5B bus is located on the corner of Beaconsfield Road, on the doorstep of your accommodation, this is a direct Bus route to all the hustle and bustle of Brighton.

Parking is Pay and Display, but you can park cheaper in Preston Park for less than £1 per hour (a bargain in Brighton) it's also free after 4pm.

You can park for free if you are happy to walk 10 min to the top of Surrenden Road
The Maisonette is located above a Carpet Shop that is open 6 days per week, so this property is not a party house at all, its a beautiful place to stay not in the middle of town but close enough to be able to enjoy all the best of Brighton.

The property has 4 double bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms and a large Kitchen area.
There is also a lovely outside area, however we ask that you don't party, and make excessive noise outside.

Each room is large, has storage and a double bed, we are listing them individually to rent with locks on each door. We are also listing the entire house, which sleeps 8 people.
The kitchen is the only shared space you will use, there will be a kettle, toaster oven and two fridges to allow people plenty of fridge and freezer space.

Preston Drove area is a popular place with the beautiful Fiveways Area at the top of the road, with Quirky shops, beautiful cafes, bakeries and pubs.

London Road is a lovely stroll down Beaconsfield Road, a flat 10min walk, then you reach the beginning of Brightons notorious North Laines ( if you follow behind Hogbgoblin pub and Aldi) to start your venture through the laines.

We are 1 - 2 mins walking distance to a large park, the beach, Fitness Gym, Shooting Range, Diving Centre, Co-op, One-Stop, Breakfast Cafe, Italian Restaurant, Pub near the beach that does great food, + 5-8 mins further a Fish + Chip shop, Kebab shop, Indian restaurant, + heated swimming pool, all on the Harbour, known as the West Quay. Town Centre at the end of our road is about 8 - 10 mins to walk, or you can drive + park for free. Newhaven Fort is just off our road.
