The accommodation consists of a large living/dining room, which also serves as a master bedroom (2x 2-seater sofa beds). The kitchen, very well equipped, will take you to the modern bathroom. The apartment is complemented by a second sleeping area composed of a small sofa bed 2 places and isolatable from the rest of the accommodation by curtains.
A typical and functional stove is available for you.
The apartment also has a satellite TV.

The apartment is in the lower part of the village. The village center is a 5-10 minute walk and you will find all the amenities (Restaurants, tea room with bread depot, food shop, cheese dairy,...). A little higher is the start of the ski lifts and the end of the post bus.
For parking, an underground and paying car park is 3 minutes walk from the apartment.

As the village is sloping, all travel times mentioned above are indicative and depend on your pace.

Located in the heart of Zinal, in the Val d 'Anniviers, our cottage is one of the village's first hunting cabins. Just like the other mazots typical of the old village, its larch stay is original, and gives it all its charm and character.
Our apartment on two floors (ground floor and lower floor) is one level with a garden. Above is an apartment of another owner ( its entrance is on the other side of the cottage ) .

The apartment has been renovated and decorated in the "chalet" style, so that it retains all its charm and that our hosts feel at home there.
This cottage is our second home, so we do not live on site.

By car: Highway access to exit Sierre-Est (exit No.29), then take the mountain road towards' 'Val d' Anniviers' '. You arrive in Zinal. The chalet is in the center. I'll tell you more about your booking.
By public transport: Right next to the Sierre train station is the departure of buses to the Val d 'Anniviers, and Zinal. The journey is about 1 hour from Sierre. Depending on the schedule, sometimes you have to change buses in Vissoie. To Zinal get off at stop ''Zinal-Poste''. From there, the cottage is only a 5 minute walk away.
The car is therefore not necessary to come to our home, sinceit is located in the center.

«Hüttle» – that's what we affectionately call our vacation home above the city of Kriens, on the Krienseregg on Mount Pilatus. An ideal place for those who enjoy forest and mountain tranquility, a paradise for families and nature lovers.

The house is furnished with charm: a living room with tiled stove and large dining table and sofa bed, a kitchen with wood and electric stove, toilet with shower and on the upper floor two closed bedrooms and a connecting room – ideal for up to 6 people.

You have to bring your own bath towels, drinks and food. Otherwise, everything is there, except you won't find the TV – and you won't miss it.

By car you will be in 15 minutes in Kriens with many shopping possibilities, in 20 minutes in the city of Lucerne.

SURROUNDINGS
The house has no direct neighbors and stands on a hill on the edge of the forest. Nearby are two day restaurants, attractive children's playgrounds and countless walking and hiking trails. On the "Fräckmüntegg" you can visit a challenging rope park and a summer toboggan run. And on the Pilatus you will experience a breathtaking view over Central Switzerland all year round.

KITCHEN
A large kitchen with wood and electric stove invites you to cook and bake together. Everything is there: sugar, salt and pepper and some spices, some oil and vinegar, plates, cups, cutlery and glasses, cooking and baking utensils, blender, toaster, raclette oven, fondue pan, dishwashing detergent and dish towels. The water from the tap is clean drinking water.

BATHROOM
Please bring your own bath towels. Otherwise everything is there: toilet paper, shower with hot water, sink, mirror cabinet, emergency kit.

LIVING
A bright room with tiled stove, large dining table and a cozy sofa bed. Games for young and old are in the closet.

COFFEE
A coffee maker and pots are provided. Please put CHF 1.00 in the register per coffee.

Wifi
If you wish, you can turn on the WLAN box, it is in the closet in the living room, the code is on the box.

SCHOPF
In the annex you will find garden tables, chairs, seat cushions and hammocks as well as accessories for outdoor grilling.

CELLAR

For paper, glass and cans, there is a small disposal point 100 meters below the valley station.

The entire chalet is at your disposal. You will be alone in complete safety in a quiet and rejuvenating place with an incredible view. Peace and quiet are the key words. You will find a fitted kitchen, a living room/dining room on the ground floor and upstairs the bathroom with shower/toilet as well as the 3 bedrooms that open onto the large balcony. Bedroom 1 single bed is open and two bedrooms, the other two are equipped with a double bed (one 160 cm and one 140 cm). The spaces are pleasant and friendly. A full foot exit directly to the garden where you will find the outdoor corner for your grills and relaxation with the jacuzzi.

Other things to note
For weekly bookings (7 nights) bed linens, towels and body linens are provided. You will need to leave the cottage as clean as you found it. An amount of 60 CHF will be charged if you do not leave the cottage to our satisfaction. The cabin is surrounded by other similar and authentic cabins. It’s a very small village in which cars have no access but parking are very close by.
It makes the place very quiet and enjoyable.

There is one restaurant and a grocery shop which might be a bit harder to find.

The cabin is 7km away from the famous ski station Verbier if you use the “route du soleil” (aprx 15min during summer time).
This road is closed during winter so you can go to Le Chable and take a gondola to the station or take the car all the way.
If you decide to take the road during the winter, you should probably go down to Le Chable, and then go up to Verbier. It will take you about 20-30 minutes maximum.

If you don’t want to use a car there is a “car postal” that can transport you between villages.


WARNING: the cabin is located within the village Sarreyer despite what is shown on the map (and not in "Route de sarreyer" in Lourtier), Google still has problems locating places in the countryside.
