We had to spend the first night at the hotel and pay additional money. We paid for 7 nights but only could stay 6 nights in the apartment since on the first night we could not enter. We asked to reimburse us the expenses for the first night but haven’t received any reply yet. Please take care of it and urgently reimburse us the first night."

- "Excellent location with the beach just behind the property. The apartment was modern and mostly well equipped. The shower drain is blocked and needs sorting - have emailed. The sofa bed wasn't set up even though we had booked for 4 people. The kitchen could do with a few more plates, bowls, pizza tray and a chopping board. The apartment has a two floor flat above it. There were a family of 5 staying there while we were there. They were as quiet as they could be but you could hear the kids running around and practicing their brass instrument! The towels were soft, bed was comfortable and the toiletries were a nice touch. Thank you for a lovely stay."

- "We had a 3 night stay booked for my husband to do some beach fishing, so ideal location. There was a couple of points. There is no light by the apartment front door at night, so you can’t see to get the key in the door. The sofa, and bedroom carpet had Was extremely windy on our visit. So there is a door in the lounge but no window to air the apartment. I felt maybe it had been closed up for a while. We left a day early because my asthma was bad and we had to leave. "

⭐The Property
Enjoy the incredible views of the ocean from family home that sleeps up to 7. If that's not enough, there is an 80 inch TV and full size pool table to keep everyone happy during your stay! This amazing property not only has views of the ocean and has great access to the sea front just down stairs and around the building and you are at the water.
Evenings are catered for too as in only a few minutes walk you are at some of the island's best bars and restaurants.
🏡 The Space
Located on the first and second floor, this newly renovated house has a huge open plan kitchen, living and dining room which is great for family life. The slick modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need for a home from home visit including a dishwasher so no washing up! The large dining room table transforms into a fantastic pool table and can even be used for ping pong. The living area has a large comfy sofa so everyone can gather round to watch Netflix on the big screen. The whole room overlooks the sea though large patio doors which open out to a balcony with additional seating perfect for an evening drink and watch the sunset.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom with the same fantastic view and a king size bed. The second bedroom is also a double and both have built in storage. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a further pull out bed so sleeps 3. There is an upstairs laundry cupboard with a washing machine.

Enjoy a seaside holiday when you stay in this great apartment overlooking Hayling Beach. Just minutes from being able to dip your toes in the crashing waves, you will be delighted with its location. With the beach on your doorstep, plenty of cafes, family activities such as adventure golf as well as the Hayling Light Railway, this is the perfect family getaway.
The space
Enter this second floor apartment and head down the corridor to the open plan living area. This lovely bright space is perfectly laid out for enjoying the vista.
With sea views, you will enjoy cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, and with the addition of the breakfast bar, it creates a lovely communal cooking area. The comfortable sitting area with Smart TV (you will need to use your own logins to access the Apps) is a great place to unwind after a day at the beach, or exploring the rest of Hayling Island, Chichester Harbour and historic Portsmouth. You can access the balcony from the living area, and enjoy a morning coffee or a sundowner whilst taking in the beach and the sea views.
The comfortable master bedroom has a double bed and a large dressing table with storage. The second bedroom has a double bed and large chest of drawers, allowing the apartment to sleep up to 4.
The family bathroom suite has a shower over bath.
You will have access to the entire apartment. I won't be around in person, however, I have help managing the apartment with a local professional holiday property management company. The apartment is professionally cleaned and linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Remote self check in gives flexibility for late arrivals, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
There will be some complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for you which I am sure will be useful to those arriving after a long journey!
Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as bottles of shampoo & shower gel, conditioner and hand soap. Other items included are a kitchen pack (kitchen roll, jeyes cloths, sponge, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towel, a washing pod and some dishwasher tablets) as well as loo rolls. These should last a few days, if more is needed there is a local convenience store a short walk away.

