The 4th bedroom is located outside & doesn't have a bathroom. Access this room by a dirt path off of the deck.

DISCLOSURE: During the winter months, depending on the amount of snow in Graeagle, the small guest house (4th bedroom) may or may not be available. We will really try to clear the snow but the path can be challenging if there is too much snow.

Good communication with the owner also helped to make it a lovely short respite." - "This 3-bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath cabin was comfortable, attractive, and so close to town (and pickle-ball courts), yet in a quiet, tree-filled residential area. The house seems to have been newly remodeled in some areas (with a new half bathroom instead of a jacuzzi). The "game room" was a bit disappointing, since it was simply two game tables placed in the garage, but overall it was a pleasant place to stay with a very nice kitchen and dining area."

BBQ, play cornhole, ping pong, outdoor Connect4 or lounge in the hammock in our backyard while enjoying the smell of the pines and sound of the aspen leaves dancing in the wind. Our yard is fully fenced in so we are perfect for you Doggos or Kiddos to run freely. Our living rooms boasts a wood fireplace to relax during those cool Sierra nights and enjoy playing Foosball or board games in our game room. 5 min walk to tennis/pickleball, the mill pond & town or drive out and explore great breweries, restaurants and hikes in the Lost Sierra. Graeagle has streams, lakes and river to fish and play - along with 5 stunning golf courses within a 15 minute drive.

The only real concern would be the hammock - it is not really safe. (Both my husband and one of the kiddos fell out...) And the BBQ ignitor didn't work, but we borrowed a lighter from the sweet neighbors next door and all was well. All in all we had a great time and would definitely rebook again. This suite/studio has private access and is located downstairs, in the lower level of the house. Guests have access to the patio and front yard, as well as the lower driveway where plenty of parking is provided. There is a full kitchen equipped with an electric range top oven, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, wine glasses, cups, utensils, Keurig with coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, to-go cups with straws and lids. Outdoor patio has additional seating and a BBQ.

The space
This two-year-old cabin offers all the comforts of home. It's one of the only cabins in the area to have central air conditioning. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals; toaster oven, blender, hand mixer, cooking oil, spices, and paper products. We also have prepared a coffee and tea bar featuring a large selection of tea varieties, regular and decaf coffee, hot chocolate, and hot apple cider. Breakfast bars, granola bars, and protein bars are complimentary. The master bathroom boosts an oversized shower with dual shower heads. Washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener are available to use free in the home. There is a fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are complimentary. There is a blow dryer, curling iron, and hair straightener in the bathroom. There is an iron and ironing board in the laundry room. There is an informational cabin manual located in the kitchen.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, front porch, rear patio, backyard, fire pit, and BBQ. There is a large driveway with plenty of room for 4 cars.

Other things to note
The cabin is located in Graeagle just a short walk from the downtown area, Mill Pond, Graeagle Restaurant, and shopping. The tennis, basketball, and pickle ball court is 2 blocks away. This is one of the rare homes to offer central air conditioning. There are 6 championship golf courses minutes away. Other local activities include fishing, swimming, hiking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, skiing, and sledding. This charming cabin is adjacent to the green belt and golf cart path to the Plumas Pines Golf Course. Graeagle is a very small close knit town. The Graeagle Restaurant is open 7am -2pm. The Graeagle Store is open Monday-Saturday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM and Sunday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The evening restaurants close by 7-8pm.

The Graeagle Hideaway is a stylish and peaceful 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury cabin with comfortable beds, abundant natural light, and lovely forest views. Located conveniently within the community of Graeagle Meadows, guests will appreciate the on site restaurant and golf course!

With professional management and a detail oriented cleaning crew, you can count on exceptional guest service and a sparkling clean home. There are several unique touches throughout the home and everything has been set up with your comfort and enjoyment in mind.

Just steps from downtown Graeagle and surrounded by the beauty of nature, there is plenty to do or you may just find relaxation doing nothing at all. The home has a lovely backyard with outdoor dining for 6, a gas bbq, and lawn games. A short walk will lead you to Mill Pond where you can enjoy picnics, swimming, kayaking, and fishing spring through fall.

With its rustic allure and modern comforts, this cozy property invites you to unwind by the stone fireplace or watch a movie with the family on the 86" 4K TV in the family room on the large couch that features a queen pull-out bed for extra sleeping! Explore hiking and biking trails, and marvel at the local wildlife (We have 3 deer that currently sleep under the decks at night and often wonder into the backyard). Three restful bedrooms feature sleeping for 10, TVs in every room so kids can watch their own shows or movies as they unwind from exploring everything the mountains have to offer all day. It's the perfect sanctuary for a tranquil escape or for a group of golfers looking for a great place to stay with the crew as they play some of the greatest golf courses in the Sierra Nevadas all just a stone's throw away. Quickly and easily walk to the town of Graeagle for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, or just for good company and a nightcap at the Knotty Pine. If pickleball or Tennis is your thing, we are just a block from the courts! You will love this home!

The 4th bedroom is located outside & doesn't have a bathroom. Access this room by a dirt path off of the deck.

During the warm months, enjoy our back deck which offers a Gas BBQ, outdoor lights, firepit, and cornhole. Plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.

DISCLOSURE: During the winter months, depending on the amount of snow in Graeagle, the small guest house (4th bedroom) may or may not be available. We will really try to clear the snow but the path can be challenging if there is too much snow.

Relax and enjoy with everyone at our amazing cabin in the heart of the Lost Sierra. Our home caters perfectly to friend group getaways or fun family vacations. Enjoy games in the game room or BBQ and play ping pong in our backyard while listening to the pines needles dance in the wind. 5 min walk to town or explore and find great breweries, restaurants and hikes in the Lost Sierra. Graeagle has streams, lakes and river to fish. Along with 5 stunning golf courses within a 15 minute drive.

The space
We have a beautiful home sitting on the corner of a quiet neighborhood. We have 4 bedrooms to choose from. The Primary room has a queen bed with walk in closet, jacuzzi tub and large shower with rock stone tile. 2 rooms have comfy queens and the 4th room boasts 2 XL twin beds that fit 6’ 2” adults. There is an front game room setup with foosball, board games, bean bag baseball to enjoy friends and family - the couch also doubles as a queen size hide-a-bed. A dining room with enough room for 10 people. Our family room is big and roomy with a fireplace to relax in those cold sierra nights. Our backyard is fenced (perfect for you Doggo) with fairy lights, ping pong, corn hole, outdoor Connect 4, and a hammock to relax the day away.
