- "Amazing place" - "This was a very quiet clean place for us to stay for our visit in early May 2024. The beds were very good good bathroom were very nice. The kitchen is well appointed and there are things like tea and coffee available which is always a nice bonus. The balcony is really big and it’s a great place to sit and enjoy. The air/heating is a few zones and works great. TV is actually great and they have 5 or 6 English movie channels and news which I like to keep up on. The pin directions on VRBO is for the place across the street. So if you use it you will get there, but it’s on the north side not #8. The only negative for us was the bedroom pillows. We ended up going to buy some pillows which were actually very cheap in town. This maybe a North American thing for side sleepers. Cannot have very thin pillows and throw pillows are never washed so we don’t use them. We gave this a 5 star and for our visit in May it was a really good value. There isn’t much of a view, but you are close enough to the water you get that fresh ocean air."

Rimavier Residence is a friendly accommodation in the center of Peniche, close to Fortaleza, São Pedro Church, Rendilheira Museum, near the Maritime Pier, where it is possible to take the boat to the fabulous island of Berlenga, and next to the avenue of the restaurants, where you eat good fresh fish. The beaches are accessible by foot, just a few minutes ... Come and visit us.

Located in the center of Peniche, StayEasy is the perfect self-catering Guest House for a small group or family. The closest supermarket is only a 2 minute walk away. As StayEasy is right in the center of Peniche, most attractions are within walking distance. Taxi services are also available in the area.

Guest access
Separate entrance to the guest house. Do note you will need to climb stairs as the guest house is on the 1st floor. See pictures.

During your stay
Although I manage the reservations, the warm and friendly Marina will welcome you personally and will be more than willing to provide you with any information or tips if needed.

Other things to note
We know you care about your pets and want to bring them along on your trip. We do allow pets, cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. A cleaning fee of €10 will be charged for any guests who bring a pet along (Once off fee of €10 per booking).

Old house, situated in the center of Peniche, in a quiet area. Within a radius of 250 m you can find pharmacies, coffees, restaurants, etc. The embarkation pier for Berlenga is about 600 m away and the nearest beaches about 1 km away.

Loft located in a quiet area of Peniche, 5 minutes from the beach, supermarket and bus station. It consists of one bedroom, a living room (with sofa bed), kitchen and toilet. Comfortably sleeps 2 people and it can host till 4 guests including the living room sofa bed (it doesn't stay fully dark in the living room though...). It's fully equipped and contains all the basics (hand, hair, shower towels and bed linens).

The space
This space is unique and special, was recently renovated and the comfort and simplicity have been carefully considered by us. Comfortably sleeps 2 guests for which contains one double bed room (1 x couple bed ) and it can accommodate 4 guests including the living room sofa bed (it doesn't stay totally dark in the living room though...). The building has two shared outside places that can be used :-)!!
