The bed was hard/uncomfortable for me but my husband slept fine. The only downside I really saw for this property (and now that I know what to do it wouldn't be an issue) was check in. The property people will send you an email with the check in details and codes but they literally sent it about 20 mins before check in. That's ok, but I think they should send it out earlier or at least send something the day before saying you will get instructions tomorrow. It might just be me but I have anxiety anyway so not knowing what to expect is uncomfortable. Also, mine went to junk mail and when I didn't see anything I tried to call but the office was closed that day. Part of the issue is that the entrance is not view able when you walk up to the property. You are on a small cobble path/road and you come up to the house and see a gate. You must walk past this gate and keep going up and around the corner to the entrance. It would be easy to avoid confusion by putting a sign on the gate that says "entrance" with an arrow so that you know to keep walking up and around. Once I found the entrance and email we were good. This place also has laundry which was nice."

Would work for two couples on the same schedule. For families with kids it would be tight. Comparing with our previous stays around Lake Como, the price is competitive but with so much tourist activity in the region we’ve found prices to be very range-bound. You want more, you pay more or make trade-offs. This unit traded size for location and a pleasant ambiance. Worked well for us. By the way, we wound up parking overnight in the train station, about a three minute walk from the apartment. Worked for us. Cost was 14 CHF. "

The building has no elevator. This apartment is accessible by stairs.

The kitchen cleaning is not included in the cleaning fee. We kindly request that you leave the kitchen in the same condition as you found it.
Failure to do so may result in an additional charge of CHF 50.

The first-floor apartment is accessible by elevator, with no stairs to climb. In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable ‘King Size’ bed (180x200 cm), two pillows, and a duvet. A bedside table with a lamp and a free dresser for your use are also provided.
The exclusive bathroom, separate from the hallway, features an Italian shower, a medicine cabinet, a sink, and a toilet. Towels are available for your convenience.

In the heart of Vaud Chablais, at the foot of the Pre-Alps, an ideal location next to the train station for mountain sports, the Lavey-les-Bains thermal baths or to get to the Riviera.

Nearest ski resorts: Villars-Gryon (20 min drive or direct train in front of the house) or Les Portes du Soleil (de in Champéry, 20 min drive). Verbier 40 minutes by car.
