I was on the first floor in building nine. There is free on site parking, you just drive up to the gate and it will open automatically. The room had a Kitchen with breakfast bar, kettle, microwave, hob, cooking utensils, cutlery, sink and washing up liquid. The bathroom has a powerful shower, toilet, sink, and toiletries. The room is spacious with a Queen Bed, wardrobes, full length mirror, ample plug sockets, large TV and good strong WiFi throughout the resort. The balcony has a mountain view but overlooks the road so isn’t very private, this would be fine if you are on a higher floor though. The resort has one building with a gym, restaurant and small shop. There is an outdoor swimming pool with loungers, a beach bar and music. This is open 10-4pm in the winter months and 9-6pm in summer. The pool temperature is great and a good place to relax. You can get pool towels from the lobby. The location of this hotel is good with bus routes nearby and some supermarkets a 5 minute drive away. It would take around half an hour to walk to the beach though, so you need transport to get there. The hotel has a nice resort feel about it. The pool was fab and quiet when I visited. Although I imagine in summer it must get busy. The only downside for me was being located on the first floor as my balcony just overlooked traffic mainly so it was noisy. "

Traveling far from home, in another country, we would not be able to bring our own. Regarding the “hotel facilities” listed on Expedia, such as gym, indoor spa, etc - note: this is NOT for guests but only owners. That was sad to us. Expedia offered a stupid 77 usd refund! Also, for a self catering flat for up to five people, we found hardly any kitchen utensils - two tablespoons, one knife one plate and a few plastic ones, a bowl, a pot and a frying pan. I’m not sure how a family can self cater for a few days only having these. The place wasn’t cleaned properly either. There was a hole in a bathtub which made it flood into the living area every time we had a shower. Dogs poos on the terrace in the common area which was making you sick every time you were going out. - "We stay at other place, it was a double boo" - "We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by a Sea & Rent representative, only to be told that we were assigned a first-floor room—despite specifically booking a garden-level unit with direct access to the garden and pool. When we asked for an explanation, he casually told us the guests in the garden room had decided to stay an extra night. We expressed our frustration, pointing out that this wasn’t our issue, and his response was shocking: “It is what it is. You don’t want it? Goodbye!”—and then he walked away to deal with another apartment. Later, he returned and offered to move us to the correct room the following day. We had no choice but to accept, as we had driven four hours to get there and weren’t about to turn around. When I contacted the facility’s customer service, they claimed that the room we were given was an “upgrade”—which was completely untrue—and as a gesture of goodwill, they offered us parking inside the complex. However, when I went to park, my assigned spot was taken, so I parked in the next available space and informed the representative. Apparently, this was someone’s private parking, and the owner was upset. Shortly after, I received a phone call from the same representative, who yelled at me aggressively, threatened to revoke our parking, refused to listen to my explanation, and eventually hung up on me mid-sentence.
