- "A fully stocked apartment with air conditioning. Quiet building with a pool. It's 20 minutes by train to Lisbon and 20 mins to Cascais. Both of those cities are extremely busy and noisy and extremely hot so it was a relief to always get back to this apartment after a sweaty day of sightseeing. It's a cheap BOLT ride to Sintra (10 euros, 20 min drive). The train station is a 10 min walk and the beach is also a 10 min walk. We had no car but managed to get groceries for meals at the Pingo Doce which was another 10 mins away. The downside is the water pressure to the building is not great. We were 4 people and stayed for 3 weeks in July and the owners were very accommodating in purchasing beds for my two teen sons before our arrival. Great memories of pool side fun and beach life."

This luxury apartment is located, across Caxias Beach, in a private condo, only a 15-minute drive from Lisbon city center. This is the perfect location to get away from the city hustle and bustle, only 2m away from the charming Paço D'Arcos village and 20m from beautiful Estoril and Cascais. The beach is across the street if you want to enjoy a vigorous morning swim or run along the 6,8 km pier. Leaving Lisbon towards Cascais you'll arrive 15m later at this yellow 16th-century fort perched on top of rocks at the end of a small bay with a beach. This apartment is situated on the ground floor on the north side. The whole house is bathed in sun from morning to sunset. It has 3 bedrooms, one is a suite, and the other two with a shared bathroom. The social areas are very generous and open to the garden with ocean views. All the windows have double glass so you have all the piece and quiet one needs when resting.

The beach is always a great option! Just walk down to the main road and in 2m you'll have your feet in sand. As it's a small bay it's the perfect location to swim along the beach. A bit further, you will find a beach restaurant with light meals and burgers.
The train station is only a 5m walk and takes you to Lisbon or Cascais in less than 30m.
If you're a walker, there's an amazing walk side along the river/sea, starting on the beach until Belém. Here you can visit a set of the important monuments in Lisbon and taste the famous Pasteis de Nata cakes. Also near, a 15m minute walk, there's a good choice of restaurants with a terrace and sea view, with the freshest fish and seafood.

Climb several stairs to enjoy the gorgeous views and artsy décor; everywhere you look is a feast for your eyes. The living room is furnished with an L-shaped and 2-seater sofa set, along with a flat screen TV for your comfort and entertainment. On its right opens up to our balcony, with a view of the horizon for when you want to relax outdoors. On the left is the dining area with 6 chairs. We have also prepared a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, cookware etc. For your perusal.

Our home has only 1 bedroom and fits two perfectly, however if needed, the sofa also pulls out to a bed that will fit two more! The bathroom is stylish with wooden fixings and a glass screen. It has a sink, a bathtub with a showerhead.

The parking was the only thing that was not that great, plenty of parking but all full, eventually you got a parking space but never close to the property. First of all therenis no parking and in Lisbon you have to be careful because they are very quick to tow your vehicles. There were 6 of us staying at this apartment and on the first day 3 of us were able to take a hot/warm water and then the fuse blew or tripped, im not sure. I waited until the next day before reaching out to the owners to tell them and show them photo and video evidence. We stayed at this place for 4 days and out of those 4 days we had to pay additional money to shower somewhere else. There were other items like hair dryers and some other small electrical devices that would not work at all. Lisbon is great but dont waste your time on this vrbo or anything the people running this unit are taking care of, they are a joke. They told me today almost 2 montha later (of back and forth with them pretending like they were born yesterday and have no history of conversations or picture evidences that were sent. I hope vrbo sets these owners striaghy or removes them from this site. Can you imagine spending all the money to stay in these units only to have to pay to go shower elsewhere. (Also no smart tv's or options to watch anything, not normally a big deal but it might be for someone else.)"

Room in a private house with a private garden in Algés, near the center of Lisnon. With a simple and modern decoration, natural light, clean and confortable, familiar and cozi athmosfere. It has a single or double occupancy , with extra bed, Internet wireless, hot water, sheets and towels (change once a week). Located in the center of Algés, you can easily find the traditional market, supermarkets, weekly street fairs, and the beach near Tagus river. There you can enjoy an sensational view, observing incoming and outgoing sailings along the estuary. This promenade, which extends to Alcantara, offers excellent opportunities for walks by foot or bicycle, jogging and other outdoor activities.
