By this time, I had tried several times to call the provider. When I finally got through to them, they told me that their office had moved 6 months ago. So I had to call a taxi again and finally got the keys. Back at the apartment, we realized that we needed a numerical code to get into the building, and the keys didn't work on the front door. We got the code from someone who lives there. Other than that struggle, we can't complain about the apartment. It's nicely located with everything you need within walking distance. It was clean and modern. The only things we missed were detergent for the dishwasher, a rack to dry wet towels, and window screens. Since the apartment is in the basement, you can't leave the windows open when you're not there or sleeping."
