrance stairs before your arrival. Please note that the backyard and deck are not plowed, but we provide shovels for your convenience. Any additional snow plow requests during your stay will be at the renter’s expense.

Beautifully appointed home situated in quaint Crystal Bay. 4 Bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, oversized 2 car garage and parking in front of garage for 2 additional cars. Custom features throughout the home including wood floors, beautiful built in cabinetry and did we mention the giant deck overlooking Lake Tahoe?
As you open the roomy large 2 car garage, you enter the home through the mudroom, there is plenty of space to leave your ski supplies wet clothes, muddy shoes or sandy flip flops. You enter the upper part of the home to see a beautiful den/ office work room with a 60 " Smart television. The large floor to ceiling window overlooking Lake Tahoe will take your breath away. There is a large L shaped leather Pottery Barn couch to relax and watch movies or read a book. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a lovely custom twig bed overlooking the lake with a small, intimate balcony. A newly built custom bathroom with glass enclosure with lake views is for the use of the two upstairs rooms. The other bedroom on this floor has a double bed, closet and also a small, intimate deck.
As you descend the staircase to the middle level ( about 8 stairs) you will see a wall of blue that is Lake Tahoe. Doors open onto an expansive, newly constructed, $200,000 expansive deck( about 300 sq.ft.) Brand new 8 person metal table and chairs can comfortably entertain a large family dinner. There is also an L shaped wicker couch around the corner of the deck for relaxing. Enjoy a cocktail as you watch the moon rise above Diamond Peak ski area which is directly across the lake from the house. Chat with friends while they cook on the piped in gas Weber BBQ. Enjoy the ambiance of the deck string lights twinkling in the night. The deck amazes me every time I stay at the house. It reminds me of Animal Kingdom. I have seen baby eagles learn to fly, bats flitting here and there, chipmunks, squirrels frolicking, coyotes and bears. (the deck is fully enclosed, there is no way to access it other than a locked door or the house.) There is a small patio and garden out of the door leading from the deck.
You can leave the doors open as you dine in the living room. The quiet is unbelievable, The house was built so that every room in the house affords a lakeview. Dining room has a wood table that seats 8 people comfortably. There is a Bose speaker and a smart TV with local cable stations. There is a lovely gas/wood fireplace next to the dining table for intimate dinners. Wood is available in the garden area and is supplied for guests. Built in cabinets have board and card games for a relaxing evening of fun with the family.
The kitchen is open to the dining room and was fully remodeled in 2021. Sub zero fridge, wolf stove, brand new Fridgidaire dishwasher, custom cherry cabinets, granite countertops and an apron sink overlooking the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, olive oil, honey, sugar, flour, coffee and tea. There is a Ninja blender, tupperware, cups, plates, wine glasses, coffee maker(4 in 1 Cuisinart Barista with Drip coffee, Nespresso and a Keurig port), silverware waffle maker, All Clad roasting pan, rice cooker and all clad pots and pans.
The living room has a L shaped down filled couch and a Smart television to relax and watch the sunset through picture windows. There is a bathroom located between the dining room and the living room that boasts a bathtub and toilet.
The master bedroom is also on this level. Panoramic views once again from a large built in/ step up platform king size bed overlooking Lake Tahoe. The views are absolutely amazing. Master bedroom boasts a king size bed, freestanding gas fireplace, and two cozy blue velvet chairs for relaxing. En suite bathroom connected to the master entails a jacuzzi bathtub, a separate enclosed travertine steam shower for those days of hiking, biking or skiing. Walk in closet with ironing board and iron for your night out on the town.
The 4th bedroom is down another set of stairs ( approx.8) . There is a gas fireplace (even works when the electricity goes out) There is a queen size bed and another en suite bathroom with a glass enclosed shower. There is a lovely little lakeview deck to sit and have coffee in the morning.
Every room in the house has a lake view. There are 3 levels so may not be appropriate for people with mobility issues.
Also, winter reservations will need a 4wd or chains during snow storms.
Walking distance to the casinos, 10 minute drive to Incline Village, 10 minute drive to Kings Beach, 20 minutes to Northstar, 45 minutes to Squaw Valley, 15 minutes to Diamond Peak, and 20 minutes to Mt. Rose ski area.