Sandy Feet Retreat is a wonderfully light and spacious three bedroom maisonette with relaxing balcony seating and excellent kitchen facilities. The holiday rental is located on a private road Bembridge Drive with ample parking (including a driveway) and is a stone's throw away from Hayling seafront. Views from the master bedroom of the Solent and Isle of Wight with local pubs, restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Local attractions include the Hayling Seaside Railway, which runs all along the seafront from Eaststoke corner to Beachlands where you will then find the Funland Amusement Park - great for the kids. A short walk from the maisonette finds The Lifeboat and Olive Leaf pubs which offer outdoor seating overlooking the seafront, as well as a newly opened Gin Bar. The island offers many excellent places to dine out and pubs to explore, with most easily reached by bike or foot. For something a little closer located within a 100 yards you will find a convenience store, off license, ice cream parlour, amusement arcade, grilled chicken takeaway, Chinese takeaway and even an award winning fish and chip shop.
Why not treat yourself to an evening on the beach with some fish and chips watching the sun go down!
Transport links make the local and surrounding areas very accessible. Nearly towns and cities such as Havant, Portsmouth, Chichester and even Southampton are easy to reach via the A27, while Havant bus and train stations are within 5 miles. The space
With a brand new kitchen and bathroom, modern open plan living area and huge flat screen TV, this apartment has everything you need for a luxury weekend away. There is also a Nespresso machine, hotel quality linens including towels and toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen.
One of the best places on the island to launch a stand up paddle board is located only a few minutes away and there is SUP storage onsite if requested. Surrounded by miles of beautiful shoreline, you can explore for hours and stop one of the many local pubs for a drink or food by the water.

Boutique Hideaway Hayling boasts modern and luxurious accommodation and is just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. Everything you could need is close by including: trendy cafes, takeaways, a cocktail bar, ice cream parlour, gift shops, convenience stores as well as traditional pubs offering live music and tasty meals. The Boutique Hideaway is close enough for convenience but far enough away to enjoy a quiet restful experience making this the perfect base to enjoy what the island has to offer.
The space
Boutique Hideaway is a clean, functional, modern, self-contained unit with a kitchenette/king-sized bedroom and en-suite. There is seating for eating and this has been designed to also allow for the preparation of food.
You can cook using the small hob complete with a modern worktop standing extractor and the kitchen facilities also include an air fryer and other essential kitchen/cooking utensils.
The bathroom holds a large sink/basin, wardrobe, toilet and walk in thermostatic electric shower unit.
There is significant storage for your personal items and food. Storage includes: 2 pull out drawers under the bed, bedside cabinets, a full height food storage cupboard and the large wardrobe mentioned above. We have also allowed space by the back door and next to the sink unit for storing luggage/bags.

This is a self-contained unit so you will have your own front door to come and go as you please. You also have access to the patio area behind the gates. This gets the sun in the evenings and is the perfect spot to sit and relax.

Facilities include: private access, off road parking for one car or small campervan, a generous ensuite, king-sized bedroom, self-catering facilities, free Wi-Fi, handy fridge to keep that wine, beer or milk cold and enough room to sit and enjoy meals. The accommodation even offers a private outside courtyard area to soak up the sun in the evening or to store windsurfing or kitesurfing equipment and bicycles making this the perfect base to enjoy what the island has to offer.

Seacourt is a private racket club which is home to one of the historic Real Tennis courts which is a very rare find. Private lessons can be arranged by appointment.
Funland Amusement Park is one of Hayling Island’s seafront landmarks and offers all you would expect from a retro fun fare.
Annual events hosted on the Island attract water sports enthusiasts, art and music lovers alike. The annual HI Fest is a must see for free entertainment and hosts acts across 7 venues throughout Hayling and gives the opportunity for all to watch over 70 artists from an impressive range of genres including: Rock; Pop; Reggae, Skiffle and Shantys for tasters. The Hayling Island Arts Trail showcases local artists through open studios, workshops, and exhibitions, celebrating the island's artistic community. Getting around without a car
This is not a problem at ‘Boutique Hideaway Hayling’ as there are bus stops just outside the property. The number 30 and 31 bus runs regularly throughout the day and evening and gives you convenient links around the island and to Havant Train Station which has direct links to Portsmouth, Chichester, London and Brighton. In addition, the Hayling Ferry; a foot passenger ferry, bridges the gap across the mouth of Langstone Harbour to link Ferry Point on the west tip of Hayling Island with Eastney, Portsmouth on Portsea Island and coordinates several trips with buses to take you into the centre of Portsmouth.
And if this is not enough to tempt you Hayling Island enjoys approximately 30% more sunshine than the UK average, making it an ideal holiday spot. Hayling Island is perfect for a memorable holiday experience regardless of what time of year you plan to visit.

