SPRING / SUMMER / AUTUMN: The time from late March to early May is characterized by the melting snow, on clear days, it is very beautiful, but there is no fresh green growing = a quiet time. At beginning of July the alpine meadow around the house is mowed, enjoy until then the sea of ​​flowers. My only small suggestion would be that actual GPS co-ordinates for the exact location of the chalet be provided. They would be useful as our GPS sent us over Moosalp and down to the area of the chalet, so it was a bit more difficult for us to find. We asked in the village but language was an issue. The owner helped when we called and we were able to find the chalet in the end. We would definitely stay here again !!!"

The chalet is of recent construction and located at the end of a private road, 5 min from the village center (or 15 min on foot). The view of the mountains is magnificent.

The space
Chalet dated 1719. It has been completely renovated.
Everything is done for your health: The water is filtered by the most advanced system with charcoal filter and biodynamizer, the house has been analyzed and modified by a biogeologist, the kitchen is equipped with a juice extractor. you will also find an organic essential oil diffuser and yoga mats!
The first bedroom is on the lower floor. It stays cool in the summer. It has a double bed Hüsler Nest 200 cm by 200 cm. A large wardrobe with wardrobe is at your disposal.
The second bedroom is ideal for children and has a double bed (it is also a natural Hüsler Nest bed measuring 100 cm by 200 cm).
The mezzanine with a natural double bed also Hüsler Nest is a small room where one does not stand. You have to climb a ladder to access it, which is its charm! There is still a sofa convertible into a bed in the living room.
You benefit from a fast internet connection, a giant flat screen, a Hifi chain, a washing machine and dryer, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, juice extractor, etc. There is complete darkening in the rooms.

The idyllic chalet is located in a quiet and sunny area with beautiful views and offers everything you need for a nice, relaxing holiday in the mountains. By car, it is within 5 minutes (ca.3km) at the next mountain railway (Haute-Nendaz) and in the village center of Hautez-Nendaz, where there are numerous shops, spa services, numerous events and cozy restaurants. In 10 minutes (about 6km) you can reach Siviez, the starting point for the skin and access to the 4 Valées ski area with over 400 kilometers of slopes. Nearest bus stop is in 15min (1.2km) on foot (bus stop Base-Nendaz, Saclentse or Haute-Nendaz, Chalet Dardel)

The waste must be disposed of in the appropriate bags before departure. If there are no more garbage bags in the chalet, these individual can be purchased in the grocery stores in Haute-Nendaz.

Access to the chalet is via Vex, Hérémence and Mâche. A public bus also runs regularly. The chalet is a 1-minute walk from the restaurant, shop and bus stop in Mâche.

The cosy chalet with 8 beds is a 5-10-minute walk from the ski lift of the Moosalp ski area (Bürchen/Törbel) (ski lift also accessible by car: free parking). In the warm season it is a superb starting point for hikes. The view of the 4000m summits of Valais is impressive.

The cabin is surrounded by other similar and authentic cabins. It’s a very small village in which cars have no access but parking are very close by.
It makes the place very quiet and enjoyable.

There is one restaurant and a grocery shop which might be a bit harder to find.

The cabin is 7km away from the famous ski station Verbier if you use the “route du soleil” (aprx 15min during summer time).
This road is closed during winter so you can go to Le Chable and take a gondola to the station or take the car all the way.
If you decide to take the road during the winter, you should probably go down to Le Chable, and then go up to Verbier. It will take you about 20-30 minutes maximum.

If you don’t want to use a car there is a “car postal” that can transport you between villages.


WARNING: the cabin is located within the village Sarreyer despite what is shown on the map (and not in "Route de sarreyer" in Lourtier), Google still has problems locating places in the countryside.
