And the Praca da Fruta Square, where a DAILY beautiful farmers' market is held is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Paid parking is safe and underground just down the block, and sometimes a lucky "free" street spot would open up near or farther away, but parking and negotiating the narrow streets is probably the biggest challenge (as it is located in "old" Portugal!). There is a grocery store 50 m away (Pingo Doce) and despite all of this, Caldas and this area is fairly quiet at night. We were never bothered by any unnecessary noise. The only other thing to know is that this is on the 4th floor of an old building, so no elevator. We certainly got our steps in and were in better shape when we left! :)"

The apartment features a balcony accessible from the bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Equipped with air conditioning, it is located on the first floor with an elevator. Centrally located, only a 10-minute walk from the town center. Free parking on the street. The wifi is fast and reliable.

The bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed, a wardrobe, and a large window with a shutter that blocks out the outside light completely.