Bus Route around Hayling Island and to Havant Bus station are Numbers 30 and 31.
Basically, both buses do a loop around the island but in different directions.
The number 30 will get you into Havant the quickest. Bus stop opposite the house is called Fishery Lane stop.
The number 31 will get you back the quickest bus stop at the corner of Fishery Lane.
However, whichever bus you get on you will end up passing the house at some point! Combined both bus routes in the main run every 15 minutes from bus stops on the Seafront.
Bus 30 times into Havant from bus stop opposite (Fishery Lane Stop):
6:21am, 6:53am, 7:23am, 7:57am. The bus then runs at 27 and 57 past the hour until the evening as follows: 7:33pm, 8:13pm,9:03pm, 10:03pm, 11:03pm
Bus 31 times leaving Havant bus station back to Hayling. The closest stop for coming back is the ‘Fishery Lane’ stop which is located at the end of Fishery Lane where it meets Rails Lane. Buses run from 35 mins past the hour starting at 5am and then at 5 and 35 minutes past the hour. Then slightly later from after 6pm as follows: 6:40pm, 7:20pm, 8:00pm
After 9:00pm you may need to catch either the 30 or 31 to get home. Both buses will drop at the Fishery Lane stop. Remember though the 30 journey is 35 mins and the 31 takes just 18 mins! 9:00pm (31), 9:30pm (30), 10:00pm (31), 10:30pm (30), 11:30pm (31) last bus home!
A taxi between Havant and the Hideaway will cost roughly £20 depending on the operator and time. The Havant taxi rank is at the Havant train station.

The Sail Loft, is among a small selection of 20 or so similar property built in the 1950's located on a secluded, quiet private road.
It is a short stroll to Beachfront and Coastal Paths of Langstone Harbour & shoreline, which look across the Harbour to Chichester and the Southdowns. It is a peaceful place to relax and recharge or an ideal base to Sail, Bicycle, Kite Surf, Fish or Simply Watch the incredible selection of birds, seals and wildlife attracted to the waters edge.

Sea Scenes is a homely two bedroom groundfloor apartment located on Hayling's beautiful stretch of beach and perfectly situated for stunning views across the Solent.
The space
Hayling Island is ideal for holiday makers and families as it retains all the attractions of a traditional seaside resort. One of the biggest attractions is the Funland Amusement Park at Beachlands, which has everything from roller coasters to a games arcade and a soft play area. The Hayling Seaside Railway that runs from Beachlands to Eastoke Corner is equally popular.
The island is also well known for its watersports – in fact windsurfing was invented here – and miles of glorious seafront. The local water is perfect for sailing, windsurfing, power boating, jet skiing and more.
There are various great places to eat if you don’t feel like cooking, from nice restaurants to pubs and of course a wide range of takeaways. Hayling is also well served by shops, so anything you need during your stay is right on hand!
However, if you feel like venturing out and exploring nearby areas, the attractions of Portsmouth, Southsea, Emsworth and Staunton Country Park are all close by.
The property itself is well furnished and feels comfortable and welcoming.
The living/kitchen area is open and spacious with amazing views overlooking the sea. The living area consists of comfortable sofas and a smart TV. The kitchen area is well equipped with a kettle, Nespresso maker, cafetiere, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine and dryer, along with a wooden dining table that seats four. The newly replaced double doors look directly out to the sea.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a stylish dressing table and a smart TV. The second bedroom has a single bed which can be pulled out to make a comfortable king size bed, please note: once the bed has been pulled out there is limited room in the bedroom.

Situated on the ground floor our apartment has on site parking for one car and a single step to get into the property making it readily accessible for our guests. The flat has king size zip and link beds that can be set up as x2 singles/ a king. We have a spacious lounge area with sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), dining table/ desk. Our flat has a lovely modern kitchen with washing machine/ dryer/ dishwasher and everything you need for your stay. The enclosed garden has a large patio area as well as lawned garden for you to enjoy the beautiful south coast weather.

Enjoy the incredible views of the ocean from this modern, high end family home that sleeps up to 7. If that's not enough, there is an 80inch TV and full size pool table to keep everyone happy during your stay! This amazing property not only has views of the ocean and has great access to the sea front just down stairs and around the building and you are at the water. Evenings are catered for too as in only a few minutes walk you are at some of the islands best bars and restaurants.
The space
Located on the first and second floor, this newly renovated house has a huge open plan kitchen, living and dining room which is great for family life. The slick modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need for a home from home visit including a dishwasher so no washing up! The large dining room table transforms into a fantastic pool table and can even be used for ping pong. The living area has a large comfy sofa so everyone can gather round to watch Netflix on the big screen. The whole room overlooks the sea though large patio doors which open out to a balcony with additional seating., perfect for an evening drink and watch the sunset.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom with the same fantastic view and a king size bed. The second bedroom is also a double and both have built in storage. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a further pull out bed so sleeps 3. There is an upstairs laundry cupboard with a washing machine.
The parking space can accommodate two cars.
Outside there is off road parking and a quick walk around the building gets you to the seafront.
