Just steps from downtown restaurants, shopping, and wine tasting! Enjoy the fully updated interior and relax in the brand-new, fully-fenced backyard with your favorite glass of local wine. Amenities include a hammock, giant chess, corn hole, tons of board games, and ample outdoor dining space. We've invested our hearts into creating this Murphy's getaway & are excited for you to experience it!

Please note that to keep this home in excellent condition for years to come we have a strict NO PETS and NO SMOKING policy. We also do not allow parties or events of any kind.

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): California King Bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Queen Bed. This bedroom has a sliding door that opens into the den (shown with the green velvet couch in pictures). That door can remain open to create a large private suite or be closed off for privacy. Bedroom 2 has a small TV in the room.

Den (Downstairs): Queen-sized Sleeper Sofa. The den can be closed off from both the living room and from bedroom 2 via sliding doors. If being utilized as a third bedroom, note that you must walk through the den to access Bedroom #2. The den enjoys direct access to the backyard.

Camera 5 is on the side of the house, facing the side of the home by the highway. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound when motion is detected by the devices (including devices linked to the cameras such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed
